So i got a new ipod for christmas and i cant make any purchases until i fill the security questions. but I cant remember the answers (i answered the questions about 2-4 years ago) how do i reset the security questions
i need to know how to reset my security questions becasue how do i remember 2 questions that my mother entered that i happened 3 years ago

You need to use your "emergency email" that you used to set up your iPod to change the security questions and answers.

I had the same trouble today, I kept entering the sky password but would not accept, my iMac and iPod work ok but just could not get my iPod to work. But I found the fault, the password is case sensitive and mine on sky is in caps, the up arrows on the keypad put the caps on,but after each letter you must put the caps back or it wil revert to lower case, I hope this may help you -
I got a new nano l am unable to connect it on my computer, l have windows 8. I have deleted itunes and downloaded back on my computer, l still am unable to connect my nano to my computer.
When l put my nano on the computer itunes saids "Accessing Itunes" it is not connecting.

ThanksUninstalling and reinstalling iTunes has no affect on the media on the computer or the account it is linked to.
If the media was purchased under another iTunes account, then it is permanently tied to that account.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

I have recived a new computer for christmas and dowloaded the new itunes on it but when i hook my iphone 4 up to the new computer with the new itunes it will only show up on the new devices the music i have on it will not show up in the new itunes lirary on my new computer i hate having to hook my iphone everytime to see my music! can some one show me how to fix this!?!?!?!?! Got a new Macbook Pro today and I plugged in my WD external hard drive to backup with but it didn't allow me to backup. The problem is that now my computer won't show the drive in finder. I can see it in Disk Utility and cannot access it. Help?
