Software License Agreement problem

Hello!
I downloaded an After Effects CC trial today and when i try to start the program "Adobe Software Licence Agreement" pops up and when i click accept the window dissapears for a second and then it pops up again and i can't get passed it. I have tried everything to solve this problem by reading about other peoples similar problems on the forums but nothing helps. I have tried reinstalling it multiple times but the same thing happens. I have tried setting the permissions for all Adobe folders correctly by verifying all users and groups to have full control over the folders but the agreement tingy still appears.
Is there any way to solve this?
My computer setup is:
Operating System:
-Windows 8 64-bit
RAM:
-16,0GB
Graphics:
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780
CPU:
-Intel Core i7 4770K

-ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. Z87-A
Graphics:
-NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 (Gigabyte)
Hard Drives:
-120GB KINGSTON (SSD)
-1000GB Seagate (SATA)

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
Rename the follwing 3 folder names :
Adobe PCD -> Adobe PCDold
backup -> backupold
caps -> capsold
Launch the application and retry.
Note : Do you have any other CC apps installed? and do they work fine ?

  • Problems accepting software license agreement in Adobe Download Assistant

I have tried everything suggested, but every time Adobe Download Assistant opens the only option I have is to read the terms of the software license agreement.  Every other option is voided(doesn't respond) I can not minimize, quit, accept, sign in, or click help,  and the only way I can close the window is with CONTROL-ALT-DELETE.  Is there something in the Software License Agreement that I'm supposed to check off? I haven't been able to find anything of the sort and I need these programs for school projects.  I have access to adobe products at school but unfortunately don't have the time to drive back and forth between school, home, and work...

Branched this out to a new discussion.  Since you mentioned Control-Alt-Delete I am assuming you are using some form of Windows on your computer?  If this is the case please go to Start>Control Panel>Display.  Once there what is your Set Custom Text Size (DPI) set too?  Can you try setting it to 100%?

  • Application Manger Software License Agreement for Acrobat Pro won't let me choose "Accept."

Just purchased the 12 month subscription to Creative Cloud and got most all programs I wanted installed, including Acrobat Pro. However, when attempting to open a PDF file an Application Manager window pops up with "CS6 Creative Cloud Membership" in the title and "Adobe Software License Agreement" in the header.
There is no other text in said window besides the options "Quit" and "Accept" in the lower right corner; below the Adobe logo in the upper left corner there is a drop menu triangle that opens an empty drop box.
The system we are using is a refurbished iMac 27" running OS x 10.6.8 Snow Leopard. Please advise; this is very frustrating.

Fix described here: http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/known-issues-acrobat-xi-reader.html (see Blank EULA screen)
"Blank EULA screen. Problem: Mac OS only. On launch, a blank EULA screen appears, which cannot be accepted, and Acrobat does not run. This problem can appear if you have any products installed from CCM or from Creative Suite, and you tried installing Acrobat XI from a different source.
Workaround: Launch any other product which is part of the CCM or Creative suite. Then, deactivate it by choosing Help > Deactivate. Quit the application. Then, launch Acrobat and accept the EULA. Then, for the CCM subscription product, launch it and select License This Software to enable the CCM product again. If a CS application, launch it and reactivate it. [3338419]"

  • How can I accept the Software License Agreement?

I have a Mac. I have had CS5 Design Premium Teacher and Student Edition for the last four years. A few weeks ago, I could no longer open up my product. Instead, a Software License Agreement popped up with the Adobe Application Manager. After I click "Accept", my program does not open. The Software License Agreement reappears. This continued to happen. I knew I had another download available, so I uninstalled Design Premium, and reinstalled it using my product key. However, even with the new install the problem persists. Adobe Online Support say they cannot help me with my issue and I should turn to the online forum. How can I fix this issue and open up my product? I need to use my programs!

Can't really visualise this. Can you post a screen shot of the message (but not if there are any personal details on screen)?

  • Recurring iPod Software License Agreement Form

Ok so it keeps popping up everytime I click the iPod icon under devices in iTunes. I also can't scroll to the edge of the page to read half of what it says on the license sheet. Also, none of the music options show up like in the tutorial, when I click the iPod icon under devices. This is really driving me nuts, because I want to delete some songs from my iPod, but I can't, because I can't even get to the music! It shows what is downloaded on iTunes, but not what's on the iPod. I currently have my sync settings on manual, but I can't find the option to change that either, if it would help anything. How do I get the software license agreement form to go away??!?!?! ACK!!!

I am having the same problem that you had and i can not figure out anyway to fix it...i need to restore my ipod and i can't because of that agreement thing....please help me...im begging you...haha...i am about to just give up and seel it and let someone else have the problem...i am using a windows xp...
    thank you so much...

  • Itunes 6.0 stuck at Software License Agreement

    Hello,
I am having a great deal of trouble with running the new itunes. I downloaded the itunes 6.0.4 and quicktime, but when I click to open it, the itunes software license agreement shows up for less than a second, then closes by itself. If I click on it again it does the same thing. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but the same thing happens. Also, when I try to open the quicktime it opens for less than a second and closes automatically.
Will someone please help me fix this problem because I just bought a video 30gb and I need to have this version of itunes to transfer my songs

    Hi there and welcome.
Tell me, what antivirus programs do you run on that PC? Many times, they interfere with the successful download and install of iTunes. Can you get Quicktime to open at all? Make sure Quicktime was installed because iTunes cannot work without Quicktime.
If it was not installed, try the standalone download of Quicktime. I have the link if you need it. Turn OFF antivirus and firewall programs prior to downloading iTunes. Instead of running it over the internet, save it to your desktop or Harddrive. Post back and let us know

Change your screen resolution until you can see the button.

  • Solving Adobe CC 2014 "Software License Agreement" infinite Popping Up after choosing Accept

In my case it was happened in my Windows 8.1 update 1 machine
    Here how I solved it:
    + Go to:
    C:\Users\[YOU-RUSER-NAME]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    + Delete file:
    _LicenseAgreement.xml
Start any of your Adobe app which has pop up problem before, "Software License Agreement" will popping up again one time, but after you click "Accept" it will stop to reappear
Hope it will work for you guys, at least it worked for me.
    note:
    * File _LicenseAgreement.xml will automatically recreated after the first "Software License Agreement" popping up and accepted.
    * Unfortunately you will have to re accept this agreement pop up for all installed Adobe app.

    Thanks

  • Can't "OK"  Software License Agreement

    Stupid Question or Stupid problem
I can't click the "OK" (or yes) button to agree to the itunes Software License Agreement after v8 install.
I've shrunk the screen size to I can pull down the agreement box in the bottom right corner (to make it longer), but it won't let me pull it down. It just gives me the no no clicking sound. I can't see the box to even click it.
So can't get into itunes. Any suggestions??

Open the Control Panel, click on Displays, and set the monitor's resolution to at least 1024 by 768; if you're using a Mac, click on System Preferences in the Dock and open Displays from there.

  • ITunes won't save software license agreement

Every time I log into my computer account and launch iTunes, iTunes asks me to accept the software license agreement, which I do. Then iTunes notifies me that the volume is turned all the way down. If I quit and re-launch iTunes, everything is fine. But when I log out and back in, get the software license agreement again and the volume message. This issue doesn't occur on the other accounts I have set up on my computer.
I have so far deleted the following files/folders but the issue persists between log-ins:
    ~/Library/Caches/*
    ~/Library/iTunes/iTunes Plug-in/
    ~/Library/Preferences/ByHost/com.apple.iTunes.*
    ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.iTunes.*
    ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.iTunesHelper.*
    MacBook Pro
2.53 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
    8GB RAM
    Mac OS X 10.7.2
    iTunes 10.5.2

    hmmmm.
okay, let's try an experiment aimed at working out if this is a problem more with the program files or the preference files.
head into your user accounts control panel and create a new user account with full administrative rights. (there's help documentation on how to do that at the left of the control panel screen.) while you're in that control panel, switch off "fast user switching" in your logging-on preferences.
now log out of the old account and log into the new account.
launch itunes. do itunes preferences changes save properly from inside the new account?
(if they don't, that points towards a program issue. if they do, that points more towards preference files.)

  • Can't get past the iPod Software License Agreement

So here's my problem. My iPod is connected to my laptop, and it says iPod under the tab labeled 'Devices'. When I click on iPod, it goes to the Software License Agreement. I've agreed to it several times, but no software setup ever follows it. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

The software setup is complete when the license agreement appears; except for the process of updating or restoring the iPod's firmware, nothing is required that isn't part of iTunes or the OS.

  • Can't get past "ipod software license agreement"

trying to sync a new ipod nano to my old account, old ipod was stolen so I replaced it with new nano. Itunes recognizes my new ipod nano but won't get past the "ipod software license agreement" Any ideas?

After nearly going insane this morning (I am in the same situation after some cretin stole my little boy's iPod and I had to fork out for a new one - thank you to whoever stole it....) I just finally found the answer to this elsewhere on this forum (hooray!).
The problem for me was that the "Continue" button wasn't appearing after I checked the "I agree" button on the license agreement. I had to go into the Control panel of my computer, then display, then clicked on the settings tab. I then changed my screen resolution bar from the far left (800x600) to the middle (960x600) which made the display smaller and therefore the Continue button then display on the page. Hope this works for you too!

    Refer to this similar issue:
Can't click Accept | Acrobat, Adobe Reader
You have a permissions issue on your Library folder and need to fix that.

  • Keep getting the Software License Agreement

I have a payed license for using all of the Adobe CC, but although I installed everything correctly I'm keep on getting the Software License Agreement window with the accept-button on it once in a while. Although I accepted it a million times now it keeps on coming back. Not only with illustrator, but also with photoshop, AfterFX and so on.
Also sometimes I have to re-login to the cloud to use the Adobe CC. Is that normal? I was hoping this was only needed once, but once in a while I have to login again to use Adobe CC update-panel.
It's getting really annoying. Anybody got the same problem? How did you solve this?

    Martino,
I believe this is one for this forum,
