[Solved] I just updated Firefox to the 18.0 version. Upon doing a Google search it briefly flashs the findings but then goes blank.
This did not happen before I upgraded and does not happen with either Chrome or IE. I am using Windows 7 operating system.
UPDATE: The problem seems to have resolved itself once I opened Firefox this morning.

IPod keeps blinking the Apple sign then going blank.
I was attempting to turn on my iPod, but it wouldn't come on. So I plugged it into my computer's USB port. Now it's just blinking the Apple logo, then going blank. had to replace motherboard, before i didn't have to scroll over to sign in to my account. Just updated firefox and it seems wider than my screen tried adjusting the size of the web page but that didn't really work all that well, open for suggestions please.

Since the last update, every time I sign onto firefox, I get two tabs that open. One is my home page the other tab is the hooray you've just updated firefox. How do I get rid of the tab from firefox telling me I've just updated?
It is possible that there is a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.
Delete the sessionstore.js [2] file and possible sessionstore-##.js [3] files with a number and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.

Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note or bookmark them).

Just updated Firefox and got message from Firefox to update Flash, too. I downloaded flash, but it repeatedly failed to install, even after I followed recommendations on Adobe's troubleshooting page. Adobe's support person said he'd gotten lots of calls from Firefox users with the same problem in recent days. He said Firefox was unresponsive. He recommended Google Chrome browser instead. I don't want to switch. Please Advise.

One day randomly for no reason whatsoever, I opened up firefox on my mac and it just said firefox on the upper left as if it was open. the little upside down triangle appeared below the icon on the dock, like it was open. However, there are no windows anywhere. I click file and new window and nothing.
I right click the firefox icon on the dock and it says that there windows for example, my home page, but there is NOTHING.

Just updated Firefox, not sidebar scrolls too fast.
I just updated Firefox. Now when I hold down the vertical scrolling arrow at the bottom right of the page it scrolls faster than it used to. It's too fast. How do I slow this down?
There are extensions that work both for the mouse and the keyboard to set the scroll amount, but they can only be set to scroll an amount of pixels and not to scroll one line regardless of font-size (height) of the text.

Every time I update LR to a new version I seem to need a patch to make it work..... once again here I am SOS! I've just update LR to the 5.7 version and It wont let me start it: The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).
Your system is missing a couple DLLs that LR needs, but the fix at Adobe is to copy them to the LR folder which gets replaced for each install, so you have to redo it after each LR install. It would be worth documenting the process and saving the DLLs so you don’t have to ask about it each time:

You might also use the AIO210 program to add them as detailed in this YouTube video—maybe this is a more permanent fix, but since the files are from media-fire be very careful about what you do so as not to install a virus on your computer.
I’d scan the downloaded ZIP you download with whatever virus and internet security software you have and don’t be fooled by extraneous popups you might see during the download process. I was able to download the aio210.zip after authorizing one Captcha window and closed at least one bogus popup trying to get me to install other software. I just updated iTunes to the latest version and now I can't play more than half of my songs. When I click on a song it comes back and states that it can't find it and prompts me to try and locate it. I don't know where to look. Help!!!!
