[SOLVED]VMware wont open

Question

I have successfully installed vmware, and was previously getting the modual build dialog, i successfully patched and ran vmware-modconfig --console --install-all, all moduals built successfully, i had since installed firefox and now vmware will not run at all
I have tried runnging it with "gksudo vmware" and nothing happens
"sudo vmware" i get
[gigabyteme@wkstn1-arch ~]$ sudo vmware
[sudo] password for gigabyteme:
No protocol specified
(vmware-modconfig:3778): Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display: :0
I have tried just "vmware"  , and i get
Logging to /tmp/vmware-gigabyteme/vmware-modconfig-3741.log
vmware: ../nptl/pthread_mutex_lock.c:350: __pthread_mutex_lock_full: Assertion `(-(e)) != 3 || !robust' failed.
Aborted (core dumped)
When i click the VMware-workstation icon it loads for a bit then closes, but there is no ui
I will mention that vmware player dose work
Vmware is so much better then virtualbox please help...

As i mentioned it seamed that firefox broke vmware, but uninstalling firefox dose not unbreak it

$ sudo nano /etc/systemd/system/vmware-USBArbitrator.service
[Unit]
Description=vmware usb
[Service]
ExecStart=/etc/init.d/vmware-USBArbitrator start
ExecStop=/etc/init.d/vmware-USBArbitrator stop
RemainAfterExit=yes
[Install]
WantedBy=multi-user.target
################### $ nano /etc/systemd/system/vmware.service
[Unit]
Description=VMware daemon
Requires=vmware-USBArbitrator.service
After=vmware-USBArbitrator.service
[Service]
ExecStart=/etc/init.d/vmware start
ExecStop=/etc/init.d/vmware stop
PIDFile=/var/lock/subsys/vmware

[Install]

################### VMCI/SOKS
$ sudo gedit /etc/init.d/vmware
change the $mod to $vmci or $vsock ...
