Solaris 10 jumpstart: Client sends ARP with old IP address

Solaris x86 Client machine\s ip has been changed.
But during jumpstart, it sends ARP from its old ip.
Where does it picks this ip from?
how to clear it?

Well a couple of things to try (if not done already) would be:
a) Check out a dhcp server if you have that installed
b) Attempt to identify and dns server etc referencing the old ip.
c) rm_install_client and add_install_client ... though this is obviously disruptive.
Look down the add_install_client man page for clues ... http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E19082-01/819-2240/add-install-client-1m/index.html ( i haven't checked if this is the latest).

I have almost the exact same problem. I have a bunch of music, ringtones, TV shows, movies... stuff that I purchased that I can't authorize. All of these items were purchased with the same account I'm still using now. The difference is that I've changed my email address. I don't have the original email address from when I made those purchases and I'm unable to authorize them. I can see that when I view info on one of these purchases the "Account Name: " has my old email address... not my iTunes or Apple account. So, if I'm authorizing my iTunes using my new email none of these older purchases will work.
I'm really curious how to fix this. I've got quite a few purchases from years back that I'd like access to, but I can't authorize using my new email/iTunes or my old email (the one used for the original purchases).
Take a look at the info and tell me if you see "Account Name:" on one of your purchases. And is that associated to your old email address? There has to be a way to fix this or 'transfer' older purchases, especially if it's all under the same real 'account'.

Can't send messages with old .mac/me aliases

Hi, I'm using iCloud on the web because I have an old Powerbook as my primary device. I specifically recall that Apple said that I can continue to use my .mac and .me aliases. This is incredibly important since my business is tied to a particular .mac e-mail alias that I've had since, well, dotmac was around.
It looks like I can receive messages with at least one of these aliases, but I cannot send messages with the alias. The alias does not exist in the alias list pull down menu. I tried adding the alias, but was told I already have too many. Three? Very frustrating! Anybody know what's going on or how to fix it? Thanks!

IE11 is the most recent update.
Try to reset all Skype settings.
Quit Skype or use Windows Task Manager to kill any Skype.exe process. Go to Windows Start and in the Search/Run box type %appdata% and then press Enter or click the OK button. The Windows File Explorer will pop up. There locate a folder named “Skype”. Rename this folder to something different, e.g. Skype_old.
Next go to Windows Start and in the Search/Run box type %temp%\skype and then press Enter or click the OK button. Delete the DbTemp folder.
Restart Skype.
N.B. If needed, you will still be able to re-establish your call and chat history. All data is still saved in the Skype_old folder.

My wife has changed her email and the old email address is no longer functional. How does she change the email address that is linked to her Apple account and therefore the iTunes store and give herself a new password if necessary?

Itunes account with old email address and now I can't get access to music?

Hi. I set my itunes up years a go on an old work email address,now my apple ID is a different personal email address. When I got my new iphone, the apple ID is my personal email address so my itunes account is now not linked. If I change my appleID on the phone I can see my music but then all my apps etc are all on my new apple ID and not my old email address! Hopefully that makes sense?!
How do I get all my music from my old itunes account on to my new phone with a new apple ID?

Sending Email with current IP address in it

I have done scripting in LotusScript for Lotus Notes. When I was younger, I did BASIC, Pascal, Assembler. I am trying to figure out Applescript and how it relates with each application.
Currently, I am trying to create an Applescript which will, upon a receipt of an email from a particular user (me) and a particular subject, would send an email back to the user with the current external IP address of my machine. I already have the "hard" part of getting the IP from a script created by Koert Bonte but modified by me:

This will receive something like this:

With Applescripts called from Mail rules you need to use 'on perform mail action' to get the list of messages that triggered the rule. This needs to be in a 'using terms from application "Mail"' block so the processor will understand what 'on perform mail action' means. Generally you would loop through the list of messages (it will be a list even if there is only one iten in it).
So you would wrap a Mail rule script in something like:

I used a handler called fetchIP to call the machine's IP. Note this is similar, but different to yours. Then make a message in Mail with the subject 'MyIP' and the body of the message as the IP. Then add the recipient as the sender of the message which triggered the rule. Finally send the message.
To add the contents of the original message take a look at Mail's Applescript dictionary for 'content'.

You can use your domain ( old web address ) for the new site created in Muse.
If you are using Business Catalyst , then you can publish the site and the through domain settings add the domain to your site.
And if you are uploading the site to any external server then you can upload Muse file to root location where the domain is already added.

Iphone not syncing music with old email address

When I try to sync my iphone OR if I click on a song within itunes to play through the computer, a sign in box pops up saying that this computer is not authouized to play this song would you like to authourze it. The problem is that the email address in the pop up box is an OLD email, that really and truly is not connected with iTunes any longer - and I don't have access to that one any more. I have gone to preferences and checked and the new email is there and so I authorized the computer with that one (for the 10th time) and it says that it was sucessful, BUT when I try to play that song OR sync the iphone again - I get the same pop up box asking for the computer to be authorized again....WITH THE OLD EMAIL ADDRESS. How can I get it authorized to play ALL my music with the new email address (which works for a lot of the music - but not all)?

Have you tried to deauthorize your computer (via the Store menu), then re-authorize it?
Can you still login to other Apple services, such as the support website, using your Apple ID?

CRM client upload some with no email address

Hi all,
I am about to do an upload into the CRM of customers some of whom do not have an email recorded for them.
I need to upload this customer list to get a CRM client number for them from the BC back end, and then apply that CRM number to web app items so that they are the designated owner of them.
I am using data that the client has provided me with, and not all of their customers have an email address recorded.
So is it possible to upload customers into the CRM with an email address and for my client to add their email address information later?

To find the CSV import file go to Customers>Import Contact>Download Import Template
When you down load the CSV if you look on Sheet1 you will see these notes:
#This is the format of your import file. There are 5 columns. Either email address, firstname or last name must be present in each row.
Stating you only need a name or and email so you will be fine.

Authorizing computer with old email address.

I was trying to put some songs from my computer onto my Itouch. There were some of them that said they weren't available until I authorized my computer. It then listed an old email address that is not my current email address. (My computer is authorized on my current email address.) Intune music bought with old internet address

How can I read some itune music bought 5 years ago in the store with some old internet address if i've lost my previous password.
Up-to date id address is ok but files registered with another id can't be access anymore in my library, and id process recovery failed because birthday date is not recognized. It's a pity, because i've paid for this music !

Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with another Apple ID with a new ID. You need to revive the old Apple ID by changing the email address associated with it;

Purchased Song with Old Email Address

I purchased some songs under an OLD email address and have since changed to comcast emal and now the songs need authorized to play. All the songs purchased with the OLD email needs authorized. All songs purchased with NEW email address play fine. I have aurthorized the OLD email sngs and it shows that it went through, but, when I actually try to play it, it says I still need to authorize the song. I'm stumped.
Any suggestions?

They would convert the AOL Account into an Apple ID. It's still be that same account, but wouldn't be associated with AOL. You couldn't merge it with any other accounts.
