So tired of asking this

No one has been able to help me with my Creative Zen...and when I say this I MEAN it.
I think the problem is that I may have erased a driver or something because my computer doesn't recognize my player no matter how many times I install and uninstall the software. And there are absolutely NO drivers nor BETA drivers for an XP system so in that sense, I guess I'm screwed.
*I have a Creative Zen Vision (30 GB) and I haven't successfully put things on it since November or so.
*It charges fine with a PSP charger, but I'd love to get good with my computer again
*Windows XP Edition
*Not much space on computer but I can make room
*Over /2 room left for more files
What driver would I need? (If one at all)
It's weird how I can bring this to my brother's and it will install fine. I'm thinking he has a driver that I must have gotten rid of.

This is the advice I followed that sorted it for me:
After trawling through all this forum and related threads, I came across this solution on another site (there are hundreds of people out there with the same problem) this one worked for me.
Go to Control panel / add remove programs. Uninstall Windows media player , this rolls you back to WMP 0. Reboot PC. Go to add remove programs again and uninstall Windows media player runtime reboot PC.
Go to Control panel /system/ hardware /device manager/ uni'versal serial bus controllers then uninstall all the items marked 'USB root hub' (dont panic because your PC will install them again when you reboot).
Reboot PC, wait for USB devices to be reinstalled. Connect Zen via USB. Run your downloaded Zen firmware update, this should now run OK without the 'player not connected' message. Be patient as the upgrade takes a few minutes.
Your Zen should now reboot into its normal screen.
This has taken me about a week to sort out, hope it helps everyone.
Thinking about it, maybe this isn't quite the solution for you. But I can't help thinking if you do the above in regards to uninstalling WMP etc, it might work.

I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on exactly what you are trying to log into with your Apple ID, or what exactly you are seeing (alert message, directions, etc) when you try to do so. I just upgraded my iPad from 4.3.3 to the newest - I think 6.1.3. I cannot find my photos and videos. I tried a restore, but after 3 hours, it's timing out. Pardon my ignorance on asking this question; but is there a way to find my photos?

Here are the steps I though I took this morning:
Backup iPad
Connect to iTunes and downlaod newest version of iTunes and then newest iOS
restart Vista Laptop
upgrade to newest iOS
I knew somethign was wrong when it took about 6 hours to upgrade the iPad
at the end it errored with this message error (-50), but the upgrade worked
I was expecting to see all my photos but didn't see them
I have tried a restore to a back up 2 times. The first time took 3 hours and just sort of timed out - it kept saying that there was an hour to go
I tried it again 2 hours ago and same message.
They are very valuable to me and so now I am panicking

It certainly sounds like your harddrive is dying. I would Immediately backup your harddrive to an external USB or Firewire harddrive Before doing anything else. It just may save your data in time before you lose it all.

I assume this is Apple Mail. Try this:
Preferences > Accounts > your-first-account
Select Outgoing Mail Server of account/name you wish to use and check Use only this server
Repeat for other accounts.

If you are within 14 days of purchase you can still return the iPhone and get the phone that suits your needs, however, I think you will find that no matter which phone you get the content provider will want to know how you are going to pay for future purchases. For Android phones it is Google, and they will certainly want to know.

Not sure where to ask this- printing multiple files with file names

Apologies if there was a better place to ask this question- I'm not sure which program I should be using to achieve what I'd like to do and I'm not sure if it's even possible. I'm currently working for a publishing house preparing images that will eventually be printed inside books. Files come to me in a wide variety of formats. I save them as either tiff or eps. These files (the tiffs and the eps) will eventually be sent along to someone that is doing layout work for the book and then to the printers. Before that happens however I need to provide the editor with hardcopies of the images that will be published so that they can review them. Having the editors look at digital versions of the files is not currently an option. Our current workflow (not designed by me) entails entering all the images for any given book into an InDesign template. Then in Indesign I have to enter some information about the images (their numerical designation, their file format). Then we print the .indd file for editorial review. I find this process incredibly time consuming and tedious and I'm looking for a way to avoid it all together.
What I would like to be able to do is select a folder of images (tiffs and eps only) and print them at 100% (no resizing, one image per page) with the file name at the bottom of the page. Due to the number of images I'm responsible for, this could save me several hours of tedious work a week and would allow me to devote more time to producing a quality product. I thought I had found a solution using the 'contact sheet II' tool in adobe bridge. However, this rasterizes the eps files and makes them look unprofessional. An hour and a half of googling this issue has taken me to numerous dead ends. I wonder if there might be some way to do this quickly in indesign (at which I am a complete novice) or possibly via an automated illustrator function.

I appreciate the reply. I'm not sure that I will be able to convince the powers that be to drop the EPS format. I'm fairly certain that the printer, which the press has a long-standing relationship with, expects TIFF and EPS files exclusively. In addition, I'm not sure if I'm misreading what you're saying, or if you misunderstood something I said. Typically, the EPS format looks great and prints fine through illustrator or via InDesign (in other words, it doesn't usually look unprofessional). I use TIFF for photos or illustrations and EPS for charts or graphs (basically, in any instance I have to set type). The problem is that the only way I've found to speed up the production of hardcopies for editorial review ('contact sheet II' ) runs through bridge and photoshop, ruining the appearance of the EPS files.
I wonder if there's a way to run a similar batch process (may not be the correct wording) through illustrator such that both the TIFF and EPS files look clear, print at 100%, print one image per page, and the file name is included on the printout. Basically, a one image per page contact sheet. To do this now, I have to place every single file individually into InDesign and manually enter information about the files.

If the video is already on a DVD:
You need to convert the VOB files in the TS-Folder of the DVD back to DV which iMovie is designed to handle. For that you need mpegStreamclip:
