SOA Approval workflow trigger error

I have created an SOA workflow for approval and used at operational level.
I am getting the error IAM-2050014 : An error occurred while initiating approvals for request 61. The corresponding error message is Unable to instantiate the workflow process due to: weblogic.rjvm.PeerGoneException: No message was received for: '240' seconds.
Any inputs on how to resolve the issue?

A quick google search of "weblogic.rjvm.PeerGoneException" will return lots of other users with the same issues and what they did to resolve. You should check them out and let us know how it goes.

However while saving the changes in the bid invitations, system shows the error "No approval workflow found". Use T-code OOCU - Task custamising overview. Then SRM-EBP --> SRM-EBP-WFL then active event linking.
Please activate WS145000026 for automatic approval of bid. or WS145000027 for one step approval of bid invitation.
This will help to solve your problem. IF not please reply me the error.

OIM , Approval WorkFlow Page Error

Dear All,
Kindly if anyone can share some experience on the following issue:
1 - I have IDM 9.1.0.x
2 - To define the approval workflow when I try to open the workflow designer i.e Manage Resources>Manage> select resource ... it shows error page with no error number just a link to IDM admin.
My question is:
1- Could it be due to some issue in connector of the relevant application (MySQL on backend> GTC with Java customized connector)?
2- Or it could be a problem in the IDM system itself related to some configurations, missing installation components.
what should I check to verify if it is some issue with the IDM servers settings?

can you please be a little more elaborated and guide me how to remove this error, when click on the resource instead of opening workflow designer it opens a page with a link to admin, not showing any error just "A system error has encountered" message.

Since the issue is related to Default approval workflow, I wonder if you are using workflow based on 2010 platform or 2013 platform.
If you are using SharePoint 2010 predefined workflows and encountered the "error occurred", please refer to:

SOA Approval Workflow - Questions

Hello,
i created a simple approval workflow, which assigns a request to the creator.
I use the following expression:
Identification Type: User
Data Type: By Expression
Value: /task:task/task:payload/task:
Now, i want to assign the request to a group/role of the request. All members of this group could accept/reject the request.
How to set this expression?

This works, but i need a dynamically solution.
If a user of group A do a request, this should be assigned to group A
If a iuser of gorup b do a request, this should be assigned to group B
My solution is at the momente "hard coded". I need for each group another workflow
Is it possible create one dynamic workflow for all groups?

As Disha advised, try to find out what are the workflows are activated in swe2 for bus2121 .
you can deactivate the unnecessary workflow since you want without approval wf

Error auto-firing an approval workflow inside a project's workspace

Hi all,
I have activated the SS2010 Workflow in PWA site collection features in order to use an approval workflow in one of my project's workspace. I setup the workflow under "Project Documents" and select to auto-start upon an item's creation. However this doesn't happen and I always get an eventreceiver exception in Event log. It works as expected when I fire it manually. I am connected as the system account.
Is this a known issue or is the log correct stating that a system account cannot trigger a workflow autostart (below)???

Approval workflow error when creating a new custom entity in FIM 2010 R2

i'm hoping somebody here can help, me i've been struggling with this for some time now. On a fresh FIM installation i create a custom entity named "Role" and add a few custom attributes.
I then create an approval workflow and MPR for normal users to create entities of type Role, but another user must approve this request. The other user has a working mailbox - i've tried firing an action workflow that sends a mail notification when someone
creates a new role and it is working fine. But, when i enable my approval workflow (the only field i changed from default is the approver) on the MPR, the workflow always failes with the message:
Error processing your request: The operation was rejected because of access control policies.
Reason: The server workflow rejected the operation.

PO Approval Workflow Customization - Save Validation error

Requirement- we needed to modify PO Approval workflow to add item cost under notification as an additional column. In this process I have tried saving the standard PO Approval workflow but when doing validate it throws an error.
I am using Oracle EBS R12.1.3
and Oracle Workflow Version 2.6.3.5

Upload of PO Approval Workflow Customization showing errors.

As per the client requirement, I have customized the PO approval Workflow
For customization i did take care that only those standard workflow processes are customized which are prescribed by Oracle as customizable.
For ex: PO Approval Top Process (Protection Level 1000)
1. All other custom processes are defined and then included in the standard processes.
2. I have done all this activity at an access level of 100 in Workflow Builder.
3. For every custom object in workflow i have checked the Preserve Customization checkbox
4. Though Preserve Customization Checkbox is not checked for PO Approval Top Process.
5. After Verifying the design in Workflow Builder i tried Uploading the Workflow to the instance but it is giving Errors
First I tried to upload in FORCE mode
1. Copying the customized poxwfpoa.wft file to PO_TOP/patch/115/import/US directory

After running this it was giving errors like

Approval Workflow deploy in Jdeveloper - SOA Server not showing up in list

Trying to deploy an OIM approval workflow. Added my weblogic server, and tried to deploy. When it comes to selecting a SOA server, no soa servers show up in the list. Any ideas? Thanks.

Financials AWE - EOAW_CORE.ENGINE error when submitting approval workflow

I'm getting the following error when trying to approve or preview and save a requisition with approval workflow (awe) enabled in our stage environment. It works correctly in our development environment, and I've tried comparing all of the configurations, roles, permission lists, templates, etc., to assure that they match, but something is still awry. I've compared a lot of table contents between both environments; although I may be missing some. Can anyone give me some ideas as to what to look for to see what might be missing from our stage environment that might have been overlooked? When workflow for requisitions is disabled; the requisition saves correctly.

Error in Shopping cart Approval workflow

Hi Workflow experts,
We are on SRM 5.0 with Extended classic scenario.
I have activated & set the start conditions for No Approval workflow.
The workflow for shopping carts end up in Error status.
Message "Error changing to status RELS". upon further dwelling, the message "Work item XXXXX: Object XXXXXXX method SETRELEASED cannot be executed" is displayed. How can i check the Binding between the Task container & the Method Container.
I have no red flags in SWUD for WS10000060. I have checked the automatic customisation of workflow & every thing looks good. The workflow back ground jobs are running.
What could be the problem?
