[SOLVED] Renaming Desktop folder in XFCE, where to change the path?

I'd like to rename the folder Desktop to Czech equivalent Plocha, but of course when I do it, it prevents xfcedesktop from loading it's content to actual desktop (so I have empty desktop than, or only with Trash bin). I'd say I have to change the path from /home/behemot/Desktop to /home/behemot/Plocha somewhere. The question is, where should I do it? :-)

Generate the file with the command:
xdg-user-dirs-update
And change the paths manually. Mine file is adapted to spanish names:

Hi Anzeen,
If its 10g u can use the default FILE_GENERIC data server which points to <ODI_HOME>/oracledi/demo/file
If its 11g u need to create new DATA SERVER and PHYSICAL SCHEMA under FILE tech and in PHYSICAL SCHEMA in Directory (Schema) and Directory (Work Schema) u need to TYPE IN ur source file location which can be same.
Ex:
D:/SampleData
Please note it the path would be separated by forward slash (/).

i want to get the name of the Directory Is there any FM to get it.
Means i have a scenario that I am trying to download a file from Application
server and i am trying to Download where ever i want to store..... So It has

Now that you have the directory, you can add the filename and save to the location.

If you are having issues turning on Always Allow for cookies in Safari on your iPad, you may want to check to make sure that you don't have Private Browsing enabled, as noted in the following article:

HT1918 I am unable to locate where to change the phone number that is associated with my itunes account.

I am unable to locate where to change the phone number that is associated with my itunes account. I have a new number and the old number is no longer accessible by me. I've logged into my iTunes acct and it seems I can only change my appleID itself, my billing address info, and password and things like that. I cannot find where to remove a number and add a new one. I've gone to my mobile devices (iphone, ipad) as well as my mac and I'm getting a bit frustrated with it. I'm sure there's a simple solution and I'm just missing it. Going to settings>messages>send&receive....there is the old number and no option to make a correction. I've unchecked it but why can't I add the new number? On my iphone the ONLY option that shows up is my current number but when I set up my new ipad I have the issue described here. I want this number completely removed from my account there has to be a way to get it out of the system.
Also when going to settings>facetime>you can be reached at: shows email addresses as well as the OLD phone number with no option to make the correction, remove the incorrect number, or add a new number. I figured this was tied in to my appleID since thats when it showed up (right when I signed in on my ipad). So I went to itunes on my mac and went to my account and there I find AppleID Summary, itunes in the cloud, purchase history, and settings. I've gone through each of those and am still unable to figure out where to change it. Somebody PLEASE tell me where to find this data so I can change it. I've seen multiple inquiries about this all over the internet but everyone's solution is to do exactly what I've already done. No resolution to the real issue.

When you have iWeb open, in the navigation column at left, click first on the NAME of your site that you wish to publish -- when you do this, you should have the Site Publishing Settings show up in the main window at right.
Next, from the popup choices next to "Publish to:" select MobileMe.
If this is the first time you are doing this, you will need to type in your MobileMe account (name or email address), and make sure the proper email contact address is input, too.
If your site will be public, you'll all set; if you need to apply privacy settings, you do so here, too.
Now, click on the "Publish Site" button/icon at bottom in the toolbar, or select the same command from the menu bar in iWeb, under File. For the first time, you should choose "Publish Entire Site" (and be patient, it will take a while). Later, when you make changes, use the "Publish Site Changes" (much faster).
When your site is published, iWeb will present you with a sheet window with options to immediate View your site online in your browser, announce it to others (via Mail), or just hit "OK."

Where exactly does the path in Tomcat start?

I am trying to create a jsp page that outputs a random image. The jsp page is directly in ROOT. The image files are in ROOT/img/random/.
What I did was write a simple java class(not a servlet) to read the contents of random and then just randomly choose an image in that file. This class is in ROOT/WEB-INF/classes/com/utilities/, where the package is com.utilities.
My question is what is the proper path to the images so the java program can read its contents?

Want to check that if the web application and the database server has change the server name what we need to change in the BO app and also data intergrator edge xi3.1. Hope someone can assist me on this so that i won't need to re-install BO edge with data intergrator again. I cannot find any information anywhere that would inform me where to change. This is something that has plagued BusinessObjects Edge/Enterprise admins for a while--you can't change the server name for BusinessObjects XI 3.1 once it has been installed. There were some forum posts going around, with people trying with limited success but given the range of products and technologies in BusinessObjects (CR, Webi, Voyager, Xcelsius, QaaWS, Explorer, etc.) the server name is embedded in too many places to be able to successfully change the name. Your best bet would be to install BOE on a new server with the correct name then use the Import Wizard to swing the content over.
On the Data Integrator front, you could probably rename the server and then delete and recreate your DI Job Server-- most of the meta data for DI is stored in the local repository database, so you may have a shot. I would definitely test this theory out on a development machine before trying it in a production environment!!

Do I understand correctly that you're downloading a PDF that you received in an email? The default save location is a function of the email client, not of Acrobat or the PDF, so steps to change that folder would vary by email client. Please check the documentation for your email.

I am using KDE, with the oxygen-gtk theme for gtk.
Most applications look pretty good for my taste.
But then eclipse...
...it looks... bad...
I want a different theme for eclipse, and keep other applications on default, though I'm not sure if I need to apply another gtk+ theme or find a dedicated theme for eclipse.
I tried changing the theme in the "Appearance" preferences of eclipse, but that just makes it look worse.
I also tried searching for eclipse themes and tried some from here, but that only replaced the editor's theme.
It'd be nice if i could make eclipse look better.

So here is a list of what I did to get a gtk theme properly working:
1. Remove the css folder as explained here.
2. Download the gtk theme and place it in .themes
3. Created a gtkrc only containing the "gtk-theme-name" value.
4. Launch eclipse the way Trilby said, with the "GTK2_RC_FILES" variable. (unless you are using that gtkrc globally)
5. For a final touch, you may want to edit the editor's colors by either downloading one, or editing it yourself in Preferences -> Java/PyDev/Whatever_you_use -> Editor

Why does the folder repeate twice when I change the download folder or save files to location?

If I choose another folder to save my downloaded files to, it repeats that folder twice. For example, I will choose my desktop and it will place the location as C:\Users\PC\Desktop\Desktop instead of just C:\Users\PC\Desktop. I tried disabling all add-ons and running it in safe mode, resetting all preferences, deleting the .perf file, reinstalling Firefox without saving preferences, yet I am still having the same problem.

Can I change the path where my app reads native code?

I have created an application that is using a native code file. It is (that is the DLL file) stored in the JDK folder in (jdk1.6.0_16\jre\bin) and my application reads from there.
Is it possible to make the application to read the native file from somwhere else? From the JAR file?

You can get the VM to look for native files (DLLs on Windows, SOs on Linux) by specifying
java -Djava.library.path="path to your DLL/SO" etc. when you start your app.
