Some infotypes in PA30/PB30

Hi all
I observe the following:
In PB30/PA30 when I want to check infotype 0105, I put it in direct selection where we input the infotypes. Does anyone know why it doesnot appear in the list of infotypes which is shown above in the same screen!

The menu path for this is
PM>>PA>>Customising procedures>>Infotype menus. The two steps are:
First determining which infotypes the tab strip will consist of and secondly assigning the tab strip to appear for the user group you want to avail it for. You can take a tab strip that is already available for your user group and add IT0105 in there. (as in step 1) The infotype should then appear in the tab. To see under which user group to add the infotype in the tabstrip check the UGR setting off the menu bar of the SAP screen you are at (System>>User profile>>Own data>>Parameters.

Error when executing infotype in PA30

Hi all,
i have created an infotype. now when i am accesssing that infotype in PA30, it throws a run time exception (some people call it Dump). the error analysis in the dump is given as:
An invalid table name "PA9804" was specified in an Open SQL command:
Due to one of the following reasons, the error occurs only at runtime:
- the table name was specified dynamically, or
- the SELECT clause, WHERE clause, GROUP-BY clause, HAVING clause, or
ORDER-BY clause was specified dynamically.
when i check the infotype, there are no errors.can anyone tell me what the problem is?

Did you set up the settings for your infotype? If you did not, then you need to go to transaction PM01, enter your infotype, click on Technical Attributes, on the next screen scroll down all the way until you find your infotype, double click on it and enter the Database table name there.

Hi Surendar,
Go to SPRO : Personnel Management - Customizing Procedures - Infotype Menus - Infotype Menu - Double click INFOTYPE Menu.
There from the Menu F4 help select "Employee Info" and click Continue.
First note the last number for your user group.
Click "New entries".
Write user group - last number+1, infotype number (9XXX) and save.

hi all SAP friends,
In our company its not showing any infotype under tab core employee info in PA30 transaction. my molga and ugr is 40.what might have happened? ON pa30 screen its showing 3 tabs core emp info,net payroll,time management data.under net payroll its showing 3 infotypes.

Remember to check if the UGR parameter is filled correctly

Get INFOTYPE from pa30

I'm using the badi HRPAD00INFTY, how can I get the value of the infotype writen at pa30.
Im using this badi so no modifications could be done to the infotype 2001,
but from the infotype 0082 the information to the infotype 2001 can be change.
How can I know wich infotype was the initial one.

You have to set a flag when the infotype is 0082 and export it to memory. Import this flag when the infotype is 2001 to determine if the call is a direct one or via 0082.

Capture the First Changed Date In actions Infotype In PA30

Hi experts,
I want to find out the date on which the actions record was created. Where can i find this ?.
For ex if i am creating a record on 01.07.2011 with start date 25.06.2011 the change date would be 01.07.2011 in pa0000.
If i change it on 10.07.2011, the change date would be 10.07.2011. I want to capture the date when i actually created it(01.07.2011). I tried the T.code S_AHR_61016380 . But it contains the log of the changes done from the second time.
Can anyone plese help me?

thanks for the reply. I tried the function modules and these function modules also return the logs of the data changed .
But i need to get the log of the record when it was created first.
For ex : for actions info type i created a record with start date as 20.09.2011 .When i tried the function module it did not return any values. Then, i changed the record i created for actions info type . now i executed the Fm , now i was getting the log for the data changed and not for created.Can some one throw light on this.

Error while creating entry in infotype in PA30

I am not getting initial screen after entering person number and infotype and clicking create button.
I am getting screen with proper header as I want and "Initialisierungsdynpro" on the screen instead of
infotype........

My plan, first is to combine all of them into 0EMPLOYEE (become attribute of 0EMPLOYEE).
But this plan is fail because there was an error time overlap dependency.
Because of this, I separate them into DSOs (one DSO for one infotype). Now one thing that I confused is how to combine them into one InfoProvider (InfoCube/Multiprovider/InfoSet), because the key (Begin Date and End Date) are not sync one another.
The simple logic is build like this
Employee Id | Begin Date (PA0001) | End Date (PA0001) | Begin Date (education) | End Date (education) | Begin Date (contract) | End Date (contract) but the combination will be bombastic (the performance will be drop).
Could you anyone help me to solve this? Thank you

Change other Infotype thru PA30

hi all,
i have user requirement like this...
when user change IT0021, child to deceased child then it will automatically change IT0002 - number of child (anzkd). eg. from anzkd = 3 to anzkd = 2, i have tried user exit on save by using BAPI_PERSDATA_CHANGE, but it didn't save entry on IT0002 but it will show screen 'Change IT0002' . i also try to use dynamic action, but doesn't work either.
Any idea?

The time constraint for IT0002 is 1. So this couldn't have overlappings and gaps. So u have to create a record with the new date. Have U tried providing (delimiting) the begin date for the BAPI. Please check this if U haven't yet tried this.

Pf status at pa30 in 0008 infotype

Hi
I need unable buttons in pf-status from 0008 infotype in pa30, pa40 transactions.
It works for too many infotypes, but to 0008 don't...
the pf-status tested were '2010MOD ', MOD, and the programa MP000800, but nothing worked....
any idea????

I implemented the badi HR_HRPAD00INFTY.
on method BEFORE UPDATE and AFTER INPUT, I implemented the follows:
L_PF = SY-PFKEY.
GET PF-STATUS L_PF PROGRAM L_PROG EXCLUDING T_LT_EXCL.
MOVE 'E' TO W_LT_EXCL-fcode.
APPEND W_LT_EXCL TO T_LT_EXCL.
SET PF-STATUS L_PF of PROGRAM L_PROG EXCLUDING T_LT_EXCL IMMEDIATELY.
it works very well for too many infotypes on pa30, pa40 transactions.
The Code "Cancel" shows unabled on screen transactions...but...to 0008 infotype, this code don't works...
I saw that the pf-stauts to 0008 screen is '2010MOD ' or only MOD. I used the two forms, but, nothing works...
Any help, please...

Problem in PA30 with custom infotype

Hi,
I created a custom infotype 9001 and i want to check the correctness of the infotype in PA30 but when enter the personnel no and infotype as 9001 and click on create it goes to short dump and an error arises "Dialog module "RP_9001 " not found".

For eg:

p0045-tilbt = tilbt.

How to hide subtypes from standard infotype 21 in ECC6.0 ?

I encounter the following problem : we've upgraded our customer's SAP HR system from 4.6c to ECC6.0 and new standard subtypes for infotype 21 appear (especially when you press F4 or use the entry help button in transaction PA30) ...
And our customer askes us to remove these new one ... so I made my research and finded in the IMG : 'BAdI: Set Up Entry Help for Subtypes' ... Then I clicked on it, a window appear and I choose the corresponding line for IT0021 ... but I don't know what to do after that ? I tried to create a new implementation with name terminated by 0021 (like proposed in SAP standard help) but I encountered a blocking message about the Filter type (defaulted at INFTYPA and not modifiable).
Before that, I found the view V_T591A but it doesn't seems to be indicated to remove line from this table to solve my problem, that's why I continued to investigating and finally find the 'BAdI: Set Up Entry Help for Subtypes'.
Then I desactivated the Badi and the system asked me a transport request ... now I try to re-enable it and the system ask me a repair key At this time, I didn't make any change in the system.
I really don't know what to do ... Could you help me ?
Only one thing makes me happy : I did this in the sandbox system and our other landscape's system are not impacted by my research ... Ouf !

I would go more along the way of using a search help exit. In fact for field FAMSA the search help used is the generic H_PAD_T591A_SUBTY so there is a search help exit for that one, HR_H_PAD_T591A_SUBTY_EXIT. I haven't used it still, but there is some documents on how to use and restrict the values you want for a specific Infotype.
There could be another way, but in the case of the Infotype 0021 i don't think it's possible which is using implicit enhancements in the PAI modules of the screen. Some infotypes are possible to enhance, some aren't i think that 21 is one of the "aren't" ...
Either way, hope this can be another way to go. Good luck.

Hiding std infotype fields in coding.

HI all,
I have enhanced a standard infotype. I want to hide all the std fields when a particular subtype is selected. Instead, a new set of fields (fields added in the customer include structure) need to be shown.
I have added logic to hide the standard fields in the module pool pgm ZP000600. But the std fields are still displayed when i view the infotype in PA30.
loop at screen.
if screen-name = 'P0006-ZLOCAT1'.
screen-active = 0.
modify scren.
endif.
endloop.
But the same coding is working for custom fields..I.e. Custom fields are hidden.
Pls tell me how to hide the std fields through coding?.

If i write the coding in user exit, then the std fields are hidden only while i click 'CREATE' button and while clicking 'Change' or 'Display' button, again the standard fields are displayed again.
So i tried writing the coding in the PBO of BADI (HRPAD00INFTY) implementation and the standard fields are hidden even in display and change more. But still i have some problem.
That is, while i click create and enter the infotype start date, its ginving me some warning messages like 'This entry delimits the record'. 'This entry deletes a record'.. When i press enter after all these warning, again the standard fields are getting displayed in the screen. At this time, none of the coding in exit and badi is called.
Pls advice me how to solve this issue?
