Can anyone please tell me some futures in bpel which are not possible with ESB and For some features available in ESB that are absence in BPEL?

I think you've mistaken the meaning of both technologies. ESB actually works as a part of BPEL, for instance you can create partner link from any esb service.
ESB service can only expose data or retrieve and process (transform) them from another service. BPEL is using services like ESB as a source and adds decision making functionality which is not present in ESB.

LPX only supports 64bit Audio Unit plugins. You probably need to get the latest updates for all of your plugs.

How to join 2 tables which are not related with any primary key foreign key constraint.
Ex.Consider Table A has 5 columns->A_ID,A_Name,A_Address,A_City,A_Pin(Total 10 rows)
Table B has 5 columns->B_ID,B_Name,B_Adress,B_City,B_City(Total 30 rows)
From both the table i want the data,which i need to use in curosr to display finally as "Address Label".
Both the table are entirely different,but there can be some names of Table A which may come in Table B also,if the name,address and city is also same.That means same person in both the table.
So finally i want total number of distinct records(distinct data of Table A which is not in B+all the data of table B) to come under Address Label.
How can i write the select query for this condition?

The corresponding column types should be similar, if not exactly the same.
There's no problem if A_Name is VARCHAR2 (50) and B_Name is CHAR (30).
However, there will be a problem if A_ID is a NUMBER and B_ID is a TIMESTAMP.
You must have the same number of columns in all branches of the UNION.
If you want an ORDER BY clause, put it at the very end, after the last branch of the UNION.
You can use positional notation (where 2 means the 2nd column) like I did, or you can use names from the first prong of the UNION (such as A_Name).

Whenever you have a question, post a little sample data (CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements, relevant columns only) from all tables, and the exact results (formatted) that you want from that data.
You can concatenate all 5 columns into one VARCHAR2 column, if you want to.
You'll probably want to use RPAD (or simillar functions) to make the output line up nicely.
If any of the columns are not strings, use TO_CHAR to make string versions of them.
For example:
SELECT TO_CHAR (A_ID, '9999999')
     || '   '          -- leave a little space between the left-justified a_id and the right-justified a_name
     || RPAD (A_Name, 25)
     || RPAD (A_Address, 50)

It's my understanding that an iPhone can only sync with one computer. You need to choose one computer. Sounds like it syncs at work, but not at home. If you want to just sync it at home, then you have to make sure the home computer has all the info that you want on it, like music etc. Then you have to deauthorize the work computer for it to sync at home. When you connect it will ask if you want to set up as a new iPhone or restore from backup. If you don't have a backup on the home computer then either way you will be wiped clean. So any photos, contacts, notes etc you have will be erased. You would need to backup or copy your photos from your iPhone. When you connect it to your home computer, it will give you that popup message to open your iPhone files. Then you can copy those photos and save them onto your computer and sync them back in through iTunes.
For your contacts, do you use any type of address book? If so you'll want to back that up and then transfer to your home computer. For notes, you can just email those to yourself and then save that email. I use MobileMe so the contacts issue is easily resolved.

Is there a way to disallow web pages to modify foreground color of elements if background of those elements was not changed as well (and vice versa)?

I have very sensible defaults for my display; i.e. I have dark GTK scheme (dark gray background, light gray text) that suits me way more when working on my computer while it's dark around. I, however, like looking at web pages as how they were mean to be seen. Unfortunately, most of web designers don't think about anyone having non-default colors set up.
Example one ( http://www.cedok.cz ):
This site's CSS style has "color: rgb(45, 45, 45);" for the whole <body> but for <select> elements there is no "background-color" set. This means there is a select box rendered with dark gray background and dark gray foreground (text color). This is pretty badly readable (obviously).
To mention one particular element from this site: e.g. <select id="ctl00_ContentPlaceHolderLevySloupec_HledaniMultiTab1_HledaniZajezdu1_ddlTypZajezdu">

I'm asking if there is (or might be) an option (even disabled by default) or at least an add-on which would keep default colors unless both foreground and background colors were specified. I think this might make Firefox very usable for many people which like to have their default colors configured.
In case you won't be able to help me by fixing this, could you redirect me to the right place where I could get this requested in a way that might be really possible to happen (bugzilla?).

Thanks for the reply, but I'm sorry, no. I don't want any addon that customizes colors, I want to use default colors and only prohibit changing them unless both background and foreground colors are changed.
I have made no color changes WRT to Firefox *only*, I just changed the default for the whole toolkit (gtk in this case). The thing I need is to disable changing *only one* property out of two ({back,fore}ground). Whenever the second one gets set as well, this new setting (both of them) may get reflected, but not before that. It'd be nice to keep this when changing the colors back (deleting the style), but that's not necessary.
I hope that's understandable, feel free to ask for if that's not the case.
To express what I mean a bit more precisely, see the attached image. In that image there are four textareas (one of the elements that gets affected by this). First one is a default one (which I want to have if the page has nothing set), the second one is nicely modified to fit for example to a blue-ish page (this one I like as well).
Second row of textareas shows how the final element looks like if the page has only one of these elements set up. First one changes background without changing font color, the second one vice versa. Both of them are very badly readable, especially with low lighting around.
This is consequently the same case when it comes to default page background which I cannot set at all, because too many pages have only "color:" set without changed background and that is completely messed up then. Going to extremes, I might mention all color-related modifications (see how ugly the borders look when the background is changed and nothing is done to these borders, their size and color is kept default), but I understand that's too much.

Links are not working with Firefox and some other browsers

On my site (iWeb08) I have some pictures of pieces of text as a link to another page of website.. but with some browsers the links doesn't work.
Also de links are very difficult to activate on the site.. What I mean is when you want to click the link.. you have to search with the cursor in stead of stand on the word and click to activate..
(hope that you understand what I mean, but my English is a bit difficult in English for me...)

Device Redirection for RD Gateway not possible with MFA and Central Network Policy

Prior to using Azure MFA with my Remote Desktop Gateway i used a connection authorization policy (CAP), this policy allowed me to limited what devices (drives, printers, clipboard) were redirected when connecting through the gateway. However with MFA i
had to use a Central Network Policy Servers, which is pointed to my multifactor server, and doing so i know longer have connection policies available to select what device redirection is available. i can set this at the RD session host, however, i only want
the policy to apply when coming in via the gateway, meaning i don't want users to see their local drives or printers when coming in via Internet, but if they are internal and hit the RD session host i want them to see local drives and printers. So now i have
no way to limit device redirection if i want to use MFA with my RD Gateway, is there not a work-around for this, this seems like something that was missed?

It works in my configuration. I pass back the redirection bitmap from the "base" RADIUS server (that MFA targets) and MFA passes it back to the gateway

Asking Again: Group Description Updated in Admin UI is not reflected in PowerShell and vice versa

I've updated the Groups Description (About Me) using the GUI / Website. Then running a script to output the Group's Description like:
$siteUrl = "site url"
$web = Get-SPWeb $siteUrl
$web.SiteGroups
$web.Dispose()
The description doesn't change. I can then update the Description of the group using PowerShell and close the window then and run the above code the changes are reflected. However, the GUI / Website doesn't have the changes. Very odd!

Lotus Notes-Deletion of email on Curve does not update in Lotus and vice versa

Hello all,
I'm having an issue with a new Blackberry Curve that was just recently purchased for an employee of my company.
We set up her lotus notes email in the Curve and she had been receiving email correctly. She was able to delete emails in the Blackberry and have it show up on her computer as deleted.
Now she is finding that when she updates anything on the Blackberry it does not show up on the computer and if she updates anything on the computer it doesnt change in the Blackberry.
I can't find anything by googling, so I'm not entirely sure what to do here. Anyone have the answer?

The solution is not fully testes yet but what I had to do:
1 - Create a portal service that receive a string as parameter and create a new content with this string (in NWDS is a Portal Application Project).
2 - Create a Web Service for this portal service (in the same portal application project).
3 - Create a new Stand alone Web Service proxy project in NWDS to generate proxy classes for this web service.
4 - Create a new notes agent in Lotus notes that consumes this web service, for this I followed an example that is placed in IBM Developers Network site (http://www-128.ibm.com/developerworks/lotus/library/ls-AWS_integration/). The agent should run every time a new email arrives or in certain periods, this you can configure when creating the agent.
Unfortunatelly I did not find a way to get the e-mail in HTML format, the Notes API does not have any method that return the e-mail content as HTML. The only method I found return the e-mail content as plain text.

SSRS subscriptions in default zone of sharepoint 2013 are not showing in intranet zone and vice versa.

one of the Sharepoint 2013 site collection has alternate access mappings created. Default site is .com and intranet is .local.
So when we add SSRS subscription in .com - they are not showing in .local and vice- versa. How do we fix this so the subscriptions are same in both .com and .local.

Per my understanding that you have configured the alternate access mappings which Default site is .com and intranet is .local. But the subscription in one of the site will not list in another mapped site, right?
Actually, if you are on a different Alternate Access Mapping other than the Subscription was created on, we will get no subscriptions, Because we are using the method "Microsoft.ReportServices.SharePoint.UI.ManageSubscriptionPages"
to deal with the logic by creating the value for "m_reportUrl" using the current context of the URL the user is using and passing that to the "SubscriptionListControl". You can find the code in this article if you have some

I am using ORACLE 11gR2 If you're licensed for Diangnostics pack then you might want to look at the AWR tables, e.g. DBA_HIST_SQLSTAT and cross-reference with DBA_HIST_SNAPSHOT.
By this will i get the top 5 consumed queries of DEV user in the whole session or its just the top 5 queries at that particular time. The "executions" columns in this query, does it mean that the no. of. times the query has executed... This will get you a random 5 queries that were first parsed by DEV. Depending on your application code/structure, it may well be that all code (except for system-recursive sql) executed by DEV is parsed by DEV, and all code parsed by DEV is executed by DEV but this isn't true for all.
In terms of top N queries, you need to ORDER BY and then restrict by ROWNUM at an outer level to the ROWNUM otherwise the ROWNUM filter is applied before the ORDER BY.
i.e.
SELECT *
FROM
(SELECT ...
FROM ...
WHERE
ORDER BY...)
WHERE ROWNUM <= ....
