Some app error after otg plugged in

I have moved some apps to sd card (lollipop new feature via setting-app), then I plug the otg flashdisk. Applications which I've moved to sd card is missing and leaving just shortcut, but it will come back again after I reboot.
How to solve it without having to reboot? Thanks

Are you planning to fix this or what?You don't want us posting new threads about this and you closed the ones already opened (I have a Z3 Dual and I'm facing the same issue) but you also don't provide a fix.My Z3 came with 16Gb of internal storage, of wich I could ouly use 7 right out the box (that's insanely low, I had a G3 before, same storage but It left 12Gb free so....) you ship phones with low internal storage, you cramp them with bloatware and when we move that to the SD card, there's a bug that doesn't let us use these apps if we use USB storage on the go regularly without a reboot....How about you clean up your roms from so much garbage and leave us with enough space to actually USE THE PHONES?And btw, I have used AOSP roms before on the G3 and this is not an Android issue per se, I had apps on the SD card and I could still use them after unmounting external storage so.....

Unable to delete some app's after lollipop update

Hi! After I updated my Z2 to lollipop today, I moved some app's to my sd card. I was not aware that it was not working properly.
Later I saw that the app's I moved cannot be opened or even deleted and when I reinstall them again they don't even show up. Can someone help me pls! I have attached a screenshot also.

I would think that your sd card it's corrupted, what if you re-install lollipop but this time clear everything

There are some form errors after upgrading ebs from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3

I have some upgrading issues need your great help. thanks in advance!
We have installed EBS 12.1.1 on Oracle Linux 5.7, everything is okay.
Now, we need to upgrading EBS from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3, after all the upgrading process were done. We have encountered the form error while opening the AR transaction forms as below
ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: PRE-FORM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062.
Lots of Receivable forms have the same issue, I have upgrading the ebs from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 with 2 times, but every time, I have encountered the same issue.
Can anyone have me? it's very urgent for me to finish this task, thanks!
Here is my upgrading process for your reference
1. Installed the EBS 12.1.1 and everything is okay(Create a AR, AP transaction and invoice and post to gl).
2. I have referenced this document to upgrading the EBS

Cause: The field: Global.G_NAV_NODE_USAGE_ID couldn't be located or read.
Resolution: This is an issue associated with multiple APPL_TOPS. Ensure
that references to the APPL_TOP are pointing to correct one.
I don't know how to fix this? do you know?

4.2 App errors after clearing local cache

We have a user that cleared their local cache and now can not see the appset. When going through the connection wizard, he had to type in the server again then finally got the appset to select. Upon trying to create an evdre report, after typing in =evdre() then clicking expand it returns the following error:
EVDRE:Disabled. Init cache first.
We tried going through as slow connection in the connection wizard to see if that made any difference, but that didn't help.
This user has been down for a full day now and I'm really struggling trying anything possible. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Have you tried logging on with the same user from another machine to see if that works fine? Just to see if it is server or client related. If you can logon from other machines with that user try to clear also clear Internet explorer cache and delete all the client files again. Also remove all the folders in MyDocuments that are not deleted with the "clear local application information".
If you have this issue on all machines with this user try reprocessing te security or saving the application (I know this is not a very populair action, because it takes the appset offline some time...).

Office Web Apps Error after SP 2013 September 2014 CU

Hello Everyone,
I have a single front end and single SQL server for my SharePoint 2013 deployment. I also have Office Web Apps setup and running. However after installing SP 1 and the latest September 2014 CU it appears our users are seeing the below prompt
when open a Word doc in Office Web Apps.
However I am finding that if they use IE 9 or 10 and even Firefox everything works normal. This appears to be affecting just Word.
As for my Office Web Apps server it is still at Version 15.0.4420.1017 (RTM)
If I need to update my Office Web Apps server what order should i do. SP1, July, then Sept?

Some apps crash after I use new net modem

I instal a new modem D-Link (ethernet) with TV service O2. When I connect modem to computer applications like a FCP or Motion launch, but I can see rainbow circle and it is all. After a few seconds comp. freeze and I cannot do anything. I must restart and repair disk. If I disconnect modem apps run without problem. This problem I haven't with my older modem.

Video streams in some apps stop after some seconds (S6000)

Hi,
In the apps DEL and Laola1.tv, video streams start with the first ~5 seconds, then stop, then repeat once and then stop.
Problem does not occur with android phone or laptop in the same wlan. Other streaming like youtube works fine.
Any hints or ideas greatly appreciated.

I already have radeon.modeset=0 on the end of my kernel line, I think I disabled KMS a month or two ago when it was (very briefly) enabled by default. IIRC my system was very broken with KMS enabled back then, I haven't tried turning it back on.
I've found xf86-video-ati-6.12.4-3 to work, and xf86-video-ati-6.12.192-1 not to work, irrespective of ati-dri version. I've just noticed 6.13 seems to be out, so I may try building that with ABS, and see if it fixes it.
EDIT: or maybe I won't, as that needs xorg 1.8 and I don't have enough time to build that and all it's deps just now
For now I've just set pacman to ignore the package, which works as a temporary solution. Are there any diagnostics I can do to help pin down the problem?

Some apps missing after re-instal

im not sure if this is the right spot for this, so if its not could someone redirect me.
i got a new macbook pro for school and i was gonna give my relatively new macbook (intel 1st gen i think) to my mom. it had alot of files and was slowing down a little so i transfered everything i wanted to keep and wiped it, reinstalled with the dvds following the prompts.
all said and done everything seemed fine except its missing a couple of apps.
imovie (even though the rest of ilife08 is installed)
text edit
actually i guess thats it. there might be a few more, i cant remeber if chess was on there.
anyway, rather than reinstaling everything, is there anyway to download the offical mac version of text edit... im not too worried about ilife as im sure shell upgrade to 09 anyway then everything will sort itself out on that front. ive been looking for free version but everything is either trial or its more of a coding tool only and not really for word processing.
or if reinstalation is the way to go, is there something i missed or didnt click that may have left these and other apps off the list?

you can reinstall TextEdit from the install DVD using Pacifist.

you can also reinstall just ilife and it should install imovie.
to install just ilife, open the install DVD in fnder and double-click on "install bundled software only".

Some apps crashing after launch

I am getting the color wheel often, and Firefox crashes a few seconds after being launched. I have determined the problem is not Firefox. I reinstalled all Firefox files.
If I safe boot the computer, there is no problem.
Any idea what file(s) might be corrupt or damaged to cause this?

I now get a external monitor error after a year

I have been using an external lcd monitor for about a year and this week I started getting an error after I plugged it in for a while. It would work for 1-4 hours and then the external monitor would say that the frequency was not supported. At this point my MB would freeze and when I tried to restart it, it would not turn back on. The AC cord was plugged in, so the only thing I could do was remove the battery for a couple of minutes and restart.
Each time I plugged the external monitor in it would work for a bit and then freeze again. I tried a different monitor and it froze as well and gave me the error box "optimal resolution is 900x1440 60mz. I tried again and made sure it was detecting the correct monitor in system preferences and that they matched the recommended specs, everything was correct.
ANY IDEAS?
I don't know what to try, like I said it worked for a whole year without any problems. And my 1 year warranty expired 9 days ago.

Are you connecting over VGA or DVI? I take it you're using the same Apple adapter that you've had for a while? What was the other monitor that also didn't work? Was it also the same connection type?
It's probably worth bringing the computer and the monitor into an Apple Retail Store and having them have a quick look. I think the only problem, is that if it takes 1-4 hours to occur, a GB appointment is only 15-20 minutes long.
Can you maybe grab a screen shot when the issue occurs?

IWork apps gone after upgrading to mavericks

Recently my macbook pro (running Mountain Lion ) was unable to install some apps and after 2 year it was some kind of slow .. so I erase my hard and reinstall it using bootable USB ( I once did it before )
after that I upgrade to mavericks manually ... since I bought macbook > I own iWork & iLife apps ( not on DVD) ... going to mac store for redownloading purchased apps ...WOW ... iWork apps was gone and I have to pay ! but iLife apps was still free for me
free upgrade to mavericks cust me 60$ to rebuy what I own before !!!
I don't know what happend here .. even I've mailed to mac os support and they answer me that I only own these apps for iOS ... but I do owned them !!!

After upgrade iphone 4 to ios 5.01 itunes don't install some apps.

After upgrade iphone 4 to ios 5.0.1 itunes don't install many apps (ibooks too).
I try to delete them from itunes, download again and sinc with iphone, but it fail with the same message: "app_name Failed to install".
Only some Apps were correctly installed (about 1 every 8 apps).
The only way to install apps with errors is to download them directly from iphone. How to resolve this iusse?
I can't download again all apps from iphone.
Itunes is the lastest version and the Pc is on windows 7.
I had some trouble to upgrade to ios 5 (error 1 and 37 and so on) because security problem on win 7, but I relsoved them.
