Some missing FCP functions?

I have just switched from FCP to Premiere Pro, and there are some functions, that I'm used to in FCP, that I can't seem to find in PP. 1. Mouse scrolling in the timeline, up/down makes the timeline scroll right/left, when I want it to show hidden tracks (up/down) 2. I would like to be able to set the timelone up, so all clips are unlinked when it is dropped onto it. Not having to "right-click" and "unlink" each clip. 3. Adding transitions to a selection of clips would also be great. And not having to place the CTI over the edit to add the transition. Everything else seems to run as I'm used to, when I have setup my keyboard shortcuts. Anyone have ideas howto get PP to do the things I'm missing. Thomas (o:

Nada. Lots of people want this (not me), but you can file a feature request here: Adobe Feature Request/Bug Report Form

I don't believe there is a way to do this at the application level--if there is, I'm not aware of it--but if you drop all your clips into a sequence, you can select them all and unlink in one fell swoop. Not exactly the same, so if you want the same, do the Feature Request Thang

Can be done; just select all clips you want transitions between, and go to Sequence > Apply Default Transitions to Selection. If you select just video (hold down Alt or I think Opt on a Mac) or just audio, you'll add transitions to just those, but by default, it adds both audio and video. Note that this requires setting up a default transition (right-click on one in the Effects Panel), and probably your desired duration in the program settings.
And not having to place the CTI over the edit to add the transition.
Not sure I'm following you. You don't have to have the CTI... I mean, playhead (they changed the name in CS5.5... grr) over a transition to edit it. Just select it and you can tweak it in the Effects Controls panel.

SQLDeveloper-64bits Missing Migration-Functionality

Hi all, after years of absence from Oracle, I am back
I've installed Oracle11gR2 64bits (11.2.0) , jdk1.7.0_40 64bits and SQLDeveloper 64 bits on WIndows7, all seemingly successful. Then, I tested the installation by creating a test schema and some views.
Following that I tried to migrate the MS SQLServer database Northwind to Oracle, using these instructions:

function, else it is a show-stopper.
Where can I get the add-in for the Migration function in SQLDeveloper?

May sound stupid, but do you have the Privileges to add these things to a report? These features can be turned on/off from the Privilege Administration Screen, for a group or user. Have a look.

For some reason FCP is now making multi files when I capture called -av
I capture one clip but I get 7 files.

I don't know why this started in recent captures but it is eating up disk space as it is 7 times larger than it needs to be and only the last one works.

Is there a way to get these files to be joined together into one file easily. I capture on a FAT32 hard drive but then transfer the files onto my edit machine and would prefer to keep everything archived there as a single file.
Any programs or scripts that I can use. I have figured out that you can open each file in Quicktime and then save as a self contained file, but I was wondering if there is a better way.

This is the error message I get saying the internet is not on, but clearly as I can send this message it has to be:

I'm sorry for my bad english, my problem is that I want the program I open in a new window to be avilable in full screen mode. Before I uppdated my os to Montaine Lion I could choose wide under screen in settings. I'll take an ex for you. When I play poker online I want to see the tabel in full screen but I don't manage to fix that. Do you Sir have any idea???

After software update (Sept. '09) apps don't work and some missing

Plugged my phone in and itunes said there was an update I needed to install. Did that then it said there was a problem with the phone and it needed to be formatted before itunes could read it, did that too. Then while it was syncing up again after formatting it kept telling me there was a problem and items could not be found. All downloaded apps, some are missing completely from the phone, are no longer working. HELP!

You do not tell us what OS version you have. In OS 10.8.2, do this:
Apple Menu / System Preferences / Language and Text / Input Sources.
Select the language you want. Mine is set to Canadian English.

I have designed a workflow in which i have to call workflow for n number of times.
In this workflow i have taken one notification and one function . when user submits workflow, its reached to user's parent level(1). If it approves then forwarded to function. it will check whether for that parent level(1) parent is found or not. if parent is found then it will identify the parent level(2) and sets into Attribute level(1) .
and forwarded back to notification.

"Missing external function lvanlys.dll" when running EXE

Windows 7 x32, LV2009SP1 / LVRuntime 2009
I am trying to build an EXE from a customer's code. They use the analysis library (NI_AALBase.lvlib).
It runs fine on my dev machine. When I build the EXE and pass it to a target machine with LVRuntime on it, I get the error:
Missing external function lvanlys.dll: Mean_head:C NI_AALBase.lvlib:Mean.vi.
I explicitly added the lvanlys library to the project. I added the library as a source file in the build. Finally I added the DLL itself to the project and as a source for the build.
Always the same error. The DLL is located in the data folder after the build. I tried to move it into the same folder as the EXE, and into the system32 folder. Nope.
I just changed the DLL's extension to dllx and tried again, and I get the same error, so it looks like it can't find it.
Do I need to register this DLL or something? Does it need a support file?

It is even more clear in the newer versions, where the minimum run time version has been renamed into web browser plugin. The description is:

[SOLVED] Missing package () function for PyTyle2

Hi, I was trying to install this tarball from the AUR: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=42541
But it prompts the following error:

I've read the PKGBUILD and have no idea why this is happening. I already installed the dependencies needed.

Read the pacman output, it refers to the package() function and makepkg doesn't find it in the PKGBUILD as said. Ask the maintainer to update or orphan it, if he doesn't respond file an AUR request.

Thanks for the question. It sounds like you are unable to download the purchases from your purchase history, because iTunes believes the songs to be in your library. It may be necessary to delete the items from your library, then re-download from your purchase history. Before doing so, you may want to take note of which song are available for re-download:
