So, I made my account a while ago before I had an iPhone so I can get music. The result of that I can't remember my security questions, and it tells me to send a rescue email an alert, but it doesn't show you how to get to that page. Can someone help me?

I am getting quite annoyed because apples hours arent the best fitted to my scedule since I have school and work, so I cant call and ask how to get fixed. I'm trying to change my security questions because I forgot them. When I have them sent to me via email it's going to a diiferent email. I can't figure out how to change that email that the security questions are connected to. It's not the one that I can Edit on my Account.

forgot security questions and if i try to send the reset instructions, it sends it to an email address I'm not even aware of. i cannot download anything until i change the security questions
this does not help. I have forgotten ALL of the answers to my security questions. I can NOT reset the answers to my security questions without answering two of the three security questions. The other way to reset the answers to these questions is for apple to send me an email on my rescue email addres which I DO NOT HAVE.

If I can't remember my security questions, and don't have a rescue email address, why can't I just add a rescue email to my apple ID account without having to contact iTunes Support?
I verify my identity just by logging in with my password, not being able to add a rescue email address without answering the security questions is just extra hastle and doesn't increase security. No one knows my password so how could they break into my account? I understand having security questions to change your password but not for adding an email address.

I have an emergency email and it says on my apple ID that it doens't exist. I need to change my security questions. Does anybody know how to actually reset the emergency email? I can't remember my security questions and it is becoming very frustrating. If you can help please comment.
