So last night I went to a really important event and I took many pictures. This morning I had an update for the iPhone so I did it. Then afterwards I lost all those new photos. I haven't backed up my phone so I don't know how to get them back. HELP!!!!!!!
I really need these photos. I updated my phone and I had to put all of my apps back on there. But what I really care about are these photos. I need them....PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Next time, when you have important material in only one place, back it up.

We do need more information to help. Are the images gone from your iPhoto library, or is the iPhoto Library missing? How and when did this happen?
If images are missing from the library: Did you check for hidden photos? Did you check the iPhoto Trash?
If the pictures are still in the iPhoto Trash, open the Trash, select the images and and press the liitle arrow in the lower right corner - select "Put back".
If the pictures are still in an "iPhoto" folder in the system Trash (with sub folders named by date), import these folders to your iPhoto library.
Have you checked, if you have opened the correct iPhoto Library? Launch iPhoto with the options key held down, to select another Library.
If the entire Library is missing, have you searched for ".photolibrary" with spotlight?
Do have a backup?
If none of these easy measures helps, report back with more details - your iPhoto version, and anything else that might be helpful to find out, what the problem is. Don't do anything that changes the contents of your hard drive for now.

I right clicked my iPod on iTunes and clicked restore from back up because i thought it would undo my IOS6 update. IT DELETED ALL MY PICTURES (2,000) AND I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET THEM BACK!!!! Please help me!!!!!

Hello. When I turned on my Ipone 4s today all of my contacts were gone. They are backed up in iCloud but can't figure out how to get them from there back to my phone. Aren't them supposed to sync automatically over wifi? Can someone please help me?

Check to make sure that Contacts is toggled on to sync by going to Settings > iCloud. Also go to iCloud.com to see if the contacts are showing up there to see if it syncing those contacts.

When you say "account," do you mean your iTunes library, because your iTunes library is what is on your computer? Your iTunes library does not have an email address. An account that is related to iTunes is your Apple ID (which is an email address) and you use it as your user name to sign in to the iTunes Store, to make purchases. Changing your Apple ID will not make songs disappear from your computer's iTunes library.
If you had an Apple ID and used it to make song purchases from the iTunes Store, and then started using a different Apple ID, you should be able to re-download the songs purchased with the old Apple ID. In iTunes, sign in to the iTunes Store using your OLD Apple ID (and password). That may not be your current email address, but Apple uses it as your user name, so it does not matter.
On the iTunes Store Home screen, click on Purchased under QUICK LINKS. This takes you do the Purchased screen, where you can re-download previous song purchases (for that Apple ID) at no cost.
NOTE: If those song purchases are from more than a few years ago, you may also need to authorize your computer to play (and sync) songs for your old Apple ID.
For songs that were not purchased from the iTunes Store, if they are also gone, you cannot get them back unless you have a backup (or they are still loaded on your old iPod).

I have absolutely no toolbars and don't know how to get them back.
I hid my "File/Edit/History/etc..." toolbar by right-clicking and un-checking it. I accidentally did the same thing with my navigation toolbar and now I have no toolbars and can't get them back. I have tried to right-click but because there are no longer any toolbars, it won't open the toolbar menu it gave me before. Depending where I click I either get the tabs menu or the options to Close, Minimize, or Maximize my screen. I tried closing the window and opening a new one but that didn't work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox and that didn't help, either. I am out of ideas, what can I do?

Mask handles have disappeared in CS3 and don't know how to get them back.
I'm running AE CS3 on a Mac with no plugins that did not already come with CS3 and for some reason the handles have disappeared even though "handles" is checked in my view settings. Please help me get them back it is nuisance to work without them.

All of my sequences are gone and I don't know how to get them back.
I pressed the close all button in the program window and now everything is gone. How do I get all my sequences back into my time line?
Um...everything should be in the "Project" panel. If you don't know where that's at, click the "Window" menu, then "Project".
Double-click on your sequence and it will open up in timeline view. -

I lost my folders and emails and don't know how to get them back
I have been a Thunderbird user for many years, I just went from a Windows 7 to a Windows 8 Pc and everything transferred over and was working properly, I no longer have my folders and emails, no send, no trash, etc and I can send emails but can't retrieve emails that are sent to me, I didn't do anything to cause this problem I have a mozbackup but that hasn't helped, I am completely frustrated, never had this problem before
