Sold-to party rol doesn't fit new support message

Hi,
I'm configuring Solution Manager SP17, I work at VAR SAP so I've to manage many customer numbers. Some scenarios are running.
I've a customer with three SAP systems, these SAP systems have been defined at smsy transaction in Sol. Man. VAR successfully. So these systems exists at ib52 transaction too.
From satellite SAP (customer site):
   1.- system->system->status Installation number is 0020225238
   2.- at service.sap.com for this customer this is the installation number that appears for this SAP system.
At Solution Manager VAR SAP(VAR site):
   1.- smsy->systems at the header data tab this installation number appears 0020225238
   2.- ib52 for this SAP system I've defined this system with one entry to the correct client:
              BWP 0020225238 100
   3.- I've filled for this SAP System and the other two SAP systems for this customer partner so I select BPW SAP system->goto->partner.The business partner with function sold-to party has these roles: business partner and sold-to party. At the identification tab it has 3 entries(one per SAP system):
    BWP 0020225238 100 SANTI
If I execute steps to create a support message:
1.- from satellite SAP system(customer site) help->create support message I create and send successfully the support message
2.- from Solution Manager VAR SAP(VAR site) crm_dno_monitor transaction I open the support message just created and :
           - sold-to party field is empty.
(this field is filled successfully to the other two SAP systems for this customer)
          - at transaction data buttton->SAP Attributes tab the installation number that appears is 0120009939 and not 0020225238.
Please could you help me?

Thanks for your reply.
As I typed at my first description. The role sold-to party is working. This customer has three SAP systems: R/3 development, R/3 productive, BW productive. So when the customer sends a SAP message from his SAP satellite system to our SAP VAR solution manager, the sold-to party rol works only to R/3 development, R/3 productive but doesn't work to BW productive(Netweaver 04).
I've chequed that:
- ib52 transaction the SAP satellite system BW productive has the same installation number that you can view If you logon at the SAP satellite system BW productive->system->status. The client is correct too.
- bp transaction the sold-to party Business Partner has three lines( one per SAP system).
Please could you help me?

Diagnosis
The attempt to read the pricing data for the current, valid business partner from the customer master was unsuccessful.
The access was carried out with sales organization 'O 50000721', distribution channel '' and division ''
If you have maintained a sales area conversion in R/3 that must be loaded per download into the CRM System (tables SMOTVTA and SMOTVKOS), this sales area is converted before the actual access.
System Response
The document is incorrect until the pricing data can be determined.
Procedure
The pricing view is probably missing for your business partner in the customer master. Maintain this data. To do this, you can call up transaction BP for maintaining the business partner. In the locator select your business partner and load it by double-clicking. Choose the "sold-to party" role. Press the "sales area" button and choose the sales area given above. Maintain the incorrect data in the billing data screen.
I know the error reason but I don't know how to solve it. About errors:
BP 323 is the sold-to party so if I go to TA bp->323->sold-to party role->button "sales area data" -> Sales area->Sales Organization any value appears. The same to Distribution Channel field
I know that this error is generated by ppoma_crm configuration so at this TA my conf is:
GRUPOTEC(organizational unit)
tab function->checkbox sales->checked Sales Organization
tab function->checkbox service->checked Service Organization
tab attributes->checked Obj. Permitted in Determination
tab attributes->country->ES
Check consistency->green

Sales area tab missing when I choose Sold 2 Party role

I tried all the solutions given by you ,but its not working.
I will state the problem I am facing clearly:
I chose a 'person ' or 'organisation' and created a BP.After that I wanted to give him Sold-to-Party role.
When I choose sold-to-party role I should get 'sales area data' button next 'general data' button.That button is missing for me.

New ipod nano doesn't fit new ipod hifi

I just bought a new 4 meg ipod nano and apple ipod hifi from the London Apple Store. The ipod nano doesn't fit in its adapter. Anyone know of this problem? I'm gobsmacked that Apple's quality control let this happen!

Mac Mail doesn't display new Yahoo messages

Mail application on my Mini was somewhat erratic so I did the usual trick of removing "com.apple.mail.plist" and restart application. Now all my accounts are working as they should be except Yahoo.
I deleted and added Yahoo account twice, the settings are OK but I can't see my new messages for this particular account. (IMAP)
Yahoo account is working. I can send and receive from my iPhone and iPad.
Mail displays the folders on Yahoo server.
I can see the "Sent" messages.
At the bottom left of the sidebar, I can see incomiing messages but once they are retrieved no new messages are in the Inbox.
Can someone please help?

I checked email several minutes ago. Activity Monitor now shows it as using 0% of CPU time. When that's the case it's now using any power at all. Every so often it will "wake up" to check for new mail. When that happens it will briefly use some CPU power. That interval can be controlled with the setting for "Check for new messages" in the General panel of Mail's preferences.
You didn't ask about RAM, but when Mail is idle I'd expect it put minimal demands on RAM.

IOS4 doesn't update new Mail messages

since the upgrade, I notice Mail during the day stops getting new mail pushed to it unless I restart.
annoying and confusing... if I don't pay attention I don't get new mail.
My push settings are the same... happens both for my regular email and my Xchange email.

I am having the same exact issue. After upgrading to iOS 4.0.1/2. I have to remember to reboot so get new email. After rebooting, it will work for about 30 minutes and then it will hang to indicate "connecting". The worst thing is I learned that the emails i have sent were not delivered. This is very frustrating. I have 4 email accounts (exchange, comcast, yahoo and gmail) having the same problem.
Please help!!!

N8 doesn't show new SMS messages

Hi,
i've recently noticed that my N8 does not show anything that there is a new SMS. I have to check every now and then for inbox for SMS:s to know if i have received an text message. I have checked for updates for firmware, but there is no newer available.
What can i do for it?

There is a homescreen widget that will show new messages (plus missed events and calls), it is called "notifications" just edit the homescreen and add it
Also you can get the menu button light to flash if you have unread messages, to set go to Settings > Phone > Notification Lights > notification light

How can I restrict list of business partners which can be choosen as message processor while creating a new message?
What is auth obj?

In the VAR scenario, key users should not be able to choose/assign a message processor.
Is the Key User in your system allowed to access queries and CRM_DNO_MONITOR.

Disabling double click on SAP icon to create new support message

When we double click on SAP icon, it gives pop-up for create message. Please tell me how to disable this message generation from SAP systems.

i do not think you can deactivate this.
A workaround could be to implement BADI SBCOS001 and use the statement LEAVE_PROGRAM to abort the popup before it is shown.
But this would also deactivate the function "Help->Create Support Message".

How to map sold to party from crm to r/3

If you create a BP as sold to party role and if we use that in one of the transactions in CRM and if that transaction is distributed to R/3 , we will get a new Sold to party number.Now how can we map the BP we gave in CRM with the one present in R/3.

Keep the number range for business partner same on both CRM and R3. You can use this number to map the Partners on both the system.

Sold to party popup

Hi Experts,
I am having a peculiar problem which goes as: I have maintained a few business partners(Persons) and their sold to party relationship with organization. the business partners (Persons) are not extended to sold to party role, only the relation organization are extended to that role. All partner determination and org determination seems correct. but when I create the transactions Service orders, as i enters the main business partners, i get popup for org data determination, which includes one organization that i maintained in relationship which is correct, but with that i also found the leading business partner (Person) as sold to party!!
ideally there should be no popup as only one organization is maintained in sold to party relationship, but i m getting 2 option in popup, one being organization and one the person itself.

If the popup values are not needed directly in the va01 screen - then one way could be defining a field exit on sold-to field for this screen.
In the field exit u can call a Z func module passing the soldto number.
In the FM you can put your code to get the details u want , then use FM POPUP_WITH_TABLE_DISPLAY to display the contracts in the popup window.
Though there is not much u can do in a field exit - but u can give it a try.

Replication BP "Sold-to Party"

Hi,
I try to replicate a business partner with "Sold-to Party" role from SAP CRM 7.0 to SAP IS-U. After replcation, the BP appear in SAP IS-U but I can't create a "Contract account" in SAP IS-U for this partner and I can't replicate a "business agreement".
I think that is a role problem but I'm not sure.
Have you a solution for this problem ?

I've resolved my problem. It was effectively a role problem. To resolve my issue, I have used SMQS TCode in SAP IS-U and I click on "Register without activation" button, and now replication of a Business Partner with "Sold-to Party" role is a success.

LEAD PARTY ROLE MISSING FIELD

               I have entered involved party in Marketing work center >> Lead menu and from this involved party with also i have entered party role
but when i am going to make report on this involved parties in lead menu i got issue inside business object .
     I got all parties which i have entered in lead menu but i have not got it party role into the report .
I have also checked Test shell for business object menu, but there also not any party role field found in Business object .
     Where party role has stored in which field at Lead business object .please guide us.

Sold to Party in Support notification

Hi Gurus
Is it possible to populate Sold-to-Party and Requestor automatically in the Support notification in Solman? We have same username in Soution Manager and other satellite systems. The corresponding BP's are also there in the solution Manager system.
We have only one Sold-To-Party and that needs to be populated automatically whenever a user create a messages. Also the requestor BP also needs to be populated automatically.
Our Solution manager system is Solman 7.0 EHP1 SPS25.

Hi,
Yes, it is possible. You need to define Sold to Party for your IBase in IB52 and you need to define BP for all users in solution manager system. Please make sure that in BP for each user, corresponding system field should be populated so that requester field in Support desk message will be automatically populated.

Business partner "ID" does not exist in role Sold-To Party

Hello everybody!
We have already set up a Group in CRM, but when we use the "Relationships" Assignment Block
and click to "New" button and add a Relationship and a Partner we get the error "Business partner "ID" does not exist in role Sold-To Party"
Where can we fix this?
Any ideas are appreciated, thank you!
