I think she's not lying, unless you have a reason to think that. The same thing can happen with a phone call. It can ring multiple times on your end and only ring once or twice on the other end.

I went to two different apple stores and both people looked at it and they said that my phone definitely had major hardware issues and that the dock was broken and that the headphone jack was broken but they said that I was out of warranty so I would have to pay around $200 for a replacement or an upgrade. Hello, i have a question on my iphone 4s. I went to a party a few days ago and it had gotten stolen. The next day my friend said that he had found it and it was jaibroken? The phone was on 1 % when i had recieved it. It then died and i plugged it in to the charger. When i plugged it in the apple logo appeared as if it was starting but, it wasnt. The apple logo appeared for about ten seconds and then the screen went black. After that, the connect to itunes screen popped up and will not go away. So now when i take it off of the charger the screen just stays black and wont turn on? I tried connecting it to itunes and restoring it. But it wont even show my phone any more on the side of itunes. I tried restoring it and an error had occured (2001). I have looked up on youtube how to fix this problem and non of them have helped or worked. Its my only phone and i cant even text my girlfriend which bothers me terribly!! Please help me ASAP!!

Tried to update an app on my phone but when it asked me to give the password for my AppleID, it was asking for the password to my sister's AppleID. I went to setting and down to itunes&app store settings and checked which AppleID was logged in, but i found that it was my AppleID that was logged in, not my my sisters. I then tried logging out and logging back in again but the app store, regardless of this, still asks me for my sister's AppleID and I don't know her password...How do I get the app store to ask me for MY AppleID password, not my sister's?
If this app was bought by your sister with her Apple ID, only her ID can update the app.

I heard about the iPod Nano recall over fire risk, I entered my info online and it said that I was eligible, but since early December I have not heard anything more from itunes/apple. In which time someone I know has sent off theirs and received their replacement nano already. Is there an email address I can email to request info? Would be much appreciated! Thank-you.

There's something wrong here. I put the code in before I get an apple ID and then I get one...I picked a movie that I wanted to rent and put my ID and password in then it said review the payment options. I put my code in again and it said that it was invalid. PLEASE HELP!

Order of iTunes billing methods
When making purchases, content credits are used first, followed by Gift Certificate, iTunes Card, or Allowance Account credits; your credit card or PayPal account is then charged for any remaining balance.
When you buy individual songs from the iTunes Store:
Free song credits are redeemed first.
If you have no free song credits, gift certificate, prepaid card, and allowance credits are used next.
If your gift certificate, prepaid card, and/or allowance credit is less than the total cost of the purchase, your credit card is billed for the remaining balance.
If you have no free song credits or gift certificates, prepaid cards, or allowance credits, your credit card is billed for the songs you buy.
When you buy an album on the iTunes Store:
Gift certificate, prepaid card, and allowance credits are used first.
If your gift certificate, prepaid card, or allowance credit is less than the total cost of the purchase, your credit card is billed for the remaining balance. Note: Free song credits cannot be used for album purchases.

Identifying iPod models -
My daughter had an update for itunes which she did. She said that there was also an update for ipod but it had told her it failed. However, now when she connects USB cord it tells her she must restore. I am assuming that it updated to IOS 6. Is she going to lose everything on the device if she goes ahead and restores it? She does not have anything backuped in the cloud as she was not aware that this update would cause this issue.
If her iPod was backed up, she will lose the data on the iPod, but it could be restored from the backup.
