Solved: pleaes contact itunes to complete this transaction

I've been bothered by this for a while and eventually find a solution, well definitely not an ideal one. Basically, I have three computers at home, a desktop, a laptop and a macbook. all but the mac had the problem.
My cousin and his girlfried from the States came to visit me last month. For cost saving reasons, they want to download stuff via itunes and then sync with their iphones. I lend my desktop to them, after a few days, the itunes locked them out. they can login in, but can't do any purchase. they sure contact itunes for help but nothing has been working. And we find out they can't create any new account from this desktop either. I tried my account, same problem...
I later lend them my laptop which worked for a few days. And them same problem happened again. I don't want them to use my macbook so I told them just use their iphone to download stuff. Things have worked out well until they left for home except for their roaming charges.
This past weekend, I tried to reinstall my desktop since its been so slow. I reinstalled itunes as well and find out it is working now. Just to be sure, I erased my laptop harddrive and did a factory restore tonight. And the itunes works well too. No more stupid "pleaes contact itunes to complete this transaction".
I suspect when my cousin were here, the two frequently switch the account for sync which cause itunes raised the flag. Something is saved in the desktop and later the laptop to prevent user to process further. However, once the disk is cleaned, it back to normal again. It will be nice if I can tell what and where itunes saves the stuff in my computer, in that, I don't have to reinstall everyting next time when it happens, just delete the relevant record.

Ed - asking what trouble? For the desktop and laptop, there was no iTunes installed until my guests' arrival. So there is no access to my iTunes library at all. For the desktop, I only gave them visitor account as I have confidential files on that computer. for the laptop, I didn't bother because it was a new purchase and nothing important was on.
I reply your post because clearly to set up a Guest Account is not a solution to this type of error. Maybe it is a good habit but the stupid error message "please contact itunes support to complete this transaction" is still on even under a guest account.
