I'm just wondering, I'm installing windows XP on my mac running lion. I don't have my lion install disk but Im able to install 'windows 7 support software' from bootcamp which I put on a usb flash drive. My friend says I can use that for Windows XP drivers but i'd just like to ask here.
So basically, can I use windows 7 mac drivers for windows XP? If not is there anywhere I can download them?

Where do I fnd software/drivers for psc2210 on 8.1?

I installed the psc2210 software that came with the new laptop running 8.1. Printer worked fine then suddenly stopped printing. I get error messages & printer unconnected message when I run troubleshooter. Installed the HP solutions program but no drivers were included. I am dead in the water. help.

Unable to install All-in-one Software & Drivers for Officejet 5610 All-in-One printer

I downloaded the software "File name: AIO_CDB_NonNet_Full_Win_WW_130_141.exe [1/1, 362.68M] version 13.1.0" and tried to install but was not successful after number of attempts. I tried HP Printer Install Wizard for Windows also but it also failed. I could not download even after number of attempts. It used to get aborted at different stages at every attempt. I am interested in HP solution centre for scanning documents. Please provide solution.

Hi there , I just wanted to stop in and share my suggestions as well, to hopefully help you out with the installation issue you are having with your Windows 7 system. Try these steps in order: Try unregistering and re-registering the Microsoft Windows Installer service:
1. Click the Start menu and type " cmd " in the search field and press enter.
2. Type in " msiexec /unregister " and then press enter.
3. Type in " msiexec /regserver " and then press enter.
4. Restart your PC and try the installation. Need Driver For Hp Laser Jet 5L/6L for Window Xp, 7

i have hp laser jet 5L and 6L pinrter and has xp and window 7 os. i have searched for drivers on google and found many but none of them working for me. the porblem is when is send pirnt command to printer. the status is printing for 4,5 minutes then it prompts an error that "failed to print".
Please guide me to the official drivers for hp laser jet 5L and 6L.

i have an hp scanjet 4850 that i would like to use on a windows 7 Pro desktop PC. i am having a problem finding the hp software / drivers for it.

'Drivers, Software & Firmware for HP Scanjet 4850 Photo Scanner' gives just a basic driver 'HP Scanjet Basic Feature Driver' and 'HP Print and Scan Doctor', which tells me that the basic feature driver is missing items. i know about the hamricks site that sells software, but i do not want to buy software that hp should be providing free.
any ideas?

Drivers for windows 8.1 on macbook pro

After installing windows 8.1 on Macbook pro, I heard that there are no software drivers for track pad and audio,
i even heard that the brightness keys on the keyboard doesnt work, even the right cllick on trackpad doesnt seem to work, is it true?

Hi, The install disk for my C4380 is for Windows 2000,XP and Vista. I use it wirelessly from my VISTA computer. I have a new Windows 7 and Windows 8 computer, either of which will not let me use my install disk on them. How can I get these two new computers on my wirless network? Thank you.

When I attempt to log on to I tunes I get the following message "The registry settings used by the I tunes drivers for importing and burning CDs and DVDs are missing This can happen as a result of installing other CD burning software Please reinstall

I can get down as far as step 11 but it shows nothing about upper filters and when I type on "If the Upper Filters entry is missing follow these instructions" nothing happens
Do you mean you can't see the instructions on what to do if there is no UpperFilters entry?
If so, here's the relevant instructions for that step:
On the right side of the Registry Editor window, right-click the UpperFilters entry and choose Modify from the shortcut menu.
Right-click the empty white space within the right-hand portion of the Registry Editor window. From the shortcut menu, choose New > Multi-String Value.
Name this new value "UpperFilters" (without the quotes). Then, right-click the newly created UpperFilters entry and choose Modify from the shortcut menu.
