Socket problem accessing sever EE5

hi,
Has y see there is not many support on EE5 SDK.
I just install EE5 (full option) and i find out that when i start the server it look like it is succeful on the cmd windows.
But at the sema time i got hundreds socket opening port. And off course i cannot acces the port 8080 with my browser.
But when i look at the relle connection this my port scan tools. I find ou that the port 8080 it alocated to the localhost 0.0.0.0 and that all the pther port open are located to localhost 127.0.0.1
It look like the socket opened on port 8080 is not accessible but open.
And all this other socket try to make a connection with one of the
8080,4848 ecxt.. port who are allocated to 0.0.0.0
It is my windows wirewall how is responsible of that or i need to instruct the server that the ip addres must be 127.0.0.1 or whatever.

open are located to localhost 127.0.0.1If you bind a port to listen on the localhost interface, it only listens on localhost.
If you don't specify the interface, it listens on all interfaces - shown as 0.0.0.0
It look like the socket opened on port 8080 is not
