New user. Set up my first form and emailed from mac to laptop and worked great. Tried to fill our form on my iPhone and galaxy and can't edit. What software/app is required on user devices to fill out, sign, save and email? Thx
The built-in PDF viewer on iOS does not support forms. Adobe Reader on iOS has some support and should work for what you want, but you may need to use the built-in methods for signing and emailing. Readdle's PDF Expert has better support, including more support for JavaScript. Neither support digital signatures, but both support a hand-drawn signature.
Adobe Reader on Android just had to drop support for JavaScript due to a security concern, so another option you might want to look into is qPDF Notes, which supports actual digital signatures and e-signing.

What is the best portable device for filling out job applications and sending resumes?
I have short periods of time at work between 1 to 15 minutes were I would like to apply for jobs and send out my resume. I use a MAC laptop g4 at home. I have had windows computer until about 4 yrs ago and hated it. I-phone, blackberry, Palm, or some other? What is best? Also what about cost and quality of connection to the net via AT&T Verizon or whatever? Thank you.You don't need to post the same question twice.

Will this app allow me to make a new slide in the middle of presentation? Also can I fill out a contract and get signature at the end?
IF youre talking about Keynote, I dont think any of the presentation software options allow you to "Add a slide" during a presentation.
Since your posting this in the iOS folder of the forums, we can assume further that you are using an iPad or iPhone as the presentation device. In that case, if you tap and hold on a slide during a presentation, you are offered a pen pallete that you can draw on the slides with, but once you hit "Done", it disapears.
As for the Contract, again nothing i know of allows you to do that directly from within the presenation.

It really sounds like the account on your iPhone is different than the one on your computer but based upon your posts, that's probably not it. So just like last time I tried to update my iPhone software...MY PHONE IS FROZEN. Displaying iTunes icon and a USB cable I pressed the Power button and the menu botton together until the apple icon appeared held them down for 10 secs & NOTHING Now what? Do I just wait for the battery to run out?

Your iPhone is in recovery mode-- you need to connect it to your computer and, most likely, iTunes will ask you to restore it. If you recently backed up this shouldn't be too much of a problem. -

The iPhone remembers information about previous contacts.
Complelely independently, you have a Contacts app with a contacts list. It sounds like your contacts list has 3 names on it. You need to add a few names. -

I'm trying to send a tune as a gift but, every time I fill out the info, and press "continue", I get a message that my session has "timed out". I didn't take me over a minute to fill out the form. How fast does one have to be!?
Well, first, why are you running such ancient versions of Firefox as 3.6? i would immediately update to Firefox 15.0.1 as Firefox 3.6.28 is no longer supported and is critically insecure.
As for the dreamweaver thing, I'm not sure this is a Firefox issue, so I'd check again after updating Firefox. -
People are filling out my form and saving it to finish later. It is not emailing them their form to finish and they are having to redo it.

The form data will send out email when first time data is saved, but when the user save it for the second time or third time, it won't send out emails automatically, you have to click on the resend email link to have the email sent again. For the subsequent saves, they can use the link provided in first email to retrieve web data. Please check with your users if they have run into this situation and are expecting emails from second or later saves.
If it is not the case, please send me the link of your web form to [email protected] and I would like to try it.

In order to fill out PDF forms, they must be enabled with form fields. If this hasn't been done by the individual/company that's providing the PDF file, you may use Adobe Acrobat Professional to accomplish this. This will involve erasing all data on the phone so make sure the buyer knows that the iphone will start erasing itself during this process
First, Make sure the buyer has turned on the phone and connected it to wifi
Log into https://www.icloud.com/
Click Find My iPhone.
Click All Devices, then select the device.
Click Erase [device], then enter your Apple ID password. Because the device isn’t lost, don’t enter a phone number or message.
When the device is erased, click Remove from Account.
