Solutions Manager 700--Not Starting up -Urgent

Question

Hi,
My solutions manager is not starting up.
The message I get is the following;
When restrart the system I get the
1.message " Process disp+Work  is starteed but not connected.
2. Later I get the message I get is " disp+work is stopped"
How do I get around it !!
