SoftCard not working on my Droid Turbo

Hi all, I just got my droid turbo and I love it but the softcard app won't work. When I go to create an account it says that the phone is not connecting to the 4G/3G network and it clearly is because I disable wifi and can see that it's on the 4G network. Any advice?

That's the issue I'm having now. The problem is I turned wifi off, restarted my phone, am on 4g LTE, and still get the data. Working with Verizon on that now, but not hopeful. Might have to stick with Google Wallet only...

My voicemail app is no longer working on my droid turbo

When I click apps under settings it shows it as still their and running, but when I go to my list of apps it isn't there. I only found this out when a person told me that my voicemail box was full. What do I need to do to get this voicemail app to show again? This may have started happening around the time I activated the HD calling or whenever that update happened.

Here to help, I want to make sure you can recieve all your important messages. When was the last time you access the voicemail application? When you checked in settings, under app, then "All" are you able to see voicemail? Does it show that the is application disabled? When is the last time you used the application? Are you able to dial *86 to hear your voicemails? Provie more information to resolve this.

Droid Turbo Family base companion app won't work

I have 3 droid turbo phones. The family base companion works fine on 1. The other 2 will not. I have rolled back updates and reinstalled numerous times. Anyone else having this problem?

I can see why you are concerned. To be clear, are you saying that you have been able to check activity in the past without issue? Are you also using the Droid Turbo? From what I have found, the companion app is not compatible with the Droid Turbo.

i have strange PROBLEM, before updating bios MAT was working on turbo and cpu-z showing performence mode enabled but after updating bios form 3.5 to 3.6 mat is not working on all fast turbo and ultra turbo

MAT is actually not work properly with Bios 3.5 and 3.6, its only works from normal to fast (try to check it using memtest86+ on memory speed).
What you see in CPUZ is PAT disable or enable.
On Bios 3.5 and 3.6 by enabling the SPD the memory timming doesn't change as you change from normal to above, but the memory speed is increasing only from normal to fast only (the turbo value have same memory speed as fast).
Also in these bios if your ratio 5:4 or 3:2 the PAT will shown disable on CPUZ even you change the performance mode.
Bios 3.2 or lower have make the PAT works properly by tighten the memory timming as you increasing the performance mode, try to check the memory speed using memtest86+.
Actually by setting the memory timming on manual the change of the memory speed is supposed to affected by the change in performance mode, but Bios 3.5 even 3.6 still have problem with it. The only improvement in Bios 3.60 is great performance of DOT compare with the old Bios version and the temp which are still a major issue since some have high temp others are not.
But with this older bios the temp have the same problem as the Bios 3.5 which stuck on the lower temp value.

Does Firefox sync work with HTC Droid Eris smart phone? This is Verizon's version of Droid Hero.

Droid Turbo Advanced Calling/ Internet Features Do Not Work!!!

This is my 2nd Droid Turbo since the phone came out last November. The first one had to be replaced because all the apps and the phone kept crashing. Let me just say that VERIZON and MOTOROLA both have some of the WORST Tech support I have ever experienced with a phone. I know more about these phones then they do. I even already know all the troubleshooting that they are going to make me do and waste my time!
I clearly tell the Level 2 tech support person that yes, Advanced Calling is enabled on my phone and on my account. Yes, it worked fine on my last Droid Turbo. As soon as I make a phone call the 4gLTE disappears and the phone says I have no Data Connection. I can't get on the internet unless I'm using WiFi. So ofcourse they try to trouble shoot it and that doesn't work so then they get Motorola on the line and this girl knows even less than the last one. On top of that she can't even speak English. Are you ************ kidding me! What a wast of my time. In the end they couldn't fix ********
I'll never buy another Motorola phone and I'll probably just cancel Verizon since they don't have service in my area anyway. Which btw, I live in LA but my house is on top of a hill where Verizon has no service so they told me I can cancel my contract anytime. Too bad for them!

When you say "does not work," what does that mean, exactly? What happens? Any error messages?

K7T Turbo limited - USB not working

I have a K7T turbo limited edition motherboard. The rear usb ports work fine. There are two USB ports on the front which do not work. appreciate any ideas on how to clear up this problem.

I called Verizon today about my Droid Phone which, AGAIN, is NOT working. I've had it replaced once already. I've been with Verizon for 9 yrs. So my plan is due to renew Feb 20th, my phone is NOT working, do u think they would go ahead and HELP me? Phis

So, I called today to see if I could upgrade, as my contract for 2 yrs is up on Feb 20th. I've replaced the Droid once already. It was broken, just not by me. Now the thing won't even work, at all. I need this phone as I work for a major company and we use these devices at night to contact one another.
Anyway's, Rep 1 transferred me to Rep 2 saying "Rep 2 has more authority than I". Rep 2 immediately began finger pointing. Basically, said Rep 1 didn't feel like dealing with my situation. So, he was angry, talking fast, and would not "HEAR" what I needed to say. He offered me a few idea's but in the end said he would not / could not help me, although my phone is NOT working, AGAIN.
I told him I would probably be going to another provider, he then began to berate all other provider's. Gosh I hate when CSR's do that !
So,looks like I'm outta here, and this saddens me. I KNOW he could've helped me, he chose NOT too.
9 years I have been Faithful to this Company. This is the thanks I get? Man, this is so Wrong, on so many levels.
I am sure of one thing: Another provider would be happy to have me as a customer.

Droid Mini notifications for email and text not working

I am having a problem with notification sounds not working for email and text messages with my Droid Mini. I took my original phone to the Verizon shop. They did a factory reset. Sound worked for two days. Went back to Verizon and they reset it again. But they did tell me if it happened again to call Verizon and they would send me a new phone. Well it happened again. Got my new phone just last week. Well yesterday and today the sound notifications for text messages and email is not working on the new phone. Last night I powered the phone off and back on and all was working well until this morning.
This is very upsetting as I really do like this phone. Would like to know what is going on with it. Have checked all the volumes and they are all up.
Is there a fix for this.

For Gmail it is: open Gmail > menu > settings > your gmail address > notifications check box is unchecked.
There are some additional notification options for labels too.

Send button not working on Droid

I have a customer trying to sign a document using a Droid. They can fill in the signature but the Send button is not working.

You can make Apple aware of this at: http://apple.com/feedback/iphone.html, and in the meantime you'll have to use AssistiveTouch. Hopefully when more people come forward, they will fix this bug in the next update.

Droid Incredible 4g lte global services not working in UK

Purchased global plan for travel in UK, got here, no service. I contacted support and after nearly an hour with two different people, they've started a problem ticket. I can get a list of network operators on GSM/ dual, but cannot connect. I have tried GSM only as well. It does not seem that I have the very latest software update, but when I check via WiFi for new updates, there aren't any. Does anyone have any clues about how to get this thing to work?

The DROID Incredible 4G LTE should already be running either Android 4.0+ for its operations system. Which means you can disable many of the pre-installed applications. Go to settings > Apps > slide to the All view. Disable each application individually. You might have to uninstall any updates before the disable button is available.
The DROID Eris is only three years old. It was released in November 2009. 12 minus 9 equals 3.
