SOAP service shutsdown and restarts itself -- SOAP - Performance Monitoring APIs
Our "SOAP - Performance Monitoring APIs" service shutdown and restarted itself twice within 5 days. Would someone know what this service is dependent on, why might it be doing this and what are the best steps to stop this from happening?
Sounds like you're hitting something similar to Bug ID CSCul26251
There's no fix and the only workaround is to disable the service.

My MacBook Pro will suddenly quit while I'm working on it and restarts itself.
I have a 2012 MacBook Pro running OSX 10.8.2 Mountain Lion with a 27-inch Apple Cinema Display connected to it that I use at work. I am an art director so I am constantly in Adobe Creative Suite 6. In the past month my MacBook Pro has suddenly quit on me while working and restarts itself TWICE. This time I was listening to a downloaded album on iTunes and the music started to skip right before the computer crashed and restarted itself. Has anyone ever experienced this before? It doesn't freeze up or anything like that, it will just unexpectedly go into Restart mode & the computer restarts. Everything is fine once it restarts but I am wondering if I should be concerned or if someone might know of a repair solution I could do on the computer. Should I run Disk Utilites to see if their is an issue? Would appreciate any comments and suggestions and feel free to ask may any question. THANKS!!
If you have more than one user account, you must be logged in as an administrator to carry out these instructions.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below to select it:
syslog -k Sender kernel -k Message CSeq "Previous Shutdown" | tail | open -f -a TextEdit
Copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C).
Launch the Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the icon grid.
Paste into the Terminal window (command-V).
The command may take a noticeable amount of time to run. Wait for a new line ending in a dollar sign (“$”) to appear.
A TextEdit window will open with the output of the command. Post the contents of that window, if any — the text, please, not a screenshot. The title of the window doesn't matter, and you don't need to post that. -
Mac mini keeps freezing and restarting itself
I just bought this Mac Mini a couple weeks ago. It's the dual core 2.5 processor with 4 gb of ram and 500gb hard drive I believe. it's been working great up until today. It has frozen and restarted itself (popping up the grey screen upon restarting saying that there was a problem) about 20 times at least today. I have noticed it has mostly been while I was on Safari.
Also, this computer came with mountain lion originally and I had a free upgrade for Mavericks and updated it to mavericks I think yesterday.
I am completely new to mac. I have an iPhone and iPad but I've never owned a Mac computer before and I've heard it's so much better than windows but now it's making me rethink my decision lol.
So anyone have any ideas? I'm used to windows shutting down on me and I know how to fix it but I have no idea what could be wrong. Its obviously something software related. Could it be Safari, mavericks or something of the sort? Has anyone else had similar issues?
Any help would be appreciated! thanks!Well.. I just started this thing up after letting it stay off last night and today. Upon log on it shut down and restarted itself before I even got to the main screen.

Macbook pro 13" shutsdown and restarts randomly..
My 2 week old Macbook Pro 13" randomly shutsdown and restarts randomly.. about 2 times a day. I tried to download the firmware update v1.1 as suggested here; http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1599, however a msg popped up saying my computer doesn't need the software..
Suggestions on what the problem could be??Yeah you have a problem. Try Resetting the SMC and PRAM. It that doesn't do anything to stop this problem then you will need to take it to Apple to be fixed.

ESB SOAP Service Error - Mutiple levels of SOAP invocation.
Hi,
Does anyone have a solution to this problem,
We are on SOA 10.1.3.1.
I am trying to design hierarchial invocation of services, where one ESB service calling another ESB service and so on...
Example There are 3 ESB Projects A, B and C. Project A calls B; B calls C.
A -> B -> C
In project B, I added SOAP service to directly reference/invoke service C which is already deployed. On execution, service B is successfully able to call service C. No issues.
I did similar execise, In project A, I added SOAP service to directly invoke service B (which is internally calling service C). Deployment is successfully. On execution from service A, I am getting following error.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem ?

Satellite A100-049 shuts down and restarts itself
Have had this laptop for about six months and it occasionally, for no apparent reason, just shuts itself down and restarts. This can obviously be very irritating. Anybody alse come across this or know why it happens?
cocolocoHi
Did you see any error messages or BSOD?
Did you notice a high temperature or a hot air blowing from the notebook ventilators?
Such automatically and unexpected shut downs could be related to the high internal temperature.
The notebook supports an overheating protection.
If the temperature increases to a critical level the notebook shuts down automatically to prevent the hardware from damage.
In such cases mostly the temperature goes up because the ventilators cannot rotate with full performance.
The simply fan cleaning could helps. The computer stores sell nice tools to clean the cooling modules.
But if you have no experience and dont know how to do it, please ask a notebook technician for an help. -
Why won't my iPad activate after a factory reset, and restarts itself continuously?
Having just bought a 1st Gen iPad, which has been restored to it's factory settings, it needs activating. After selecting the correct language, and region, and establishing a WiFi connection, the iPad comes up with a message stating "It may take up to three minutes to activate your iPad". Before three minutes are up, the iPad restarts itself, and the cycle restarts.
I have also tried activating the iPad through iTunes. When using this option, the iPad displays the "Connect to iTunes" text and logo, and iTunes recognises a new iPad device. However, there is a loading symbol next to the iPad device name on iTunes, and I have no control or access to iTunes or my iPad during this process. And as iTunes still has the loading symbol next to the iPad device name, the iPad restarts, thus disconnecting from iTunes, and the whole cycle, once again, starts over.
I've tried rebooting the WiFi and connecting/reconnecting to it. I've also tried restarting the iPad, restoring the iPad, opening the iPad in recovery mode to restore it etc, and it still does not work. The device still restarts itself after roughly 2mins during this process.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Regards Louiseven though you have stated you did everything correctly, I think it's time you took it to an apple store and had them help you with it.

Since downloading OS X Mavericks, my computer has been shutting down midway of starting up. Please help! The problem began after downloading the software free update. Now when I start my computer, it will starts up normal but when the desktop appears, there will be an error message that I shut down my computer because of an error and if I would like to open the applications that were open before the sudden shut down I should press continue. Then when I select continue, it will open up another communication window that my computer is restarting because of an error. Then the screen will revert to shutting down and restarting again. This has been going on now all morning. Can someone hlep me on how to resolve this issue?
Very Important, how much Free Space is on your Hard Drive first of all? Click on the Macintosh HD on the Desktop, then do a Get Info on it.
Could be many things, we should start with this...
"Try Disk Utility
1. Insert the Mac OS X Install disc, then restart the computer while holding the C key.
2. When your computer finishes starting up from the disc, choose Disk Utility from the Installer menu at top of the screen. (In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, you must select your language first.)
*Important: Do not click Continue in the first screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Disk Utility.*
3. Click the First Aid tab.
4. Select your Mac OS X volume.
5. Click Repair Disk, (not Repair Permissions). Disk Utility checks and repairs the disk."
http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=106214
Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)
If perchance you can't find your install Disc, at least try it from the Safe Boot part onward.
Do they launch OK while in Safe Mode? -
after turning on my ipod any app i go into will freeze after a few min. and after a while it will turn off and restart by itself
Have you tried restoring the iPod from an older backup?
If that doesn't work try restoring it to factory settings.
See this article for information on backing up and restore your iPod.

Synchronous Scenario SOAP to Proxy and Proxy to SOAP
Hi Sdn,
I am new to Synchronous Scenario.
Third party will send SOAP message requesting some information from SAP.

they are expecting a response Proxy - > PI -> SOAP.
Could you please let me know how to design teh Synchronous Scenario in PI .

Extreme lag and restarts itself (on GE60)
My GE60 has some issues..
So after I use my laptop for about few hours (3 - 4), not gaming, just using Skype and Internet Browser, it starts to get extreme laggy then a black screen appears. When I press Ctrl Alt Del, it won't respond. So I have waited for about 30 minutes, it sometimes shows "The logon process was unable to display security and logon options when ctrl alt delete was pressed" or it doesn't respond so I have to force shutdown. And by sometimes I mean this happens A LOT!! I have tried a lot of things. Defrag, Virus check, drive check (optimize), registry, netsh winsock reset, sfc /scannow (then applied fix), chkdsk /f...
However I just got this problem AGAIN
This time the message "The logon process was unable to display seucrity and logon options... " did not pop out but the system RESTARTED BY ITSELF
Seriously, why do I have this issue.. Its a newly bought laptop.. I have checked task manager and there was no process taking lots of memory. So I can't figure out what the problem really is.. Please help meI found the solution...
It wasn't a virus, a wrong update, or corrupted graphic driver...
It was a problem with hard drive. Not as physically.
So the problem was in Intel Rapid Storage Technology.
In there, if you look at performance tab, there is Link powermangement option.
I think that option makes the hard drive to sleep or something when inactive to save battery
but when I move my mouse or keyboard to on the laptop again, it doesn't respond and I have to force shutdown using power button
I think my hard drive is not compatible with that option so it is having problem every time in idle for a hour...
Solution: Disable Link powermanagement option in Intel Rapid Storage Technology
I hope it helped anyone facing the same problem -
Macbook pro Mid 2010 freezes and restarts itself
Hi All, I have a Macbook Pro Mid 2010, 2,4 GHz Intel Core i5, and keeps restarting on its own when launching videos or on Skype.
I've tried booking a Genius Bar apointment but living in London they're always full.
Any help is appreciated.
