You can create a folder with the home pages by using "Bookmark All Tabs" to open a specific page.

When I try to download a library book on my Kobo reader, I keep getting this message. First it tells me to change the computer's authorization to be associated with an Adobe ID. Sometimes ADE gets its registration/activation confused and in a semi-authorized state.
Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help, and indeed installation can even trigger this state.
Unfortunately, it often then gives misleading error messages about what is wrong.
A common incorrect message informs you that the ID is already in use on another computer and cannot be reused.
Another is "E_AUTH_NOT_READY"
This can often be resolved by completely removing any authorization using ctrl-shift-D to the Library screen on ADE (cmd-shift-D if on Mac).
Restart ADE, and then reauthorize with your (old) Adobe ID.
In extreme cases on the mac, the following extra step has helped some people. Navigate to /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions and drag the activation.dat file to the trash. Thank you for your question. It sounds like you are unable to see either of your devices in the sidebar of iTunes after a recent update. A number of issues could cause this type of behaviour, and would recommend starting with the troubleshooting from the article named:

If the issue is not resolved, I would next re install iTunes from either of the following articles depending on the version of Windows you have:

I got your note and was able to complete the first part, but when I came to Finder, Go To Folder and I typed in both /var/db/receipts/ and /private/var/db/receipts all I get is NOT FOUND message. I tried several times, but no luck.

We had ADE on a system whose hard drive was dying and becomming unusable. I replace the old hard drive with a new one and resinstalled everything. I was able to extract the My Digital Editions Folder from the original drive and copied it to the new drive. I then installed the latest ADE. When we attempt to authorize the new ADE install on the new harddrive we see the dreaded "You can only authorize this computer with an Adobe ID that hasn’t previously been used to authorize any other computer or mobile devices. Please try again."
How can we get back running on the new disk?

Start here (change country if necessary) and navigate to 'Password and Security', reset your security questions using the link provided, you will receive an email to your rescue address, use the link in the email and reset your security questions.
If that doesn't help, you don't receive a reset email or you don't have a rescue address, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support.

I think some one has been trying to use my apple ID

I had my computer stolen nearly a year ago it was a Packardbell laptop running Windows 7 which i had itunes installed on. just lately over the last couple of months there has been attempts to change my Apple ID password. As i have been living without itunes since my previous PC was stolen i can only assume either who ever stole my laptop or someone they have sold it to are attempting to do this via my old PC i was wondering if there is anyway i can find out the location/IP address of this person to either get my computer returned to me possibly with all my music and priceless photos that i lost as unlikey as that may be or some how stop them attempting to do this? any help would be apprieciated.

My CS6 Indesign has no tool bars. It never did. Tried following the directions to "turn freehand off," but, I can't find "Freehand" on my MAC.

I have a menu bar, but pressing the "tab" key does nothing, nor does pressing the Shift + W. Please note that I have a MAC computer. By the way, I just installed my cs5 version of Indesign- thinking I could use it, instead of CS6. Everything works in that version, except that the version is in French!!! I'm stymied. Would prefer using CS6, if the issue can be resolved.

You can remove passwords in the Password Manager:

there are some "REPORT" variables that do things like "total" for a dataset that is to be shown on the report and used in some calcs...
So now that I've (hopefully) set the scene...
Aside from the apparent BUG in vs2012 where you can't see or get intellisense on "Group Level" variables - which is REALLY tough when you aren't that familiar with variables I must say!! - variables seem like they would solve my problem.
But if I use report variables in the row level I get the "cannot be used in aggregates" when I try to "Add Total" which is annoying but I'll accept that as a limitation, but surely this can't be the first time someone has wanted
to achieve the above in a report!!
So what is the solution, there must be one...
While I know SSRS is NOT Excel its really surprising and annoying when something so simple like summing the last two fields is nearly impossible and I can't see WHY it should be so frustrating that I have to have complex formula repeated in several
cells... particularly when I get the formula wrong and then have to remember to CHANGE it in several different places?!
Is SSRS simply not the right tool for reports where you need to be able to see and follow calculated series and I should be encouraging the business areas to extract data into Excel spreadsheets with some kind of template setup or am I missing something
really obvious about SSRS that would stop me from pulling all my hair out...?

If I understand correctly, you want to sum total values of the last three columns. In this situation, we can use custom code to work around the issue. Please refer to the custom code below to work around the issue:
Public Shared Value as Decimal=0
   Public Shared Function GetValue(Item as Decimal) as Decimal
      Value= value + Item
      Return Item
   End Function
   Public Shared Function GetTotal()
      Return value
   End Function
Then use the expression below to calculate the multiplication result:
=Code.GetValue(Calculate Expression)
And use the following expression to calculate the sum value:
=Code.GetTotal()
Since you need to calculate three columns total values, we need modify the code repeat three times to get the values for each columns.
