Solution and multiple Customer numbers

Dear all,
while setting up new systems in our existing Solution I encounter the problem that I cannot synchronize data with the SAP SMP. The reason is that the S-User maintained in the Solution Settings is not existing in our second SAP Customer Number under which the new systems are installed. However it does not seem to be possible to create two identical S-User Numbers under two different customer numbers. As I don't see an option to define more than one S-User for a Solution I assume that a second Solution needs to defined which then includes the new systems.
From my feeling this is not a comfortable way to resolve this issue, maybe you have a hint how I can keep my existing Solution and synchronize the new systems in there as well?

Dear Christian,
This is not possible. Only one S-User ID to one Customer Number per solution.
Please see http://www.service.sap.com and then click the Registration link on the top right hand side (top).

Multiple Online Numbers - Only want one forwarded

Hey there, am hoping someone can help with my query re multiple online numbers.
I have one Skype account, and multiple online numbers. One number is for a 'home' number, the other is for a 'business' number. I was hoping to set up call forwarding such that only the 'business' number is directed to my mobile phone. The 'home' number will ring on the computer or go through to voicemail.
Is this possible to setup? I am thinking I may have just spent money for nothing, as I may possibly have to setup a brand new account for my business skype and setup a new online number here as it appears you can only forward all Skype calls, not selectively.

Call Forwarding applies to the Skype Name that is associated with an Online number, not the Online number directly
so if you call forward a Skype Name that has multiple Online numbers associated with it, then calls to any Online number are going to be forwarded, as are incoming Skype calls as well

I am using CC adobe Acrobat to combine multiple pdfs and add page numbers. Mac users can no longer read the page numbers but pc users can.

I am using CC adobe Acrobat to combine multiple pdfs and add page numbers. As of about 2 weeks ago the mac users can no longer read the page numbers they get a font error message and see only -- where the page information should be. The pc users do not have this same problem. When I replace our regular font (URW Grotesk) with a system font (Verdana) everyone is able to read the page numbers. This is a new issues, I have been creating these documents in the same way for years without a problem. I have been on hold and on and off calls for the last two hours, I keep getting hung up on once I find someone in adobe support to talk to!

Multiple SAP Customer Numbers but i want Single SAP Customer Number

after patching solutionmanager 7.0 from 12 to 17 follwing error occured,
solution manager is switched from Single Customer Number to Multiple Customer number. but why ?
Now i must Create new RFC Destination for Mulpiple SAP Customer Number otherwise the Maintenance Optimizer won´t work.
Can I switch it back to Single Customer number.
any ideas ?

In the name you can use but in the no. not advisable I believe. When you are defining the no range, it is as following:
Intervals can only contain either letters or numbers, as sorting can differ between platforms (Code page):
Allowed: 000001 to 999999
AAAAAA to ZZZZZZ
Not allowed: AAAAAA to 999999

Are you using the same AppleID for all those phones? If so, get them all their own AppleID.

I will tell you honestly. I have tried almost everything to fix the issues. I even tried to call Adobe Technical Support so I can fix the activation issue but no answer after waiting for about an hour on the line. I ask the chat but they just kept saying wait for another 24 hrs it should be updated now it has been about 4 days and no changes. I am extremely frustrated to cause I need to work on my computer. Contacts with multiple mobile numbers

Hello all,
This is my first post here, so please be patient with me. I searched through previous threads, but did not find an sufficient answer to the problem I am having. To set the stage, I will give you what I am working with
g-mail account with close to 500 contacts
iPhone 5, latest version 6.1.3
MacBook Air, latest version 10.8.3
I have my g-mail account linked to my iPhone as an Exchange connection so that I can view the contacts. I have my computer contacts program connected with Google as well. The problem I am having is that most of these 500 contacts have multiple mobile phone numbers. I am able to create this contact easily in g-mail and can relabel the phone types to match what they are. Let's say for instance:
Name: John Smith
Home: 111-111-1111
Mobile: 222-222-2222
Mobile:333-333-3333
etc.
I have done quite a bit of testing and found that the computer contacts matches up perfectly with whatever I put in there, including multiple mobile numbers. My iPhone on the other hand, does not show the second Mobile number. It will recognize multiple home, work, and pager numbers, but not multiple mobiles (it only shows the first one on the list). Why would it allow multiple numbers of the other types and not mobile numbers?
Is there something I am doing incorrectly, or has Apple overlooked a simple, important function? The things I do not want to do are:
create custom phone labels for my contacts as in mobile1, mobile2 - there are too many and this is an inefficient solution.
change all of the cell numbers to be work numbers - same as above, and what if someone else is updating g-mail contacts and does not follow the rule?
unlink the Google tie I have on the computer - this seems to be the only one of the two that works, and I do not want to have to constantly remember to download an updated contact list. The list changes constantly, and I know I would eventually forget ( I am looking for a poka-yoke here).
Any ideas about solutions?

I have no prblem syncing multiple mobile numbers so I don't think it's a universal issue with iOS. The only difference I see is I am using CardDav instead of using the Exchange option. Have you tried it that way? You can urn off contacts in the Exchange account and add the CardDav account separately.

Multipe customer numbers under a single snc saprouter

We have a concern regarding saprouter (snc type) and customer numbers.
We are a consulting company providing application hosting for 3 of our customers running SAP systems. All of these systems are hosted in a data centre at our premises. Presently we have 3 separate saprouters for each customer and these 3 customers have separate SAP customer numbers.
Inline with our server consolidations efforts, we are planning to merge these 3 snc saprouters into a single saprouter. While we understand that due to the generation of snc cert which is based on customer number, every saproute cert is unique to that particular customer, are there any work arounds for this? Have there been any solutions for other companies having the same issue i.e. having multiple customers in the same data centre and sharing saprouter?
Please advise the best solution forward to consolidate saprouters.

yes, no problem, just a port forwarding for this one port 3299 for insite and NAT for outsite is required!

As save as a 128 Bit certificate is - by now I didn't hear on breaking that => it is safe with state of the art )

SolMan and multiple SAP customers

As a consultant, I'm in the middle of installing and configuring SolMan 4.0 for a client. This client is currently running many SAP systems as they have gone through a couple mergers over the past few months/years. As a result, they have multiple SAP Customer numbers.
Now when you enter the Global Settings for the system you only have the option of ONE "S" id which of course is associated with ONE customer. As a result certain functions, like Maintaining Service Connections, sychronizing data with the Support Portal and other things don't work correctly.
Is there any any way around this limitation? The customer is working with SAP to merge the contracts, and hence get all systems under one customer, but due to contact jurisdicational issues this could take a while
What I need is either a way to put multiple "S" ids under the Global Settings (and of course have the system try them all until the function works) or be able to associate ONE "S" id with multiple customers. Is this possible?

Hi Murray,
currently the only way is to merge contracts under one group key as the customer does. We plan a functionality within Solution Manager to solve this problem also for customers that do not belong to the same group but there is no definite schedule for this. Sorry I can give you no other answer.

Multiple Phone numbers for Multiple addresses

We have a requirement to build a solution for the following :
Every Business partner may have multiple addresses, and each address may have multiple phone numbers !!
We already have a qualified lookup table to house the multiple addresses but we are stuck at accomdating multiple phone number to each of the addresses !!
Any smart ideas !!?

I got your point .But I guess you are talking about a lookUp Qualified inside a lookup Qualified table which I believe is not possible.But u can nest a lookup Flat table inside a qualified Table.
To your problem I have a different solution.
Let suppose Master record is as shown below:
Id | Name | Home_Add | Business_ADD | Landline | Mobile.
1 | abc | 123 | - | 078821 | 93709.
1 | abc | - | 345 | 080145 | 98932.
Here customer 'abc' have Multiple address like Home address and Business address.And each address has multiple phone numbers like Landline and Mobile.
In this case if you design repository as;
Main Table: ID,Name,Addres_Type
where Address_Type is a LookUp Quaified Field (multivalued)
Qualified Table:Address Type(Non-Qualifier),Landline(Qualifier)and Mobile(Qualifier),Address(Qualifier).
Address Type is a Flat LookUp Table with values Home address and Business Address.
After You Import in Data Manger your record will look like:
Id | Name | Address Type
1 | abc |Home Address;Business Address.
and when you see in Record detail pane for Address Type
you will find values like
Address Type: Home Address.
Landline : 078821
Mobile : 93709.
Address :123
Address Type: Business Address.
Landline : 080145
Mobile : 98932
Address :345

MTO multiple Customer PO's

Kindly help me with scenario.
I intially create a sales order( MTO) against a customer PO number say cust A for 1000 pieces. The production begins and somwhere down i want this line item in MTO to be split across different customer PO's , diff delivery dates so the multiple
delvieries can be carried out against the latest customer PO information.
Right now what we do is we leave the sales order line item the same since we cannot amend or add new line items as the processing is already completed for this item but at delviery time we split the delivery for different delviery dates and different customer PO numbers.
Is there any way to capture this information in the system( sales order level ) as well?

This does not sound like an SAP problem. You evidently have policies and procedures in place that are causing your issue.
I will assume that you are not talking about assemble to order.
You enter a Sales order, which generally supports a customer PO. Each item in the Sales order generally supports an item in the customer PO.
Now, you begin manufacturing. The production orders support Sales order items. Production generally has no direct visibility of the customer's PO, this link takes place within the sales order.
You can add items to a sales order at any time. You can amend existing items in a sales order (increase/decrease/change delivery dates). SAP imposes very few restrictions upon the nature of these amendments. Your company may have procedural restrictions, I don't know.
Now it becomes unclear what you are trying to do. Are you saying you wish to apply MTO production order receipts to a different sales order? Or.....?

Multiple customer part number in VD51

Hi we are maintaining customer part number in VD51for our SAP part number. ONE TO ONE for a particular customer is possible. but we need to maintain more than one customer part number for the same SAP part number and same customer is it possible is there any other way to achieve this ...b'cos our customer name same part A as X in one project and Y in another project . they gave order by their part numbers only

As long as the customer code is going to be the same, you cannot maintain multiple customer material codes against one SAP material code. But you can cheat the system which I would not recommend :-((, by giving some space before the customer material code.
