i reinstalled snow leopard after had been some mavericks issues.
but i can't download a logic 9 on the appstore...
where can i download logic 9?

If not then you will need to enter your credit card details. If you don't have a credit card or don't want to enter its details (you shoud be able to remove it after entering it) then you will need to create a new account, and follow the instructions on that HT2534 page when creating it. If you want to use the same email address then you will need to replace it on that account first e.g. by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your phone, via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or via http://appleid.apple.com

Can't download Mountain Lion from AppStore

Well I keep it short ....
Bought Mountain Lion in March 2013 with my new iMac27" --> verry happy
Now I'd like to update my old iMac 24" from OS X 10.6.8 to Mountain Lion, but I can't !!! --> unhappy
If I try to load it from App Store, I'll just recieve the message "This product is not available in the Swiss App store at the moment. --> very unhappy
Going to the apple support site, I'm able to order Mountain Lion for 20.- sFr. --> angry
What's wrong here ..... ?

If your new iMac27" shipped with Mountain Lion installed, it is only licensed for that Mac.
You would need to purchase ML for your old iMac 24", if it is capable of running it.

However, if your iMac 24" meets the specs for ML, it also meets the specs for Mavericks, and Mavericks is free.

I would recommend trying the steps in the article below.
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

Once these steps are processed, attempt to accept the terms and conditions.
Also, you can make a purchase via the iTunes Store on the computer. This should allow you to bypass accepting the terms and conditions on the device.

Thanks for the feedback. Now, before installing in, put a copy some place safe and you won't have to download it again, wasting bandwidth, time, and electricity. Why? Because the installer blows itself away during the installation—IMO, a braindead delivery system, copied from their iOS world, but totally unsuitable for computers.

Try opening the Terminal utility in your system and running the following command to open the system's caches folder:
open $TMPDIR../C
Then locate and remove the folder called "com.apple.appstore" and then try relaunching the App Store and downloading the installer again.

To solve the problem, it helps to know what the problem is.
Are you getting any error messages? Are you tapping on the download button and nothing happens? Please explain what is happening.
Without knowing the full issue, generic troubleshooting you can do is go to settings>itunes and app store>appleID>sign out, then sign back in. Then press and hold the sleep/wake button and the home button at the same time until the device restarts.

Check quitting App Store app from background and restarting it again.
Also a quick sign-out and signing-in generally solves it.
Alternatively, you could always check if the app downloads through iTunes on your computer.

You have to be in a country, and have a billing address in that country, to download from its store. You can try requesting that the app be added to the Slovenia store, but unless the app's developer/rights-holder agrees to it then Apple won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html
