Software center reports application installed even though it has not installed

So basically we are deploying updates for an application. We re-bundle the application installation .exe into an .msi using EMCO repackage. our deployments work in a test environment,  but when we deploy to the production environment it fails. On that
note it fails with the software center saying it installed the software please see link. 
I am completely baffled by what is going wrong here. My test environment is only four virtual desktops and the company deployment group in like 70 desktops both are located in the same building. My SCCM12 instance is in a remote location connected via VPN.
The deployment package size is about 60Mb the software manager reports the package was only 1Mb.  I do not have a copy of a users execmgr.log file as of yet but i will examine and post as soon as I get a copy of one. Any initial help or point in the right
direction is appreciated.

Look in the "appenforce.log". It will tell you the exit code, also check the appdiscovery.log to determine the detection is passing or failing. Normally a MSI will use the ProductID by default. The detection method can be viewed/changed looking
at the deployment package.
Any reason why you need to deploy this via MSI? Does the exe not have switches to run the install, because you can define your own detection to detect if an exe installed correctly.
Edit - Exit code 0 means successful, 3010 also but also telling ccmexec that a reboot is required. Anything else would tell ccmexec that it failed. Also, what you will learn here is that SCCM delivers the installation and commands for the install however
the installer (the MSI) is responsible for all the work after that. SCCM just monitors the install for success/fail.

    Try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:

    Sometimes when I open my MacBook Pro, it restores its RAM, as if it has run out of battery, even though it has not run out of battery and it has been charging. Why does this happen, and should it be happening?

    It's similar to hybernation mode in Windows.
    If you put your laptop to sleep, after X amount of hours it will move to the "deeper" sleep level (save memory to disk and shut down...), to save up battery.
    Otherwise if you left your laptop asleep in the evening, you could wake up to a dead battery. Not a great surprise when you in hurry to leave the house with your laptop...

    Storage space on iCloud is not a substitute for storage space on the iPad. You need sufficient storage space on your iPad to accomodate the download. How much Available space do you have? Go to Settings>General>Usage
    How much space is used by your Other? You may be able to reduce.

    What did you download and from where?  Most downloads go to your Home/User/Downloads folder unless you've specified a different location in your browser. 
    If you downloaded the drivers from the App Store the drivers will be installed automatically and all you need to do is go to the System/Printers & Scanners preference pane as described below.
    You will have to install the drivers after downloading the installer package.  Lastly go to the System/Printers & Scanners preference pane and add the printer there.  It will automatically locate the drivers and set it up.

    You don't have to be "in" Safari for it to cancel logout.
    You have several different Applications open, and any one of them may cancel logout if conditions are just right.
    Quit the Applications you are no longer using and your Mac will run better and faster. And it will logout instead of cancelling.

    I have forwarded these questions about the version of Exchange server that is being used and whether Microsoft host the mai themselves to the IT Dept but I will not get a reply from them until tomorrow.
    In the meantime I have also tried:
    Deleting and re-creating the account AGAIN!
    And re-setting the phone (recommended as a solution to a similar problem with an iPad in another forum.
    But please remember that:
    The phone would not connect for 2 months after I bought it
    Then started working unexpectedly in December
    Then stopped working again when IOS 6.1.2. was installed
    Also why am I the only person affected by this when colleagues with iPhone 3s and 4s who use the same mail system are not (I am still trying to find one with an iPhone V to see if their's works).
    Like I said I think that there must be a fault, either with my own phone or with iPhone Vs in general.

    I got it - no need to respond.  I went to Mail Prefs, General, Defalt Email Reader, and rechose Mail.  Problem solved!

    If you're not a developer then you really should not have upgraded.
    I'm unsure how you can fix this as you have already done a back-up on iOS 7 and apple don't support firmware downgrades.

    Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
    ☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

    I have reported this problem from the beginning of the MBP release back in February.
    They have not solved it during any of my repairs.
    I have found the following helps, but does not solve:
    1. Disconnecting and reconnecting the magsafe power adapter
    2. Resetting your PMU
    3. Locking your Energy settings by clicking the lock in the lower left hand corner
    It seems to be a software bug that is somehow potentially related to the screen saver. When you shut your screen saver off... it sometimes disappears.

    Hey there, Recently I have been getting really slow speeds during peak times, I know you'll say "Thats what is meant to happen" and I know it is but my internet is going so slow that I can't load YouTube videos and play on Xbox LIVE from around 5:20pm till about 11:30pm all week. Sometimes even loading web pages is painfully slow. Heres something though: We are currently with Sky for Broadband. We called them up and we checked everything, It isn't Sky that is capping us because we checked our current speeds and sure enough I was getting the speed advertised therefore they said it was BT capping us. I have been livid because gaming doesn't take up much bandwidth, we can't upgrade our internet because we are outside Sky's network coverage area. So they said they'd reset something to get rid of the cap but that didn't work. So, from what I have seen and been told BT is capping us even though we are not with them and they are giving us slower speeds than what they cap their customers are. Shocking. Any Help?
    P.S we recently switched from BT because we kept being getting disconnected every 3 - 4 hours and we had no "cap" on Sky until about a month ago.

    I'm afraid Sky are lying to you. BT do *not* cap other operator/ISP connections.
    Sky are your provider, get onto their service desk and tell them to stop palming you off onto someone else. It is a Sky problem, not BT. If Sky don't have enough bandwidth to supply their customers, then that is a Sky problem, not BT. It doesn't matter if BT control everything or not, Sky are paying BT to use their equipment and bandwidth, if there is not enough - then it is Sky promising to deliver something they are unable.

    Backups of an iPhone made using iTunes are stored in a format that is only meant for use in a restore and are not meant to be accessed directly. There are other methods of transferring things like photos and contacts to your computer such as iOS: Import personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer, iCloud: My Photo Stream FAQ, and https://www.apple.com/icloud/
    If you absolutely must directly access an iTunes backup there is 3rd party extraction software available such as http://www.wideanglesoftware.com/ibackupextractor/

    Turn off Wifi in settings and then turn it on again; this will pause your device's update from updating.
    To stop automatic updates of applications, go to settings, Itunes&appstore, scroll down to automatic downloads and turn off updates
