Some "books" listed in store are not books.

Several times I have downloaded a book from the store on my iPhone 4, only to find that the file isn't the book at all, but 8 pages of legal stuff and nothing more. Some (all?) of them refer to audio files, so perhaps I've downloaded an audio book and didn't know it (does iBooks handle audio books as well?). But when I went back to the title's page in the store, I can't find any indication that it's anything but the written book itself.
What am I missing here? What should I be looking for when browsing through the store's listings before downloading? Is downloading the only way to find out whether this is the book itself or not?

I received 8 pages of legal disclaimers, followed by a "did you like this book?" page, and no pages of poem. And of course this was but one example: it happened often enough that I felt I should post about it.
It's true that they were all free downloads and may all have been from Gutenberg as well. Still, there are plenty of other free titles that I got all the text successfully, and perhaps Apple would like to know that several of the files they made available are not, in fact, the books themselves. I wonder if where/how to let Apple know which titles don't actually have any "book" to them.

I don't think so, I would be happy to have such function too.
In the French iBook store there is a section where you can find books by language, I guess in other countries there is the same section. But it's not really convenient…

Time entries booked against network & activity are not transferring to PS

Hi every one,
We have scheduled a job to transfer time entries which were booked against network & activity on daily basis, but for some reason the time entries are not getting posted against the network (Only for certain network, see attachment), though it is not showing any error message when i saw the spool log for the job in SM37. When i ran CAT5 in test mode it is showing time entries which needs to be booked against the network and activity.
Can some one help me out to transfer the time entries via the job??

Variant will determine the selection of personnel numbers and other parameter defined on CAT5 selection screen. If manually posting is happening on network then it means network are fine.
What I can suggest is, you can create a new variant and then run it thought SM36 and check in SM37.
Go in CAT5 transaction, and untick test run, log and dates transfer can be ticked. Then save. Then variant attributes screen will open save the variant with a name and description .lets assume you saved the variant with name TEST. If you wish you can on save the variant on certain number of network or personnel number, it depends on you to keep it blank or run variant for limited number of records.
Now go in SM36 and click on STEP, in the ABAP program TAB enter "RCATSTPS", then select the variant using search help and you will find the variant defined above i.e. TEST.Check and save from bottom of the window. Come back once. Then click on START CONDITION, Date/Time - define a date and time for the variant "TEST" to run as a JOB.
Check in SM37 you will find the schedule JOB run time and date. After the JOB is finished you check report CJI3 for actual posting of network.
This will work fine, if in case you need few more fields to be defined in variant then I will suggest to create a variant via CATA instead of CAT5, their you will get more options to post time.

In itunes...preferences you can change the setting to import songs instead of mp4 to mp3. Afer changing this setting, right click to the songs and than you are able to convert to mp3. ths's it

Once I find the game i will truly screenshot that it states "not compatible for these models". I just find it RIDICULOUS that my iPod touch is in good condition and some of the applications that I want download sometimes are not compatible with my iPod touch 4g. When I check in the capture scratch folder, sure enough the whole clip is not there!

I did this and it was already unchecked. So this is not the answer...
The strange thing is, I have been logging and transferring with FCE for 2 yrs without any problems at all with shorter clips, but have come up against the problem with long clips (over 5 or so min) the whole time. I got around it by simply making sure I stopped recording after less than 5 min while shooting footage. OR if I accidentally got a long clip, I import into imovie and then import into FCE. Not very streamline and I worry about compressions altering quality!
I am now trying to import a 20 min and a 17 min clip and it only transfers around 3 minutes of each, I have re-tried several times and it happens repeatedly. The blue circle in the transfer list shows up as a half blue circle instead of full. Clip cuts off after 3 or so minutes.

Splitting iTunes by country really is lame, I can buy anything anywhere on Ebay with the same credit card, thats the nature or eCommerce, do it all the time. How do I do this without having a foreign credit card?

Then you cannot buy them either.
You can ONLY buy frome the itunes store of your country of residence ( proven by the issuing country of your credit card AND the valid billing address) AND ONLY while you are physiclally located inside the borders of that country.
You cannot use other countrys itunes stores.

I have this identical problem. For a while my group texts didnt show up on my ipad. Then one day they did, maybe everyone in the group started using the same os version or something. Ever since my first reply to the group there have been complaints of multiple threads. I can not find a pattern for when my group text's decide they want to create a new thread. (it doesnt happen every time) Everyone in the group has deleted the thread, we've all toggled imessage on/off etc. There still hasn't been a solution.

LPX only supports 64bit Audio Unit plugins. You probably need to get the latest updates for all of your plugs.

I think you've mistaken the meaning of both technologies. ESB actually works as a part of BPEL, for instance you can create partner link from any esb service.
ESB service can only expose data or retrieve and process (transform) them from another service. BPEL is using services like ESB as a source and adds decision making functionality which is not present in ESB.
