I want to ask you some questions!
I hope that you'll understand, I know that my English is not very good! :-P
-Remote: once work on 10, most of the time the research for library failed!
-Shazam: Doesn't work at all: "Sorry, we couldn' t find a match for this music"
- and finally the most problematic for me which plan to go on a journey next month: impossible to localize me on the application plan or Patch tracker!
Nevertheless my internet access works correctly, I tried in other place!!

You're right! It's a Ipod Touch! I understand why it doesn't work!
But for Remote, and especially for the localisation? Do you know why?

Hello! I used QuickTime for watch any videos on OS X Mountain Lion, but now, I'm passed to OS X Mavericks and QuickTime, when I open an .avi file, convert this in a .mov file. I have the same problem in Mavericks, but I'd say, more important, with QuickLook.
Indeed Quicklook can't read avi movies anymore. Actually it always been the case, but with Perian we were able to fix it. The problem is that Perian is no longer available for Mac OS 10.9....
I'd assume that our only hope is Apple themselves... It would be nice from Apple to creat an add-on for quicklook to be able to preview the avi movies.
In regards with quicktime, you can download QuickTime 7 here:

and ask all the .avi movies to be played by QuickTime 7 and not QuickTime X (included into Mac OS).

I am traveling out side of the U.S. and I am trying to up-date some apps on my iPod touch. Now I'm getting this message... "Account Not In This Store. Your account is NOT valid for use in the Ecuadorian store. You must switch to the U.S. store"
Please, is there anyone one out who can help me solve this problem? I just can seem to figure out how to get to the U.S. store... thanks!I just read this solution, tried it & now it's working...
I think I found a fix...I went to Settings, iTunes & App Stores, then click on your Apple ID...view Apple ID...change country region to USA (even though it was already USA...just do it again...go through the steps making sure the United States store is selected...agree to the Terms of Service, THEN I think what the key is is to RE-auhorize your credit card...in my case all I had to do was enter the security code...and it worked...I am now able to download the YouTube app for example...couldn't do it before. -
So my Ipod Touch restored for some reason, and it doesnt show any of the apps i bought on iTunes. How do I make them come back? Please Help

i have an ipod touch and for some reason cannot connect to itunes store. I have full wifi and can get on my safari and was able to update my apps before. I can still get apps but when i try to update it says cannot connect to itunes store. Some1 help!

Apps and many other purchases are tied to the iTunes Store account via which they were purchased. So if you buy the app, that app is tied to your iTunes Store account. Without that account information, the child could not update the app nor back it up.
I'd also suggest giving the child an iTunes gift card or gift certificate along with the iPod. If the child is too young to have and manage his or her own iTunes Store account, then his or her parent could set up an iTunes Store account to purchase the apps. That could be done with that gift card and not need a credit card. You can also gift specific apps, though again that would require the child or a parent to open an iTunes Store account through which to redeem the gift. For more information on gift options, see:

Lost music..... replaced my ipod touch 2g for itouch 3g running iOS 5.1.1
I replaced my ipod touch 2g for a 3g and update it to iOS 5.1.1. I had no problem updating but I also discovered I lost some of my music from reseting my computer. Is there a way I can get my music back? also is there a way I can get my third-party music back?
You can redownload iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If the non-iTunes purchases are on the old iPod you can copy them to your computer by:
Recovering your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device: Apple Support Communities
and then sync them to your new iPod. -

I just got a ipod touch 5g for christmas and we bought it from a apple store and the employee gave me the wrong color, can i exchange it for a different color?, it hasnt been opened and i have the receipt.
Go as soon as possible and ask to change it.
According to the general rules you have at least 14 days after the date on your receipt.

Some sections on my ipod touch arent responding when i touch them
This just happened a few week ago and basically some sections on my ipod touch arent working when i touch them this includes letters on my keypad. If anyone has any ideas about whats going on with my ipod touch please respond.

I was trying to update my nephews iPod touch but for some 20 hours now all I am seeing is the apple logo.
Terminate the update.
Reboot the computer
Restore via Itunes.
If necssary:
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

It would probably be best to attach the iPod to a computer and restore it. This way you'll know it's wiped clean. Then, when you start up the iPod it will ask you for your Apple ID.

I just got an iPod touch 5g for Christmas and last night I was FaceTiming a family member and I noticed my speaker sounded a little wired, like it blew out which I don't even know how I did it! I never have it up full blast! Does the 1 year limited warrenty cover it?
If you are in the US you can see if there is a genius bar by going to http://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar and then click on Make a Reservation at the top and you can search state, city and see how far they are from you.

hello. So I have used my iPod touch 4g for 2 years now and need to change the battery. My question is: will I lose everything I have on my iPod like my music,pictures and apps if I change the battery on my iPod touch 4g?
Thanks for answerIf you go to Apple, they will not replace your battery, but exchange your iPod for a refurbished iPod of the same model with a new battery. Therefore you will lose everything that is not backed up. If you change it yourself or have a third party change it, you will most likely not lose anything (but still best to make a backup as lllaass suggested).

It all depends upon your uses and preferences. The iPod had a bigger screen and is physically bigger and has an option cellular radio.
