So I entered a new card to my account and it won't let me buy anything ask me to contact itunes support what do I need to do?
I just wanna be able to use my card to buy on itunes and says to contact support when I want to buy something

Is it an account that you've just created ? If it is, then unless the instructions on this page are followed when creating an account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store. You should be able to remove the card's details after entering them.

I signed into my Apple ID on a new phone and I already had it on my iPod. When I signed into the new phone it won't let me buy anything unless I know my old security questions but I don't know the answers to them. How can I get past those or change them?

Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.

I'm having problem with my itune and App Store on my iPad, I can't update or purchase and app unless I enter my credit information. But when I did I keep me telling me to contact iTunes support.
