Solaris Adapter + sudo does not check path properly

HI,
I want to connect a solaris10 system. first i used a normal user and root working fine, now i want it to be configured with sudo.
The user i try to use has as PATH /usr/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin
The needed commands for the adapter (useradd, userdel, ...) are in /usr/sbin, but when testing the adapter it seems it looks only in /bin and in /usr/bin?
Does anyone have an idea? The error message is:
Test connection failed for resource(s): solatest1: Failed to find 'userdel' in the path '/usr/bin /bin'

Im afraid; youve got a serious hardware issue.
The blinking code means that an hardware problem on motherboard has been detected and in most cases the motherboard must be replaced.
Unfortunately, you will not find any maintance manuals online for download.
As far as I know such manual are created for ASP (authorized service partners) only.
What to say. The new motherboard is really expensive its a most expensive notebook part and if your notebook is not covered by warranty then such replacement could be a costly affair.
Usually you can order such motherboard from the ASP in your country.
But maybe a second hand notebook or motherboard would be a better solution

If your XI server is running on Unix platform then you'll get the access only after mounting 10.128.68.38 this system as a drive. This is equivalent to the windows network mapping.
Next thing is that once that is done then you can access the path /arbo2000/UploadPinfos/arbodev by mentioning it in your directory path.
To check whether the above mentioned is the problem then pls do try by doing it with FTP protocol. If it works then for acting as a local directory for NFS you need to mount the drive.

OBIEE 11g: Fact table does not have a properly defined primary key

We have two fact tables and two dimension tables.
We have joined the tables like
D1-->F1
D2-->F2
D1-->D2
We dont have any hieracies.
It is throwing error in consistency check,
[nQSError: 15001] Could not load navigation space for subject area ABC.
[nQSError: 15033] Logical table Fact1 does not have a properly defined primary key.
It is not like STAR Schema, its like snowflake schema. How to define primary key for fact table.

My suggestion would be bring both the facts to the same logical table sources and have a single fact table in the BMM layer joined with multiple dimensions.
Build a dimension hierarchy for the dimensions and then in the content logical layer mapping, map the dimensions to the fact tables with detailed level/Total

HP DV6 3209 TX does not shut down properly & sometimes very slow

Hi,
I bought a HP Pavilion dv6 3209 tx laptop only one month ago. It provided Win Home Basic. I tried to install Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick along with it, from a pendrive .... I didn't get installed, & at that time, The screen suddenly became colourful with some bizarre symbols !! I shut it down with the power key.
Since then, The home basic became very slow, cpu usage often reaches 100% or very high even while idle, does not shut-down properly.
Then I formatted the hard disk,clean-installed Win 7 Pro (Got it from msdnaa) as well as ubuntu maverick. Now when I restart the system, it shuts down & restarts. But if shut down, then the desktop goes blank, but the fan keeps running, power indicator keeps glowing, system never shuts down till the power key is long-pressed. Also, The CPU usage becomes very high, sometimes it's normal.
I'm confused. Is that any hardware issue ? Do I need to format it again, install xp sp3 & check it if the problems remain ? Please help !!
when the lappy runs in Ubuntu, it's operating speed or CPU usage is normal ..... even when I'm writing this reply from Win 7, everything is normal, but sometimes it's not so smooth...... task manager shows CPU usage as 90 % or more !! I've decided to install xp & then check if the shutdown issue & slowness remains there too.

SOLUTION :
Open the BIOS (at the starting press f10).
f9 to restor default
Then save and exit (press f10 again)
Restart the computer.
Do this again and set it back to "Enable" that wil help the computer to not over heat.
And now your ROVE will start and sleep correctly.

If the PDF that you converted already has searchable text, please try disabling OCR as described in this document: How to disable Optical Character Recognition (OCR) when converting PDF to Word or Excel. (If the PDF was created from a scanned document and doesn't already have searchable text, disabling OCR isn't a great option, as the text won't be searchable/editable in the converted Word doc.)

PO creation-ME21n-Why SAP does not check company code and Plant relation

Hi All,
Does someone know, why SAP does not check Plant and company code relation at the time of PO creation or how can we put validation between plant and company code at the time of PO creation.
<b>Example:</b> Suppose i have a company 0001 which is assinged to Plant 0001. when i am creating a PO with another company code 0002(Entering at header level-Org, data) and using Plant 0001 at line item level. SAP does not do this validation.
How can we put this check in place?

There are three types of purchasing
- Company code specific :You need to assign company code to Pur organization
- Plant specific : You must assign plant to pur organization
- Cross company purchasing: No assignment between company code and pur organization.
In the case 3, the system will not check company code and plant relationship, but it will check plant and pur organization specific.
The following is the copy of sap help text:
You can assign a purchasing organization to one company code. This is company-specific purchasing.
You can assign a purchasing organization to no company code. This purchasing organization can then procure for all plants assigned to it, irrespective of the company code to which the plant belongs.
Since each plant must be assigned to a company code, the company code can be determined via the plant in each procurement transaction, even if the procuring purchasing organization is not assigned to a company code.
A purchasing organization must be assigned to one or more plants. This is plant-specific purchasing.
Now, check your company-code and purchase organization assignment.

batch management on the mm was not initially checked.
was checked after the material was put on the so.
unrestricted batch stock does exist
attempt to vl01n for that line creates a delivery but does not check batch management under material tab
what needs done to get the delivery to inherit the batch management check?

I guess according to SAP standard - The indicator cannot be changed if stocks exist in either the current period or in the previous period.
However the same would be applicable as soon as you post the new stock after changing the material master record.

Record does not "check in" after workflow is complete

I have built a very simple workflow as below
1. start step
2. process step
3. approve step
4. stop step
in the fourth step that is the stop step i have selected "check in" so that the record automatically check's in after the process is complete,
but the record does not check in and the data manager shows it as in workflow. please help

Thanks for the reply.
The issue is resolved.
The user had the authorizations and the records were checked out as well.
i was missing the step of "Mark as approved" that was the reason for the records not to check in automatically.

I am trying to check if logged-in user has permissions to site. I have used the "getSubwebsForCurrentUser", but it does not check the Parent site and only checks for subsites. What am I missing?

The SP.Web.getSubwebsForCurrentUser Method returns the collection of child sites of the current site.

I have a model wherein when i modify a join(b/w a fact and a dim1 is modified to fact and dim2), i get the following error..
[nQSError: 15001] Could not load navigation space for subject area SA.
[nQSError: 15033] Logical table Fact_Marketing does not have a properly defined primary key.
Why am i getting an error to have a primary key on a fact table..!
Yet if i define a key, no errors come up. But, it throws error in the presentation services.
and one more important one is..
the error it is throwing on a table "Fact_Marketing" is not at all included in the modifications mentioned above..
only thing i have in common is,
both the dimensions dim1, dim2 are joined directly to both the facts..
Any pointers into this issue would definitely help me..

Sounds like it's not recognising that your table is a fact table. Is the icon showing as the fact table icon rather than the dimension icon against it?
If not then is your logical join the correct way around? (many end towards the fact table)
If you're on 10g then also make sure you're using a complex join, not a foreign key join in the business model.

This is not my problem. However, I think it may be related to an old speaker. I was using the 30 pin adapter for about a week after the upgrade to 7.1.2. But I think with the update the speaker won't work anymore. I will try with a new speaker system. Thank you for trying to assist.

Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

262 Movement Type Issue - Does not check order

Hello,
A material is issued via a 261 to an order.
Say this order is now complete and we want to do a 262 back into stock SAP does not check whether or not the material had ever been issued to the order I entered in my 261.
Is there anyway we can have a 262 movement type check whether the material is in the order we enter?
N.B. I am aware we can use MBST, however this doesn't help for partial reversals.
E.G.
MIGO - 261
Material     123456789
Order2       123XYZ
Plant          1234
MIGO- 262
Material    123456789
Order2      RANDOMORDER
Plant        1234
The above scenario will post okay. We don't want it to as Order 2 has never had anything to do with material 123456789.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

You did not read my problem.
As I have said using MIGO to reverse the 261 does not check if the material was issued to that order. If I wanted to I can 262 back to an order that I've just found randomly....
My question was how can we get SAP to check whether the order we used has issued that material before (in the 261).
