Some iPhones connect other wont

I am having a frustrating problem. We are a small buisness with about 25 employees running SBS 2003 as our email provider, so basically it is an Exchange 2003 system. We have had about 5 users with iPhones that have been getting email using Active Sync with no issues for over a year. These are both 3G and 3GS phones. Here is the problem.
Anotehr employee just got an iPhone for xmas and I set it up to recieve email exactly like the others, yet he can not connect and we are getting a ton of active sync errors in App. log all reffering to his account. The strange thing is I set up my account on his phone and it works, yet if i set up his account on my phone it doesnt work. This leads me to believe that it is an account setting in Exchange, however I have compared all this user's settings to mine, and they all appear to be identical.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on here?

We are experiencing the same issue. I believe it is either a limitation of the iPhone or ActiveSync. What I mean is, the users that cannot sync are the ones who have over 15k+ messages in their folder. As soon as the folder that we want synced is trimmed/cleaned out to a decent amount of messages (5k-10k messages) it seems to sync fine.
...so...is there a limitation/bug either on the iPhone or activesync that prevents syncing if a user has an absurd amount of messages?

On 3G we cannot send Business emails from either our iPhones or Ipad and this also happens with some WiFi connections but not all. Yet we can always send emails from our Hotmail Account using both 3G and WiFi.
We bought the iPhones and Ipad so that we could send emails while we are out of the Office, but we are not able to do this unless we can find a WiFi connection. Incoming emails are fine. We use IMAP, for Business emails just incase this is relevant and I know that Hotmail is POP3.
Our technical IT knowledge is not great, so we look forward to your suggestions as to how to resolve this.Contact whomever supports the email account and get the correct Outgoing email server settings from them.

Never mind, disregard. I went in and reset my password to my AirPort Express, and for some reason, it then went through, and is all working and good.

Yes the "open itunes when this iphone is connected" and in itunes preferences the prevent field is unchecked.

Bluetooth is supported for stereo headsets/speakers, handsfree telephone devices/headsets, some keyboards, some peer-to-peer apps from the app store, and tethering where provided by the carrier.
Other than this, it will not connect to any computer/phone/device. -
I cannot send iMessages to some ppl who have an iPhone connected to the internet
My iPhone is not recognizing some other iPhones connected to the internet among my contacts. Hence we cannot use iMessages, e en though their iMessage option is switched on in the settings. In other cases i can send iMessages using their apple ID instead of their number. it is a bit complicated.

You seem to have a lot of #fff codes in the CSS files that obviously aren't found with the long #ffffff search term (#fff finds them)

Some of the music I bought (entire album) shows on my library iphone 4 but WONT PLAY it says URL not found.

Why will the airport extreme not connect internet to macbook or some iPhones? It will connect to all our iPhone 6's and iPads but not to the MacBooks. The macbook says wi-fi has the self assigned ip address of ___,____,____,___ and will not be able to connect to the internet,
Have you done a full restart of the network in correct order?
Shut down everything.. OFF not standby.
Power on in order.
Modem.. wait 2min
Router.. (Extreme??) wait 2min
Macbook.. Only the Macbook.. do restart anything else yet.

No luck reset the Extreme to factory and redo the setup.. this time use all short names, no spaces and pure alphanumeric. Bonus for names <10 characters.
Use passwords with the same rules.. only can be 8-20 characters.. mixed case and numbers.
Try again with the Macbook..
No luck give explicit details of the setup of the whole network. -

I have a new iphone and cannot delete the backup from icloud. It says that it is in use. I have read some of the other threads and it only seems to be haphazard solutions. Is there a definite way to fix this? I am not able to change icloud accounts.
