SOE report

I have had a request for a SOE type of report. We are needing a report that basically looks just like the check stub with all the details, but we need to be able to print this for a specific date range.
Has anyone created anything like this that they would be willing to share?

Got a few views, but no replies. Nobody has needed anything like this? What do you all give to show the wages for workers comp stuff and if someone needs old stub info for loans and other items? When we have a workers comp claim, we have to provide 1 year worth of salary info so they can get the averages for the payout.

  • SOE report is not being opened

    Hi All,
    I have created new responsibility for the payroll user. From that responsibility, if I tried to open the SOE report it is not being opened. The following error is coming.
    "Function not available to this responsibility. Change responsibilities or contact system administrator."
    I am able to view SOE report from other responsibilities.
    I have set the profile option "PAY:Statement of Earnings User Category" at site level.
    Please help me out how to view SOE report from new responsibility.

    We dont have that "Payroll Report Archiver" Concurrent Program. But I run "Canadien Payroll Archiver" Program after running payroll. But i got a blank .out file with < < E N D O F R E P O R T > > in specified location "/ebs/oracle/vis5comn/admin/out/VIS5_apps11i "

  • Quick Pay and SOE Report

    Dear Friends
    In our client instance they terminate the employee on 31st May 2012.
    In the Termination Actual: 31-May-2012
    Last Standard and Final Process: 31-May-2012.
    When we run the Quick pay on 31-May-2012, all the elements in the element entries are processed, it is coming in the run results.
    In the SOE report except one element all the other elements are coming. (Element Name: Top up Pension Accrual) - this element coming in run results but not in SOE.
    I had tried with different scenario
    In the Termination Actual: 30-May-2012
    Last Standard and Final Process: 31-May-2012.
    When we run the quick pay on 30th May 2012, all the elements in the element entries are processed, it is coming in the run results and also in SOE.
    If you have time, please clarify.

    Which Legislation are you working on ?
    What is the classification of the element 'Top up Pension Accrual' ?
    On the element definition what is the Termination ryle . Is it Actual termination or Final Close or Last standard process date ?
    Generally elements of Earnings & Deductions are shown on Payslip.
    Any additional elements have to be added at the BG level - SOE Information.

  • Payslip "SOE Report" is not showing !

    Hello,
    After running the Payroll we want to show the Payslip of July for each employee in the SSHR ..
    We run the below requests::
    1- Saudi Output File.
    2- Cash
    3- Saudi Archiver
    But still the Payslip for July is not there !
    Note: I repeat the same steps more than 2 times, the Archiver process in the first try took time then said "Sucessful for 5344 records" but in the next time it take only 1 min then Done ...
    Can I rollback these concurrent programs and do it again,,, by the way this is we do monthly but this month only we faced the issue ...

    Yes In that case we can set and see the value but It is not Feasible solution to set the decimal places manually everytime. Actually it sould be set to default and thats what i am looking where to set it default so that it applied to all user and no intervention needed.

  • Element showing Multiple times in SOE.

    Hi,
    I have added one element called 'Basic' one time only in element Entries. But it is showing 2 times in SOE report and Run Results also.
    How to remove that. Pl. help.

    The Element was processed multiple times in the Payroll run and hence you can see the element twice in the Run Results. The possible reasons could be
    1. Element was prorated.
    How to check : Check whether the Start Date and End Date were populated in the run results screen for the two entries of the element.
    2. Multiple Element entries were created for the Element which is ruled out as you confirmed that there are no multiple element entries.
    3. Run results were triggered due to Indirect Results.
    you need to fire some queries to find out this.
    select * from pay_element_entries where element_entry_id in (select source_id from pay_run_results where run_result_id in (<id1>,<id2>) )
    where id1 and id2 are run_result_ids of the two run result entries for the element.
    Performing above checks should give you the reasons.

    In the SOE report, I am unable to see Total Payable(difference of Total Earnings and Total Deductions), Balances and Information elements.
    Can anyone please tell me how to get those in the SOE.

    If you have configured the values at your BG - SOE Information/SOE Detail Information level properly, I don't see any reason why you cannot see it.
    Just try adding different elements/balances and see if those are picked on the SOE.
    If you still cannot get through, Please log an SR/contact oracle support.

    Thanks zam_ora and thanks for all colleagues in this forum, Actually I've solved the above-mentioned problem, But I have another one, that is: SOE report shows nothing for all employees (non of the elements are shown) although the employees have been paid.
    Note: I've completed all the required setup for SOE successfully.
    Please advice why the SOE Report doesn't show earnings, deductions, total pay, .......... (nothing is shown).

  • Need to find test data with payments include earning from past periods

    I am new to Oracle Payroll and need to find test cases which payments include earning from past periods.
    I have an R12.1 Vision environment but cannot run Payroll due to issue with Vertex, but I do have front-end and database access.
    Wonder any Reports/ Forms I can use to locate sample data with earning from past periods?

    Hi,
    You can use oracle standard form to query old processed payroll for your desired pay periods.
    Navigation is Your HRMS responsibility >View >Payroll Process Results.
    In this you need to choose payroll name,from date,to date and click find.
    for e.g. in your vision instance you can query with payroll as "Vision Monthly" from "12 2008 Calendar Month" to will be "10 2013 Calendar Month" and find the result.
    choose any of the record and view result by further click on Assignment Process button than next click on SOE Report.

  • Element Entry Screen does not show value

    I have created an element xxtest123, created a fast formula, and the formula result contain the direct result to this element.
    But before creating fast formula I did following steps.
    Created Input Values
    The input values this element has are
    Pay Value, Hire Date and Date Of Birth all are non enterable by user, and Database Items boxes corresponding to these values are checked.
    Created Element Link
    I, later linked it to a payroll and checked box Standard on the element link screen.
    Now issue is after running Payroll I can see the SOE report and Run Result Screen shows the expected result
    But the element entry screen does not show the values. Rather the fields are simply blank.
    Can anyone please help me why it is behaving such a way?

    But I have run QuickPay for that employee.
    After running QuickPay the input values names are coming into element entry value screen.
    But it is not showing the value corresponding to the element input value names.

    Thanks, I'm typing this message from an external keyboard borrowed from one of my schools iMac. It is working fine so could this be a serious hardware issue? I upgraded the RAM from 4 gb to 16 gb thinking that would solve the slowness/beachball issue but it didn't. Could it possibly be a faulty SATA cable or time to upgrade my hard drive as well?
    I'm feeling like this is beyond my reach and do not want to damage my MBP further. I'll shut it down and take it to the tech store on campus and hope they have mercy on my wallet. Thanks for the help.

    I need to build a report for purchasing contracts where the initial apspect of the report should be like this:
    Total of Contract Valid:               1                    
    Total of Contract Expired:            2                    
    Total of Contract to be reviewed : 1
    And then, when i double click in each one of them (valid, expired, to be reviewed) i should see the details of each contract. For example:
    Contract Number    Vendor       Company Code  Purch.Organ. Target Qty

    Hi All
    During testing and implementation, how can we test the salary details of all employees? Online payslip and SOE is not practical as there are more than 1000 employees. I can view the results using custom package.
    Is there any seeded report in HRMS which can be used during testing and development to check the salary details of the employees?

    I have developed a BI report with more number of parameters.
    Case 1:
    When i run my report , I am able to see data for particular condition but one column doesn't show any thing. All the rows in the column are blank.
    Case 2
    I tried to put the blank column as parameter, The Program works with out displaying that column data.
    I am not sure where it is going wrong. I tried running the code in toad and i am able to see the data.
    I have checked the code, Parameter description, length, Template and data definition.
