There usually is a delay of a few weeks before Kaspersky updates its Firefox add-ons for a new version.
Have you installed patch "I" which added support for Firefox 12 (released May 4th)? Not sure whether that helps with Firefox 13. More information: [http://support.kaspersky.com/kis2012/tech?qid=208286519 Kaspersky Internet Security 2012: patch I for version 12.0.0.374].

I have the same problem today. I accidentally let it slip off my lap right in the middle of the restore. I didn't capture the error code when failed but now I just have a black screen with the itunes logo. It isn't displayed in Windows explorer or itunes, however I do hear my computer acknowledge something has been plugged in when I disconnect the cable and reconnect. What should I do?

With the new version of Firefox, the Google toolbar and something with my Webroot protection had to be inactivated to install. I use many of the features on the Google toolbar daily, and miss not being able to use it. When I try to reinstall, the message is that it is incompatible with Firefox 5.0. And I am not sure which features of my Webroot protection had to be deactivated for Firefox to install and run, but I want to retain my firewall and virus protection. And I MUCH prefer to use Firefox! So - I know you are always developing and improving. When will these become compatible again with Firefox.
The Google Toolbar is from Google and support for it can only come from Google, and Google has eliminated it from Firefox, and it never was in Google. Even Google has indicated that the features are available in Firefox through other extensions. But the features are really available in Firefox even without extensions from what I've seen because Firefox has very powerful bookmarks and knowing how to use them with JavaScript, substitution, and keyword shortcuts is a key to using Firefox.

My G2 iPod that I use as an external drive to archive memory cards on the go cannot link with my new 13" Macbook Pro cause it uses a firewire 400 lead. It will not work with a USB lead. Is there a firewire 800 ipod lead or converter available? Can any one shed some light on this please?
As far as I know, if a harddrive works with a Macpro, it should work with the Macbook: if your Macbook is low on power, plug in the AC adapter
If your Macbook has a firewire port, then it should be fine. BUt i would do somemore research first. -
Will my Webroot security work with the latest version of Firegox?
I've gotten several requests from Firefox to u[grade to Firefox 5.0 or whatever the newest version is. I've also gotten warnings that this newest version is incompatible with certain websites or programs, including Webroot security/antivirus/antimalware.
Has this lack of compatibility been resolved, because I don't want to ditch my Webroot security package just to have the latest version of Firefox.I think (not certain) that support for the 16xx units was dropped in LabVIEW 2012.

You can't downgrade the iOS.
Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
• Launch Settings app
• Tap on Wi-Fi
• Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
• In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

Help my Mac mini wont work with the airpot
I have got the Mac mini Intel Core Solo G5 model and ive got a ibook G4 my G4 works great and fine but my mac mini does not. I connect to the base station fine useing the drop down bit on the taskbar in finder and enter the password and it connects. But when i do network assistant and it asks for me to eneter the password again it just basicly frezzes for a min then says invalid password when i know that it is the write base station password. It did work once but froze again and said could not connect. and when i go into the airport utlity it can't descover the base station even though it says it is connected with a full signal, im doing the excatly same things i did with my ibook but it just wont work. Please can someone help me and tell me what i have to do or give me some support this is my last hope as apple aren't intrested. I will be very gratful!

This update is recommended for all Intel-based Macintosh computers and provides compatibility with AirPort Extreme base stations and networks.
This is the update that generated a fix at www.macfixit.com because some folks have been having issues with connection with their internet provider and some people have had issue with their airport systems just shutting down.
It was part of an auto update that was received. One of my Macs is a MacBook Pro Core Duo (not Core 2 Duo) and this upgrade (download) was part of the update check that is automatically performed. -
Will Kaspersky work with the newest version of Firefox or should I download a past version?
Before when updating to newer versions of Firefox several features in Kasper-sky have not worked. I was concerned about security.

I updated to the newest version of Firefox and now cannot select, read, delete, move any emails. Also cannot access any of the folders where many of my emails are stored. I have no problem with my email in Internet Explorer, all of the features work fine through IE.

Screen wont work with the nokia 5530
I basically turn on my phone and then screen is not touchable anymore and message comes up with ' 2 new messages' and i try to show it but i cant because the touch screen is not working. It just happened randomly and i only got this phone at Christmas. I dont know why it has started doing this and the only app that works is camera and the middle button that looks like a dash at the bottom of the phone with the red and green button thats all that is working. i was trying to see if there is a way i can fix this problem or can i take it back to carphone warehouse and get a new one?

It might be a software issue, or it could might be a hardware issue with some loose connection. - If that's the case only a Nokia care point can fix this. - I dont think CPW will give you a new phone the first time. - I would guess they would send it in to repair, or firstly the would probably try to reset it... -
iPad trouble with printing on hp D7460. All other apple devices work with it wifi.

If your printer doesn't support AirPrint, HP has app that enables printing to some of their other wireless printers. Third-party printing apps such as PrintCentral are also available. All such apps have limitations, so check them out thoroughly before you pay for any such app.
You can also route the printing through your computer. If you have a Mac, Printopia would be worth a look. Fingerprint is another option that is available for both Mac OS X and Windows system. You could also consider an AirPrint-capable print server. Lantronix makes a couple of models, including one that supports a USB printer:
