So my gift card won't let me redeem it.

Every time I go to redeem it my log in appears and says to type in my password, which I do and it just keeps popping up every time I click redeem. I know I'm typing in the code right. I've tried to redeem it off my iPod, but it does the same thing (was redeeming off iPad). I've logged out and back in on my iTunes but nothing happened. Why is it doing this?

Never mind guys I got it. I just had to wait overnight for some reason.

Sorry, but you cannot use a UK iTunes card in any country other than the UK. Sell or give the card to someone in the UK and buy a French prepaid card.

Hi All,
I had this problem today myself, and was frustrated repeatedly by the '4002' error.
I have literally just fixed the issue by doing the following steps:
1: Go to the 'Store' tab and select 'Turn Off iTunes Match'
2: Return to the 'Store' tab and select 'Update Genius'
3: Wait for this to complete succesfully, the return to the 'Store' tab once more and select 'Turn On iTunes Match'.
4: iTunes Match will now go through the motions and should succeed!

The only way to get rid of those little leftover balances is to make a request to iTunes Customer Service:

Once they get it zeroed out, you will be able to enter your new Swiss billing credentials.

My Lexar sd card won't let me put images onto it.

I got a Lexar SD card not long ago and it won't let me drag images onto it. Whenever I drag an image to the SD card window, a small no sign will appear by the file and I can't put it in. I've looked around the internet and seemingly nobody has the same problem. Please help.

Gift cards are valid only in the country in which the card was issued, so if this card came from the US, you cannot use it in the UK. Send it back to the person who gave it to you, or find someone in the US you can give or sell the card to.

I pre-ordered Paramore's new album one day and the next day I received a $15 gift card for itunes and I redeemed it. My question is now that I have redeemed it will itunes take the price of the preordered album from my $15 or from my debit card?

If not how can I make that happen? The Paramore pre-order is $9.99 and I want itunes to take the money from the gift card and not my bank account. The charge won't happen until the 9th, when it is released.

I'm kind of running into the same problem with a TV season I bought. I have watched the first 4 episodes just fine but now a new episode is available and it wants me to pay for it. Even though I have already paid for it when I bought the complete season.
I think they are mucking around in the servers and causing this issue. I have reported the problem through iTunes and I hope they get it fixed soon.
