[SOLVED] Konqueror/KDEmod: Bad icon alignment/disable full filenames?

Hi guys,
Hope this is the right place. I have no idea what I might search for to find the answer to this question, as the several queries I made gave results not even close to what I'm looking for on google.. I'm also unsure whether it's an issue with konqueror in specific or KDEmod, so I will leave it here until certain (and then go to the kdemod devs perhaps if its that).
I've used kde for over a year and a half, and recently switched to Arch in the last month or so and used KDEMod. Loving both. However, I have yet to figure out how to disable this default setting on KDEMod I've never seen before: it rearranges all or some of the icons out of alignment in konqueror.. it -appears- to be doing such so that there is enough room to display the full length of the folder/file name, or at least more letters. I have no idea what it's doing it for, but that's my best guess due to where it shows up. I can't see any obvious switches in the settings or menu bar.
Many folders do this, and it's seriously annoying not having everything aligned and having icon space wasted. Here's a picture if what I describe isn't clear.

Note that my icons, scheme, fonts, etc are all exactly the same as they have been in kde before everywhere else, so I don't think that would be the issue.
Would appreciate if any of you could tell me how to fix this, assuming it's not some strange bug

Photoshop cs5.1 icon is disabled after a successful installation

I have a brand new Photoshop CS5 Extended version for Mac (MacBook Pro), academic version. I have the serial number and Photoshop cs5.1 was successfully installed.
But after installing it I am not able to open the program as the icon is disabled.
I get the following error message : You can´t open the application Adobe Photoshop CS5.1 because it may be damaged or incomplete.
I have now tried 4 times with the same result.
Any idea what I am doing wrong or how I can fix this problem?

There has to be something with my Mac because now I tried installing Dreamweaver CS5.5, with the same result. Everything was fine after installation, but I still can´t access the program.

Disable full screen safari on iPhone

After upgrading to iOS 7, I noticed that the toolbar disappears in safari while browsing. I am a heavy user of the back button and the bookmarks button. Both of them only require a single touch to use in iOS 6. Now that the toolbar disappears, if I want to use the back button, I either have swipe completely left to right or swipe down to get the toolbar back so I can use the back button. For the bookmarks button, I have to swipe down to bring back the toolbar and then I can use it. Alternatively, I can try to chicken peck the bottom of the screen with the hopes that the toolbar will reappear. If I use this alternative approach, sometimes it works, sometimes nothing happens, and sometimes I hit an ad by mistake.
Is there a way to disable full screen mode in safari on iPhone? I will gladly give up the additional real estate to have a persistent toolbar. It works better with the way I browse.

Try this app. I've used it for a year or so and it takes full screen pics. It doesnt offer a ton of advanced functionality but it works. It also allows users to take photos by tapping anywhere on the screen (which was my original reason for downloading). Enjoy

No, it shares a slot with the recompose tool in PSE 9. Click hold on the icon that's below the type tool and you should see it:

Disable Full Text Search in Records Management

This is Shiva, we implemented SAP Records management & i am came in middle of this project. Right now client want to do some customizations in Records.
Actually i need to disable Full Text Search under Records. Under Cross Query i disabled the Full text by the following process
(Two sample element types are delivered with the service provider
SRM_SP_QUERY:
SRM_SPS_QUERY
Search for records, documents, cases, record models and file plans
SRM_SPS_QUERY_REC_DOC)
Under(SPRO) Cross SP search based on Property Unification; you can able to disable the FullText search field(this will be effects only for Cross Query), but under Records, when you right click there will be one option called FIND in which i am unable to disable the FULL TEXT search.
I used DMWB T-code under LOIO, i search for Standard/free/instance attributes, but i didn't find any Full Text Search Field in that one.
Can anyone please help me in this. I really appreciate your inputs & help.

Dear Shiva,
Full text search needs to be deactivated at content model level for attributes. You will find a document class in the element type of the record. In transaction DMWB, you will find LOIO & PHIO classes for the document class. For each attribute, you will find a checkbox "index-relevant" which needs to be unticked if you dont want to use TREX. For deactivating full-text search for which a field is given in the FIND popup, TREX needs to be deactivated. There is no option to deactivate just for a record element type in RM. Unfortunately, the field itself cannot be hidden. This is programmed in the logic.

I am aware of the option click but that's not really good enough when you run a dual head setup.

You don't unfortunately.
As an alternate to the Option-click the green button for zooming a window, you can also just double-click any app window's title bar for the same effect, if you don't have the minimise option checked in System Preferences > Dock

Just so you know, though, you use JLabel.setHorizontalTextPosition to determine where the text is relative to the image:

Repeating your question in the post doesn't fully explain what the problem is. Are you saying that you installed the game and it is trying to install again?
Without knowing anymore than why you have posted ..... try rebooting the iPad and see if the installing resumes, the download disappears .....
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

Bad icon after update

Hello Maybe someone can suggest me what to do??? I updated my ipod photo with update which allows to watch movies and after that i could not turn it on anymore. Computer do not see it, i can not put it into disc mode, update or restore! just showing bad icon :(( what to do?

I'm not sure what you have done here because there is no Apple software update that will allow you to watch movies on an iPod photo.
Is this some 3rd party application you have installed that's messed up your iPod?

How to create an on/off icon for disabling optical drive?

I am not really using my optical drive in my MacBook Pro (early 2011), but I don't want to "dismantle" it by taking it apart and unplugging the power cable - I may need it sometime. But I want to save it somehow...

Print Icon is Disabled for MR90

Hi Experts,
I am facing a problem with Print for Transaction MR90. After running the Transaction, I am selecting Document number and click the Print Preview Icon, so that i can view the output, But i want to take Print of that output. But the Print Icon is Disabled.
Output Type is ERS - Program : RM08NAST and Form : MR_PRINT.
Kindly please give me the solution for Enabling the Print Icon in the output.

But my User requirement is to view the print preview and he want to generate the spool request, But print Icon is disabled.
As per your suggestion, I done the steps, But i found some query,
1. After selecting the Document number and click Execute button, It generate the Spool, But if i want to view for next time, I had to change the Processing Mode as 2 - Repeat Processing. But My user want to view the Print output and generate spool request from Print preview only. Here the Print icon is disabled.
Please give me suggestion so that i can activate the print icon while print preview the output.

How to display full filename

Sorry, I know it was talked about before but I can't find it.
How do you get Aperture to display the full filename under the photo in grid or other view's that includes .nef or .jpg?

first, check which Metadata set your View Options for Grid are set to; i.e., choose View Options from View.
next, add (and reorder) File Name from the Metadata/Other popup tab to your Metadata set. that will include the extension.
if you wish, remove the version name from the set.
if your thumbnails are small, you might not see the whole file name under the thumbnail in the grid. in fact, you might not see it at all!

Can I find out the full filename of input file in message mapping?

I have in XI 2.0 the following scenario :
In the inbound fileadapter I read my input file. The filename of the input file is part fixed, part variable (Like INDATA01.txt, INDATA03.txt, etc).
So in my Adapterconfiguration, I specify the filename with a wildcard (INDATA*.txt).
What I now want to do, is in my Message Mapping use the full filename , so I can do something different for every filenumber. Is there a way where I can get the full filename available in my message mapping (I did not find the filename in the XML in the message trace).

You're backing up hundreds or thousands of files: There's the catalog (database) itself and also the media files.
In PSE10, when doing a backup, PSE displays the size of the backup before you begin the actual backup:
I assume PSE8 will have something similar.
