Some apps that have iOS7 icons in the app store, are downloading with their old iOS6 icon, in my case the first Infinity Blade.

First of all, it wasn't letting me post in the App store section, so this is my best bet. Basically the title says it all I went to download Infinity blade which update its icon upon the release of ios7 to look like this
But, Once downloaded it looked like this.
I don't want to download the app again if it can be helped as my Internet connection is terrible. But I've seen this happen many time within the app store itself, showing the old app icons with the transparent glow overlayed

Go to your Pictures Folder and find the iPhoto Library there. Right (or Control-) Click on the icon and select 'Show Package Contents'. A finder window will open with the Library exposed.
Look there for a Folder called 'Import' or 'Importing'.
Drag it to the Desktop. *Make no other changes*.
Start iPhoto. Does that help?
If it does then look inside that folder on your desktop. Does it contain anything you want? If not you can trash the folder.

There aren't any viruses for iOS devices. Have you got notifications muted ? Only notifications (including games) get muted, so the iPod and Videos apps, and headphones, still get sound.
Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (mute or rotation lock), then you can mute notifications by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad, or via the taskbar : double-click the home button; slide from the left; and it's the icon far left; press home again to exit the taskbar. Apple is making me pay to update free apps OR apps that have already been purchased, More than once??!!

I have Recently been trying to update several apps of mine, and when i click update all, or one at a time, it takes me straight to my billing information. Then after that it says i need to pay to update my apps that have already been purchased or apps that i have gotten for free, i have never used a credit card to buy apps, i have always just used iTunes Cards to Redeem apps. However, when i took my iPhone 5 with iOS 7.1.1 to the apple store, the "geniuses" have told me i have outstanding payments on an app so in order to update them, i need to go and purchase more itunes cards.. So i have went out and bought about Three 20$ itunes cards hoping that by using just 1 card - it would fix the problem im having. but it isnt. ALSO if i purchase an app without having the same amount of what it costs it will not let me buy/download it, so how can i have to pay for apps that are already on my phone?? MOST THAT ARE FREE. Can someone please help me solve this issue that actually knows what they are doing?! thanks..

Contact iTunes store support and find out what the problem is.

Shutting down my iPhone 4S no longer removes all the apps that have accumulated on the multitasking bar. What happened?

Maybe I imagined it, but I could have sworn that holding down the home button and sleep button at the same time until the slider icon appears at the top of the screen, and then engaging the slider icon, completely shuts down your iPhone and also removes all the apps that have accumulated in the multitasking bar. But, that does not work anymore on my iPhone 4S running iOS 5.0.1 (9A405). The iPhone shuts down, but the apps in the multitasking bar remain after you turn the phone back on. Did I imagine this feature in the past, or has something happened that no longer enables this functionality? Closing all those open apps in the multitasking bar one at a time is a PIA.

You first have to download the non-compatible version on your computer. Then when you try to purchase the version on your iPod you will be offered a compatible version if one exists.

At this point you have no choice but to update the or delete them and reinstall them since you wont be able to use them until they update - or come out of the "waiting" loop.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
You can also try deleting the waiting icons - tap and hold down on an icon until it wiggles - the tap the X on the icon to delete it. Then try to download again.
You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your app preferences and device settings again.

Yes, they will use a very small amount of your internet bandwidth to display.

Cannot connect the the App A Store and I have a few Apps that have to be deleted 2-3 times a week in order for them to be online!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot log into the App Store, it acts like I am putting the wrong Password on my iPhone 4 and my iPod Touch. I also have an app that has to be deleted and redownloaded at least 3-4 times a week because it will say the app is not online when I am 2 foot away from my router and all my other stuff is working fine. You can use some third party software to copy the music from your old iPod back to computer first, and then import the music into iTunes and re-sync them to yournew iPod. Here is a guide about how to transfer iPod music to computer. Hope it helps. Feel free to email me if you need further help.

Just be sure to do a complete sync using iTunes and storing the backup locally on the computer. A local copy of every app will be stored, together with the rest of the stuff from the phone. Later, when you get the new phone, plug it in immediately with iTunes running: it will recognize that the phone is new and offer to restore from the stored backup. Those apps that don't get installed automatically as part of the restore, you can manually install from the local copy.
Works flawlessly on a Mac. I guess same thing should occur on a Windoze PC, but I don't sleep with the Enemy.
Edit: be sure the computer has enough juice to finish the restore. On another thread, a participant tried to do the above, computer died midway, screwed the process up.

I have the same problem and I am very upset. I have heard that Apple/iTunes is removing all songs that are unlicened for this type of download. Apple does not want to be responsible for pirated music. Much of mine is down loaded from CD's. I have to go to search and put in every song and then, if found, put it into My Music then back into iTunes. WHAT A HASSLE. I don't remeber reading anything about this. 224 songs so far. NOT HAPPY.
