You should really look through and consider posting in your native tongue, looking through this it seems you sir have an activiation lock.
1: Apple will not, and cannot release that activation lock. It's a security feature willingly installed onto a user's device when they turn on find my device
2: The device was NOT properly set up for sale, they did NOT erase their senstive data and you were USING a phone with someone elses iCloud. At the point of sale you DID NOT ensure the device was properly wipe and bought an unproperly set up device. At point of sale, Buyer Beware,
3: Apple does not visit this forum, you are speaking to other users who have no means of doing anything for you
4: It is up to you to contact the owner of the device, or you are outta luck mate. Next time buy an iPhone guranteed to work from a authorized source,

If you are within 14 days of purchase you can still return the iPhone and get the phone that suits your needs, however, I think you will find that no matter which phone you get the content provider will want to know how you are going to pay for future purchases. Your profile shows you are running Snow Leopard. Put the Safari version you now have into the Trash. You need to reinstall Snow Leopard.
Reinstall OS X without erasing the drive
1. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions
Boot from your Snow Leopard Installer disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the installer.
If DU reports errors it cannot fix, then you will need Disk Warrior and/or Tech Tool Pro to repair the drive. If you don't have either of them or if neither of them can fix the drive, then you will need to reformat the drive and reinstall OS X.
2. Reinstall Snow Leopard
If the drive is OK then quit DU and return to the installer. Proceed with reinstalling OS X. Note that the Snow Leopard installer will not erase your drive or disturb your files. After installing a fresh copy of OS X the installer will move your Home folder, third-party applications, support items, and network preferences into the newly installed system.
Download and install Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo v1.1. -

Whe i try to install ML my Bootpartition (also my only one partition) is grayed.
An i became an error simmilar to "you cant use this volume as your startup volume for your computer"
I am verry confused, becouse it is my startup volume.
I have over 50GB of free space.
anyone an idea, about this problem?
PS i have no recovery partition.
When i startup with alt key i only can select my "one - and only" partition.

I use Time Machine to back up my entire computer with my external hard drive. I am getting a brand new iMac this month and was wondering what is the process of using this back up to restore my new computer exactly how my old computer was? When you turn on the new iMac for the first time, Setup Assistant will ask you to restore a backup, so connect the external disk and follow steps to restore all your files to your new iMac. Your new Mac will have the same settings and programs as your old computer.
In other cases, I would recommend to restore the whole backup without using Migration Assistant or Setup Assistant, but a Late 2012 iMac uses a special OS X build, so the OS X version that you're using on your old Mac won't work on the new one. What does this mean (referring to the Java update on the Mac OS X 10.5.8) "remains disabled by default in this update"? Does that mean I don't have Java any more because of this update?
You should still have JAVA. Open Safari, then in the top Menu Bar, click on Safari and pull down to Preferences.
Safari> Preferences> Security> and click check the buttons next to Enable JAVA and Enable Javascript.
You might have to restart Safari, I'm not sure about that.

so my iphone 4 that is using ios5 keeps freezing when i want to dial, or receive call. i can use all my other apps but cant use the phone to call because the freezing problem. i know some people that are having the same problem too. what can i do?
I got the same problem. The percentage of getting this problem is around 10% of all my dial/receive calls.
The problem usually appears when I receive calls. The phone app will freeze, and I cannot dial or receive calls even I closed the phone app, however, most other apps work properly.
Once this problem happens, I will not be able to turn off the phone by holding sleep button, the only way I can get rid of it is holding sleep and home button at the same time to reset the iphone. -

If there are problems with updating or with the permissions then best is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.

Yes, it does work. It is carrier locked to AT&T, just like all GSM iPhones sold in the US since their introduction.
