Some incoming messages have a blue dot and i cannt delete them
i have about 12 incoming messages that have a blue dot and i cannot delete them
the message is from "no subject" and it says no content
when i click edit i dont get a white dot that i can mark to delete
help
Reset your phone--hold the home button and on/off switch for about 15 to 20 seconds, past the prompt to turn off and release when you see the Apple logo.
If this doesn't solve your problem, delete your email account. Reset your phone as above, then reinput your email account.

You remove them the same way you put them there. The sync process.

Pages stores those you created & saved as templates in (your account) > Library > Application Support > iWork > Pages > Templates > My Templates. The door to the user's Library is hidden in Lion but it is easy to open. In Finder, hold down the Option key while clicking on the Go menu & your users Library will appear about halfway down the list.

Some incoming messages have tiny print
I have some incoming messages where the text of the message is teeny tiny. Is there a setting that I can change to make it larger other than selecting it and making it larger? By default it would be nice if Mail would change the text on import...... Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Judy
Still getting messages with teeny, tiny font sizes but I just deal with it.

How can I select all messages in either my Inbox, Trash and /or Bin in one go to delete them all in one go. I currently have 3000+ unwanted messages in my Bin
Click on the inbox then Edit>Select All (if you are using Mail, if not you'll have to tell us which mail program you use) repeat in other mailboxes as needed.

Hi. I have a iMac and when starting it up I get a white sceen with blue dots and an apple logo. Is my computer totally broken?
Sournds that way however you should take it to your local Apple Store or AASP to be professionaly diagnosed.

Hi, I have the iphone 4 and I manually deleted all the voice memos on my iphone but they still appear on my iphone when I open Itunes on my computer and they still take up space. I am soon running out of space. Any ideas to permanantly get rid of some of the voice memos?
Am I the only one that really dislike the fact I cannot customize my iphone and cannot delete whatever files I want?
The only options i seem to have is to delete all my files WITHOUT a system restor because I tried doing a system restore and it puts back all my old files on my iphones.

If so, you can manually delete the albums (song-by-song) by sliding your finger across each song's name, from left to right, then select the Delete button.
Or, while your iPhone is connected to iTunes click on the Music tab that you see in iTunes (where you specify what items to sync to your iPhone). At the bottom of that window (below Playlists, Genre, etc.) you'll see songs that are "manually" added to your iPhone, just un-check those and re-sync. -

I am trying to Install Exchange on my Lab, getting below error
message.
The Schema Role is installed on Root Domain and trying to install
exchange on Child domain.
1 Root Domain - 1 Child domain. both are located on single site.

I guess, you didn't completed the initial setup schemaprep and adprep before starting the installation. You can do it as follows:
1. Open command Prompt as administrator and browse to the root of installation cd and run Setup.exe /PrepareSchema /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms
After finishing this,
2. Setup.exe /PrepareAD /OrganizationName:"<organization name>" /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms
3. To prepare all domains within the forest run Setup.exe /PrepareAllDomains /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms. If you want to prepare a specific domain run Setup.exe /PrepareDomain:<FQDN of the domain you want to prepare> /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms
4. Once you complete all of the 3 steps, install the pre-requisities for Exchange 2013
5. Finally, run the setup program

I have seven(7) podcasts on my iPhone 4 that iTunes will not delete. iTunes copies them from the phone to the library and will not delete them from the phone when deleted from the library. I have replayed the podcasts over and over and they still won't delete. Podcasts are WSJ Tech briefings.
This happens to several of my podcasts whenever an updated iOS comes out. You can delete the episode directly from the phone by swiping it from left to right. That seems to fix the issue (they drop off the phone and dont reappear on iTunes). It's as if iTunes stops tracking the play count for some shows.

My inbox messages are labeled as "Read Only" and I cannot delete them
The messages in my inbox have been marked as "read only" somehow and I cannot delete them or move them to the trash. When I click on them I can read them but they stay black instead of turning to grey, so my unread mail count never goes down. It is an AOL account and the only way I can delete them is to go onto AOL.com and delete them from there.
Is there a way to get rid of the "read only" I don't know how it got there to begin with. It just started happening about a month agoConnect the phone to the computer and set it to sync only the photos you want on the phone.

I have many duplicate contacts on my iphone and want to delete them all and start over by syncing to my mac's address book. Is there a way to delete the contacts all at once? I started icloud and the iphone caused duplicates there also.
I have exactly the same problem on my ipad. It is happening on only some contacts but, as with you, when I delete one of the contacts on the ipad, the second ipad contact and the contact on the imac are also deleted. This is even the case when I have differentiated the two contacts on the ipad and can see the one I have deleted on the ipad is not the same one as is then deleted on the imac.

I purchased Lightroom 5 and Elements 12 and installed them on a computer. I now have a new computer, and wish to install them on the new one. When I tried to do so, my only option seemed to be Adobe Cloud. When I was asked for my LR serial number, it was not accepted. I have chosen to fil migrate from old ibook to new MacBook Pro using Time Machine after establishing admin account. I now have two admin. accounts and wish to delete the later one and transfer files manually. I am worried I will loose both accounts. ??
Use the Office for Mac and ignore using Parallels for that. If you have PC only apps you have to run that are MS Windows only then consider Parallels. Just transfer your main PC, using Migration Assistant. If you don't know how then simply read over Pondini's article called Lion or Mountain Lion Setup Assistant tips and look for the section on migrating from a PC. Millions have done what you are about to, it's far from leading edge these days, if you go to an Apple Store to purchase they will offer this as a service, something you might be interested in.
