Ok so everything is messed up! Not happy. I have some kinda antivirus trying to make me buy there stuff. But thats not all its locked up my computer from downloading anything or updating. Its call Antivirus Scan!!!!! If I try and open Internet Explore it locks it up and says "Internet Explorer Warning - visiting this web site may harm your computer!" and I have a window that keeps popping up saying "Application cannot be executed. The file wuauclt.exe is infected.
Do you want to activate your antivirus software now?' Please Please help me out.

It sounds like one of the bogus anti-virus applications that gets you to install malware. Try running several malware scanners. It is best to run several as each will pick up things that the others miss. Some scanners you can try are:

Quit Safari
Usually, these pop-ups will not go away by either clicking "OK" or "Cancel." Furthermore, several menus in the menu bar may become disabled and show in gray, including the option to quit Safari. You will likely have to force quit Safari. To do this, press Command + option + esc, select Safari, and press Force Quit.
Relaunch Safari
If you relaunch Safari, the page will reopen. To prevent this from happening, hold down the 'Shift' key while opening Safari. This will prevent windows from the last time Safari was running from reopening.
This will not work in all cases. The shift key must be held at the right time, and in some cases, even if done correctly, the window reappears. As Ocean20 say, your only shot at recovering the photos and data is to restore from a backup (with iTunes if you took the backup with iTunes, through iCloud if you took the backup through iCloud).
The erasure is to prevent your data from falling into the hands of somebody who takes your phone and eventually guesses your password. If you feel that the inconvenience caused by this feature and your friend outweighs the trouble that somebody could cause if they got possession of your contacts and other data, you can change this behaviour.
Settings > General > Passcode Lock > Erase Data > OFF

Why are some of the game features covered, so therefore, unusable on my facebook games? This is only true with Firefox and not Internet Explorer.

I can't play most of my games on Facebook because some of the feature buttons are covered up. Like the enlarge screen button, and I can't get to some of my neighbors because of this problem. It's like the box you play in, in the middle of the page is to small. It wasn't always like this, it seems like it happened on one of the upgrades but I can't remember which one. I think it may have been this 3.6 one but again I'm not sure. I'm having to use Internet Explorer to play my games on Facebook and I really, really do not like IE. I like Firefox, It is comfortable and easy to use and I really would like to correct this problem as soon as possible!! It's like my page is divided into 3 columns and the middle column is not wide enough. Thank you for your help.

My iTunes Library is giving me duplicate songs. One has an exclamation point in the cloud and the other has the arrow in the cloud for download. Some songs don't have anything which means they play fine. It's burned CD's and purchases from Itunes.

All CD's that I burned for my library have an iCloud icon with an explanation point next to the song. If I right click it prompts me that 'This Item was not added to the iCloud because an error occurred. Some of my purchases have no cloud icon next to them at all and they play fine. Numerous purchases have 2 of the same songs listed..one has the cloud with the explanation point and the other has the cloud with a down arrow for downloading from the cloud. What I am having to do is delete the ones with the explanation point and then download the one with the arrow. It's taking forever. Then I still have to go back and re-burn my CD's and then back them up in iTunes Match. Any ideas of what's going on? and how to get this all done faster? Getting really frustrated!

i noticed this as a bug in iTunes. make sure the correct file is selected in the preferences menus. It does not have to be the default location directiory as Vazandrew stated. your iTunes music library can be anywhere you want it. i have mine on an external cuz i'm a dj and have over 80,000 songs.
once you select/verify the location of your music library, simply drag the folder into the left panel in iTunes from a finder window. iTunes does not automatically add the items like it use to for some reason.

I cant download anything i have tried previous suggestions of changing scan when done but i dont have that option in the about.config section ?? can anyone help

Using Firefox 3.6, I can't print anything on my HP printer from e-mail. If I change and use Internet Exployer, I can print e-mail.

I can't print e-mail but I can print PDF files or Word files. I was told by a computer pro that it may be a software problem. What can I do to correct this problem???

Internet Explorer immediately launches when try to open the desktop from the Start screen

When opening PC the start menu will automatically start Internet Explorer in APP mode, and if we set Internet Explorer to open in desktop mode, then it will automatically open under desktop when start?
As we have no Internet Explorer in startup configured, so it won't start by itself. We may try to replace Internet Explorer item's position on the start menu with a different APP, then check what happens(drag and drop the desktop icon on the place of the
Internet Explorer);
Is the MSN webpage your home page here? If not, then there might be some application on the startup automatically launches this page, we may take a try to disable one at a time to check; and if this is your default home page, try to replace it with another
one, then change it back.

Why does firefox and ebay not support each other. and why when I try to go through internet explorer does fire fox override it .

I am told by ebay that they do not support some issues on firefox. When I try to use internet explorer I am asked to set them as default brouser but then firefox overrides them and I still am on firefox. If this continues then I will have to delete firefox and use only internet explorer

Have you tried Firefox? That usually is an alternative to Internet Explorer (some web sites are still Windows-centric).
I've also had success with Opera to access some sites where other browsers have had issues.

Nothing works at all. When I spilled the coffee I shut it down, unplugged everything, turned it over and put paper towels beneath it to drain. Made the mistake of turning it back on after a couple of hours. It worked but emitted strange noises from the internal speakers. Turned it back off, but have not been able to turn it back on since. I disassembled the entire macbook yesterday, found coffee stains on the keyboard components. Tried to turn it on and get nothing. The only sign of life is the battery indicator. Can't hear anything or talk during regular phone calls on iPhone 5.

Hi guys, i've encountered a quite annoying problem on my iPhone 5.
Recently i dropped it, and after that i haven't been able to hear anything or say anything during my regular phonecalls. Calls made with facetime work perfectly, and i can send and receive sms's aswell.
I can also call people, so there's no problem with the connection. It's as if theres something wrong with the call function.
My simcard works fine in my iPhone 4.
My microphone works fine and so does my speaker.
Does anyone have a fix, or maybe just someone who knows where the problem originates from?

I have the exact same problem- mine started after I upgraded to 7.0.6 software. If I put the call on speaker they can hear me just fine. Siri works and I can hear callers - basically all functions work except the person on the other end being able to hear me. I have reset all settings, and tried what was recommended for Iphone 4 and still no dice. Very unhappy at this point. I previously had a Droid for 3 years no problems. I've had this Iphone for 3 months and I would consider this a MAJOR problem.

Some users can't open Excel files. It is trying to open it in Internet Explorer "An error has occurred. Please try again."

I have some users in my company that can't open Excel files from any document libraries on SharePoint 2010. The receive the error message "An error occurred. Please try again."  We don't currently use the Excel calculations services. When
a user opens an excel file they are prompted to either Read Only or Edit.
This affects less than 5 people in a large company. They have the Full Control permissions and have been able to open the files previously. There has been no changes made to the server either. I can't find anything that points to this in the
event viewer.
It doesn't matter if which computer that they try to open this up from either.   All computers are Windows 7 Professional with IE 9 and Office 2010 x64.
I can't find anything that points specifically to this exact error. None of the excel files contain pivot tables.    This one has me stumped.

I would make sure no one has open on machine / locked on machine (Would assume you checked this, but wanted to add)
Also would have assumed you restarted the machines (:))
Make sure the file security did not change (check to ensure no one changed the sercuity of the excel)
Make sure the version of excel is the same (Changing from 2010 back to 2007 affects the file, etc.. on convert) that no one converted and saved thus causing error in file.
Can they open other excel files?
It sounds like the excel file it self has changed if you cannot see issue in SharePoint logs.
If it is all SharePoint excel files - try deleting one persons access and readding them to see if that helps.

TS1702 Help!! I downloaded some apps like games and when I want to buy coins to play and I try and put my pass word in it tells me this app belongs to another apple ID and I need to re buy the app but when I try it won't let me. What do I need to do???

I downloaded some app from my iPod touch and the app downloaded no problem. But when I open the app to play a game and I have to buy something from the app like coins or up grade the app. And it won't let me it says app was open on a different apple I'd and that I needed to Purchase the app again and when I try and I find the same app the only thing it does is open it. I can't do anything. Then my iMessage I can't even hardly send messages because it always say failed Delivery when in fact I was able to send iMessage a couple of weeks ago to the same people that I can't now. And nothing has changed on there side. Please help me it's driving me crazy spending all that money on the iPod and I can't enjoy it
