Your post doesn't really make sense, because if all you had to do was reset the iPhone, they would have helped you do that at the Apple Store.
Are you sure "reset" is the correct verb - that "reset" is exactly what they told you to do?
Anyway, you reset the iPhone by holding the home and on/off buttons together for about 10 seconds till the Apple logo appears.

That depends on which version phone you are referring to. Contract free is not the same as unlocked. For the new iPhones they unlocked version at the Apple store will probably not be available for 30 days after release. A contract free phone from T-Mobile can be unlocked after 30 days of service. The GSM side of the Verizon iPhone comes unlocked.

Hi, i have a macbookpro 13, late 2012. I bought it last year october and its an year old and now out of warranty. This morning the computer did not boot, so i went down to apple store and they looked at it and said its a logic board failure and needs replacement worth £350. The tech at apple store gave no explanation, why suddenly, my computer decided not to start at all and said to me it was a logic board failure for no apparent reason and requires replacement. I have maintained the laptop in a pristine condition. Now I feel I have been cheated. This clearly means the product is substandard as a £1100 laptop is not expected to fail in just over a year. My last laptop PC which was worth £450 served me for 4 years before it crashed and lived for another 2 years until I decided to get a mac. This is ridiculous. I don't have apple care at the moment which translates as pay to get it fixed. Anybody in my situation ? I want to sue apple for selling me a substandard good . Any thoughts? Should I go for another pc for £500 because there is no guarantee even after the laptop were fixed by apple for £350 it would last for another year. I need a reliable machine.
This morning my MBP just woke up from sleep and is working without any glitches. I don't know what to say about this.

Help!! My ipod classic freeze itunes and my pc to the point of having to force shut down.Help plz i dont know what else to do, i took it to the apple store and they restore for me but when i came home it freezes itunes and my pc, i tried and older itunes, format the ipod and restore it, ran disk erros, am i missing something?! The guy at the shop told me is an "antique" , i bought it a year ago only and barely used it, i feel lile burned money, ipod classic is my favorite model, any suggestions plzzzz!!!!
Glad 7.7.1 worked for you, I updated itunes on my macbook, and every time i try to sync the music to my ipod classic, it goes for 23 songs and then it freezes and I get "Cannot read or write to this disk", and it ejects it. I tried uninstalling itunes, reinstalling an earlier version (7.6.2) same problem, plus a new issue with itunes. (It was a clean uninstall, btw, I got everything cleaned out, I think, lol). Video's transfer fine. And no good way to get ahold of apple. That's great. If I have no music on my ipod, it's useless. Think they'll give me my money back? (lol)

I went to the apple store and they deleted it and told me that all I need to do is download it again. I tried what they suggested at the apple store, but I am still not successful. I went to the apple store and they did a reset on my iPad...I was able to restore all my apps Except Pages and Numbers...those don't appear on my purchased apps at the App Store...how do I restore them...without paying for them again..of course.
If you go into iTunes and sign in and then try to download them again it will let you redownload them. Just make sure you're signed in with the apple ID you used to buy them in the first place.

I went to two different apple stores and both people looked at it and they said that my phone definitely had major hardware issues and that the dock was broken and that the headphone jack was broken but they said that I was out of warranty so I would have to pay around $200 for a replacement or an upgrade. But I really don't want to go that because I am waiting for the newest iPhone to come out because my contract is up in November. The guy in the 1st store was surprisingly rude to me.

Hi, umm so anyways my ipod is about 2 years old now and i think the reason why it started to malfunction in the first place was because i had too much stuff on my ipod, apps, movies, and junk. But now i took it to the apple store and they were able to restore my ipod but when i go home it goes bad again and i try ot restore it on my laptop and it says it can't restore it. (11) and another thing is that when i try to turn my ipod on, it turns on to the apple logo then all of a sudden theres suppose to be the unlock screen but instead a black screen with a tiny loading sign in the middle and it keeps buffering and it never turns on. and then it shuts off with a white screen and then does the same exact thing for like 10 minutes. please help me. hello i just came back from the apple store and they had to restore my phone and i just downloaded all my apps and music back but my photos that are on icloud i only got 80 out of 768 back. what do i do to get all of them back?
If you tried to restore to your iCloud backup and your photos didn't fully restore, first go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup and make sure it isn't still in the process of restoring.
If the restore is complete and all your photos weren't restored, all you can do is try restoring the backup again. You might try the solution posted by ezjules in this discussion: https://discussions.apple.com/message/19518589#19518589. This involves opening the photos app after the phone restarts and you provide the passwords for your Apple IDs, then leaving it open for the remainder of the restore process. -

So on the wrong item click have

So this will make it so when the wrong item is clicked each strike will be played in order.

You should look into the Math.Random function to make things random in edge.

which would add 1 to the score, However you can add however much you like to the score doing "score + 2" and so on.
To edit a text with the score at the end which I'm assuming you will want to do you will use .html

I just got it back from the apple store and they reset it (becuase it kept shutting down and not turning back on).
I put in a new password because i needed to start over from factory settings, but now it doesnt let me log in anymore. (I don't know if this is because it doesnt accpet my password, or I forgot my password in less than 5 minutes, or because when i typed in my new password, i typed it in wrong twice)
Command R doesnt work, all i hear is a sound, but nothing happens.What I don't understand is why it is rejecting a password I am creating.
Perhaps the password you are creating is too short, or has characters that are not allowed, or is not secure enough because it is a word in a dictionary.
FileVault may have standards for what it considers an acceptable password. If the password is part of the 128-bit encryption scheme, it might have to be 16 characters, for example. (Don't know if that is true, but it's a possibility.) Check your documentation for password requirements. -

I was gave an Apple iPod Touch that was disabled and I called the Apple store and they emailed me how to fix it but now when i plug it up to the PC it's saying that the iPod is unable to be recognized and I don't know what to do?

The music files, were they bought from your iTunes account or did someone gift them to you after buying from the iTunes account? If they are yours you can download them again if you clear or de-authorise the ipod, it has to be done by whoever gave you the ipod to do this (the registered owner). If they were bought for you on another itunes account I don't think Apple let you use them as they are copyrighted and they don't belong to you, they belong to the person who bought them. If the music files where ripped from music cd's then click and drag them to a new folder on your desktop and have the person who gave you the ipod to de-authorise and unregister it. Then you re register it and put your files back from your desktop folder in your iTunes folder and synch. Hopefully that would work. Any files which you did not buy, I would not know how get around this, best bet is to take it to you nearest Apple Store and explain that they were gifted to you and ask how you can use them. The best way to gift music files is to buy the gift tokens and give these. Hope above helps.
