SOME FUNCTIONS BEHIND MENU/TOOLBAR ITEMS NOT WORKING

In application the toolbar button 'new record' and 'next record' are not
working. The associated menu items also not work.
When copying same set of binaries to another directory with another forms
listener then everything is ok. So the problem is not in the fmx's.
Most menu/toolbar items do work only those two have problems.
Any suggestions?

The problem was probably due to a connection error.
Nothing to do with designer or headstart.

Some function keys on wireless keyboard not working on iphone 4

I'm having trouble with the brightness and volume keys on my wireless keyboard when its paired with my iphone 4. They won't respond at all. Any fixes? i'm on version 4.3.5

Since the wireless aluminum keyboard was originally intended for personal computer use, I don't believe any of the function keys will work for your iPhone or even an iPad device.

From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.

How do you fix the swipe function on ipad2 that is not working?

The swipe function on my iPad2 is not working and the apps require a double-click to open (some do not open). When I go to settings, the passcode entry boxes are grayed out. I have already tried a hard restart by holding down the menu button and the Hold button until the apple appears. What else can I try to get it back to working normally?

It sounds like you have to disable VoiceOver.

Since upgrade to v29, pinned tabs don't appear and sometimes all tabs don't appear and open menu button does not work

My pinned tabs don't appear at any start and at some starts, I don't see the bookmarks toolbar (I can restore that by removing it from view-toolbars and then reselecting it). when this happens, FF also does not show any tabs and the Menu button does not work.
I have tried various suggestions found on here like deleting the sessionstore.js and re-installing FF, also tried disabling hardware acceleration in safe mode and still have the same problems.
Am reluctant to reset FF in case I lose my favourites and Bookmarks, is there anything else I can try?

Firefox may not have closed properly.<br />
You can try to update to Firefox 29.0.1 to be released tomorrow (Friday) to see if that helps with this issue.

Crap. That's what I was afraid of...Well, since I'm away from home and not near my pc, it sounds like I'm out of luck. The problem is that I need my phone to be at least functional for making and receiving calls. There's an apple store nearby. Perhaps I can go there and have them restore it and at least I'll be able to make and receive calls until I get home and restore from my backup. Does that sound feasible, or am I missing something?

4.1EA. Open Body button in toolbar does not work. In object tree click on some Package. Next - in toolbar click on OpenBody button. Body is not opened.

Ow, that's a bad one, good catch.
As a workaround the 'gutter blue arrow' hyperlinks DO work.
Once I DO manage to get the body open, the button works for me without fail, even after an application restart. And I'm able to open other package bodies. So I can reproduce this bug once, but only once.
Do you see the same?

10.4.3 - iChat Menu Extra sounds not working

Now that I've upgraded the OS to 10.4.3, I've noticed that if I sign on to AIM and/or Bonjour through the iChat menu extra that the default sign-on sounds are no longer working.
I've got all available OS updates installed, and for that matter the 10.4.3 update should be the only one that affects iChat to date.
I upgraded to 10.4.3 via the Combo Updater, not through Software Update.app.
I've been able to confirm this on a PowerMac G4 933MHz running 10.4.3, and with a friend's 12" PowerBook G4 running 10.4.3 as well.
Has anyone else experienced this so far?

Please do not tell me I am not understanding - I have asked a question about a single feature that existed before 10.4.3; not video, not the concepts behind menu extras, and not the comparison between the menu extra and the full application.
I do believe it's fairly obvious to see that the menu extra is limited in what it does. However it is not a limited "version" of iChat, which yes, you even said that in your above post.
If you are unable to show proof that this, a change, is "by design" then please, don't say that. What you have said is of opinion until otherwise proven differently. And by differently I do mean by cold, hard documentation by Apple.
Meanwhile, I'd like to know if anyone else is seeing this.

There is no way to consolidate iTunes accounts.
Setting up an iPhone has never required creation of a new Apple ID.
You've apparently purchased content with both Apple ID's. Sign into the device with the correct Apple ID and sync the content.

Add-ons contain a range of compatible Firefox versions, and Firefox honors the listed range by disabling the add-on if you are trying to run it on an unlisted version.
I'm sure Yahoo! will update its toolbar eventually, but not every add-on maker supports beta versions of software.

Having the same problem. No response from Apple as I tried all the suggestions. Had to perform a system restore. Currently iy's working. Make sure you backup everything to your computer. IOS6 is still glitchy in other areas.
