[SOLVED] Where is 'at' command in repository?

I would like to execute 'at' command in console, but when I type 'at', it shows command not found. I tried to find 'at' via pacman, but lots of things showed and I could not find which one is what I need. Does someone know which package contains 'at' command? Thanks a lot.:)

From man at:
NAME
       at, batch, atq, atrm - queue, examine or delete jobs for later execution
SYNOPSIS
       at [-V] [-q queue] [-f file] [-mldbv] TIME
       at -c job [job...]
       atq [-V] [-q queue]
       atrm [-V] job [job...]
       batch
DESCRIPTION
       at  and  batch read commands from standard input or a specified file which are
       to be executed at a later time, using /bin/sh.
       at      executes commands at a specified time.
       atq     lists the user's pending jobs, unless the user is  the  superuser;  in
               that  case,  everybody's  jobs  are  listed.  The format of the output
               lines (one for each job) is: Job number, date, hour, queue, and  user‐
               name.
       atrm    deletes jobs, identified by their job number.
       batch   executes commands when system load levels permit; in other words, when
               the load average drops below 0.8, or the value specified in the  invo‐
               cation of atd.
Very useful. I need it everyday.

  • Disable clearing of /tmp on boot - where is the command in rc.sysinit

    Hi there, I want to disable the clearing of the /tmp folder on boot, but I can't seem to find the appropriate line in etc/rc.sysinit.
    Apparently this should be the line
    /bin/mountpoint -q /tmp || /bin/rm -rf /tmp/* /tmp/.* &>/dev/null
    but my rc.sysinit does not contain that at all:
    mountpoint -q /proc || mount -n -t proc proc /proc -o nosuid,noexec,nodev
    mountpoint -q /sys || mount -n -t sysfs sys /sys -o nosuid,noexec,nodev
    mountpoint -q /run || mount -n -t tmpfs run /run -o mode=0755,size=10M,nosuid,nodev
    mountpoint -q /dev || mount -n -t devtmpfs udev /dev -o mode=0755,size=10M,nosuid &>/dev/null \
    || mount -n -t tmpfs udev /dev -o mode=0755,size=10M,nosuid
    mkdir -p -m 1777 /run/lock
    mkdir -p /dev/{pts,shm}
    mountpoint -q /dev/pts || mount -n /dev/pts &>/dev/null \
    || mount -n -t devpts devpts /dev/pts -o mode=0620,gid=5,nosuid,noexec
    mountpoint -q /dev/shm || mount -n /dev/shm &>/dev/null \
    || mount -n -t tmpfs shm /dev/shm -o mode=1777,nosuid,nodev
    Also the "remove_leftover" function doesn't seem to be about cleaning /tmp... ?
    Where is the command that clears /tmp located in this file?

  • [Solved] Where is the gnu time command?

    The manpage for the time command mentions a gnu version in /usr/bin/time, which has more options than the built-in shell version does.  To use it, just specify the complete path, but I can't seem to find where the gnu time is installed in Arch.  Is it missing, or do I need to install another package?  Locate time doesn't list anything close, unless it has a different name.

    It does not appear to be packaged for Arch, or even actually developed upstream: http://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/time/

    Are you using AUR https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/epso … 320-sx218/ ?
    I updated the PKGBUILD to remove the line that says 'gcc -V >&5'  from the configure file

  • Where is "cut" command in Mac? Why I cannot cut a file/folder and paste it somewhere else?

    I'm a professioinal who made the big step to pass from Windows to Mac. I do not regret it but there're things I cannot understand and i supposed being much easier or "native" in Mac.
    Tipical example is the Cut command. I see it in Finder but why doesn't if work? Drag and drop do not copy but works like a ct and paste! I think if for mac this is enough Apple is gonna make it work bacause is a HUGE limit, specially for people like me who manage thousands of photos and cannot risk to drop huge amounts of files in a go or in a wrong folder of such.
    Please tell me I'm wrong and there's a way to sort it out!
    Thanks.
    D

    You can cut and paste items with Finder, a new feature in Lion, but it doesn't use the command-X "cut" command and is not very intuitive.
    Highlight the item(s) to be moved, and type command-C to copy it. Then navigate to the destination window, and rather than pressing command-V (or Edit>Paste item) , instead press Option-command-V (or hold down option when using the Edit menu). This changes "paste" into "move item here", i.e, the item will disappear from where it was copied. The result is equivalent to a "cut and paste."

  • I would like to calculate a frequency in the Dutch version of Numbers where the "frequency" command does not exist. Suggestions?

    Hi,
    I am trying to do a Histogram in Numbers using the formula: = INDEX( FREQUENCY (....;....) ....).
    However, I am using the Dutch version where the command "FREQUENCY" doesn't exist.
    The litteral translation would be "FREQUENTIE" but there is nothing like it that fits the description.
    I could really use some help!!
    Thank you,
    Anna

    Hi Anna
    Yvan Koenig has produced a table of function name equivalents. According to his table, the Dutch equivalent of FREQUENCY is INTERVAL.

    Replace this:
    au BufWritePost * if getline(1) =~ "^#!" | if getline(1) =~ "/bin/" | silent !chmod +x <afile> | endif | endif
    with this:
    au BufWritePost * if getline(1) =~ "^#!" | if getline(1) =~ "/bin/" | silent execute "!chmod a+x <afile>" | endif | endif
    If the above doesn't work for you (though it should in Vim > 7), try a different way of doing the same thing:
    function ModeChange()
    if getline(1) =~ "^#!"
    if getline(1) =~ "/bin/"
    silent !chmod a+x <afile>
    endif
    endif
    endfunction
    au BufWritePost * call ModeChange()

  • Host command, change directory where it opens command prompt

    I'm using the HOST command to host out to the command prompt. What I want to know is how to change the directory that the command prompt opens up at. I want it to open up at the c:\ but instead it's opening up at in the forms60 path where forms is installed.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi Viktor,
         What i could understand from your question is that in the FTP server you'll be writing a file in folder A and once the writing is done you need to get it moved to Folder B using a 'CD' OS command. But this OS command is not allowed in the FTP server.
        If that is the case then it will be better to write the file directly into the Folder B. But in the file adapter use the option 'Use Temporary File'. In that case until and unless the file is written fully the file will be having the name .tmp or so.
        The advantage will be the third party server could be polling the folder B for a file *.txt in that case it won't pick this .tmp file.
    Cheers
    JK
    PS: Award points if this helps you.

  • Where is the command line in the directory?

    I am relearning Java programming and doing an online tutorial.
    I went ahead and dowloaded the JDK program (jdk-6u3-windows-i586-p-iftw.exe) from Java's website and put it in a folder on my computer. I also have a BigDebt.java program on my computer....but the tutorial is telling me to put this command "javac BigDebt.java" in the directory where my program is saved to compile the program. Do I type in "javac BigDebt.java" in the Address line in the folder or where do I type this? Thanks.

The short version is by obfuscation, which it not a very strong measure, or through license agreements, or by running the sensitive code on a server, so the client never sees it.
    And what are some really cool games that have been made with only JAVA or do people use JAVA with other programming languages to create games and applications?Don't know. Not into games.

  • [SOLVED]Where does 'gsettings' write to?

    //BEGIN EDIT
    Ok, I found out that gsettings correctly saves the changes and that the missing wallpaper is some other bug entirely. The point addressed here is therefore solved
    //END EDIT
    I had some problems with a disappearing wallpaper in GNOME and I found somewhere that
    gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.background show-desktop-icons false
    fixes things for me (apparently GNOME is showing an empty Desktop folder with some weird background instead of my wallpaper).
    The interesting thing is that I have to set this option after every reboot - GNOME somehow forgets it. Is there a way to make this (and gsettings options in general) permanent? Maybe I have some local user config file that overrides the global options?
    Thanks for any hints or solutions!
