Software will not load!!

HP photosmart 6510e, windows XP home
Hi i have a Samsung notebook and i am unable to load the software provided onto my notebook! the screen size seems to be too small as I am not able to carry on past the first page!! which is software selection... please can you help with this?
I am using it wirelessly and have set it up to print from ipad and another laptop(full size sceen) with no problems
is there another way of conecting without using the supplied software?

Envy Software Will Not Load From Start Menu

I hvae jsut bought an Envy 4500 All in One.
I hae tried to load the software from the disc and download from HP.
When I go to the Start Menu and click on the HP Envy icon it says: HP PRINTER ASSISTANT

I see that you are having issues with the HP Printer Assistant not opening, after installing the printer software. I would like to help you out today.
Temporarily turn off any Antivirus Software to make sure it isn't interfering with the HP Printer Assistant loading.
Try opening it again.
Download and run the Print and Scan Doctor if the issue persists. It will diagnose the issue and might automatically resolve it. Find and fix common printer problems using HP diagnostic tools for Windows?
Please provide the following information so I can assist you better.
Did you have any errors during the install itself?
How is the printer connected? (USB/Ethernet/Wireless)
What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor? (did it print or scan, any error messages)

My Airport extreme software will not load on my Macbook hardisk

When I try instaling the Airport Utiliy software I get an error msg that says...the vesrion of Mac OS X on this volume is not supported. Not sure what to do.

The current version of AirPort Utility will run on Macs that are using the Leopard, Snow Leopard, or Lion operating systems.
If you are still running on Tiger 10.4.11....as your post indicates.....you could try to download and install an earlier version of AirPort Utility. No guarantees, but worth a try.

Software will not load in windows

I have tried everything and cannot get software to load for my new nano.
I receive either an error code "-3" when I try to download quicktime7.0.3
or I receive an error code 1628 when the install shield tries to load itune to my windows based "xp" system.
Is there an a phone number I can call to get live support from Apple?

I have been referred to by ITunes support. I purchased ' the traverling Wiilburys' via my Ipad, it downloaded with no problem, and, via the cloud was installed on my PC. However, it will not load on my IPod. All software is current.

Did you check here:
Go to the iTunes store on your computer > Purchased (in the quick links section on the right) > sign in > Music
If it is already on your computer it will say "Downloaded" otherwise it will have a cloud icon with an arrow in it. Click it to download.

Not sure of an answer to your basic question, but it may be that you can run a repair (on Windows --> Control Panel>Programs & Features and run the repair on Acrobat). If that fixes the issue, at least temporarily, at least you will not be reinstalling everything -- a real pain.
Next, open Acrobat and go to the Help to run the updates and be sure you are current. On some OSs, the updates are critical.

Try booting in Safe Mode by holding your Shift key down when booting. Also, try holding the eject key down when booting to eject the DVD. If you plug a mouse in and hold the clicker down when booting, that should eject the DVD.

Reset ipad, now it will not load new software

Reset ipad to factory settings, it now says it's in restore mode, it gets as far as data extraction verifies it with Apple and then will not load the software back on it any suggestions?

Cannot update software and safari will not load

I keep geting this - Software Update can’t connect to the update server. Make sure you’re connected to the Internet, and then try again.
But i am connected to the internet fine. I have tried for days, as Safari will not load the home page, or any other, it just hans so i thought updating would help.
I have tried moving the plist onto the desktop and tried again but that has not worked.
Running Snow leopard 10.6.7

I installed windows ultimate 64 bit, Tried to install firefox for my default browser. Internet explorer loads everything like normal, no problem but firefox will not load or does after 5 mins +
I checked my firewall windows provides and Avira to see if they were blocking, Found nothing of anything being blocked.

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

Firmware will not load on Zen To

I just purchased a Zen Touch and I tried to upgrade the firmware to the 2...0 latest version. (You would think that Creative would ship new units with latest firmware, but they do not. Pretty lame). So?I downloaded the?latest firmware?to my desktop and ran it. When asked, I plugged in my Zen via the USB cable (in the rear of the computer/not front) and the firmware started to run. It then stalled and the Zen went into recovery mode and got stuck. I waited 0 minutes and nothing happened. I contacted Creative Service (did you know that they are located in Singapore?) and I explained the problem. We then spent an hour on the phone and did the following: () confirmed in device manager that the Zen is being recognized which it is, (2) reloaded the drivers, (3) uninstalled and reinstalled the CD software, (4) went into the registry and edited the USB settings as explained in the knowledge base to allow all users, (5) rebooted the computer, (6) redownloaded both firmware versions from the Creative download site, (7) tried re-running the firmware update. Even though the Zen is recognized in the device manager and it is shown on the desktop tray, firmware will not load and device will not sync and firmware update on desktop says that the device is not connected. Creative support then told me that the Zen was defecti've and to return it--which I did. I got a new one and the exact same problem occured. What is also interesting is that while the Zen Touch is a 40 gig player, but when I open it up (yes, I can even view the Zen dri've on the desktop and reformat it, which I did), the dri've reads as only having 20 megs instead of 40 gigs--which makes no sense to me.
Creative clearly has a serious bug issue to resolve. My computer is running on a P4 with Windows XP, with SP2. If anyone can solve this one, Creative should send them a free player and hire them. Please reply only if you are super knoweldgeable as I have wasted too much time and I am ready to pack this unit up and buy an I-Pod at this point.
