Some outgoing e mails are not getting through

Some of the people I e mail are not getting any of my e mails. I use the verizon e mail online not outlook express or any other software. Most of my e mails are getting through but not all. Anyone have an idea why this could be happening? It's not that my e mail is blocked on the other end. One of the recipients is my dad and he isn't getting my e mail. I walked him through his setup and he does not have me blocked and I am in his address book.

Is there a particular domain you are having trouble with? Are you getting any delivery delay/failure messages?

Have you talked to your carrier (or your friend to his)? Could be an issue at their end.

Hi ... I'm losing mail and I can't figure out why it's not getting through. Have three devices (iMac & MacBook, running Mac OS X 10.7.5, and iPhone 4, running iOS 6.0.1). I use apple's mail program and have icloud account. Yet some folk can't send me mail. Any ideas???

Thanks for picking up on this issue. The mail doesn't bounce back, so they think it's gone out OK. We've established that emails come through as long as there is no attachment. The sender is in my address book, so I'm at a loss as to what else I can check/do. Any suggestions?

the mail is not getting deleted from the server.

User is not getting the mails after submitting the alert through concurrent request but concurrent is getting completed normal.

AV/AS configuration - external mails are not getting scanned

Hello,
I am configuring AV/AS for MS 7.
My local mails are going through the AV/AS. Logs shows that, however for external domains - gmail, yahoo....etc...its not going trhough AV/AS.
what am I missing?
my mappings file have

Did you remember to run ./imsimta cnbuild;./imsimta restart after making the modifications?yes..always...
Also I would recommend creating a dedicated SCAN_POOL so any slow down in the AV/AS scanner doesn't impact tcp_local/tcp_intranet delivery.yes I have

Some calls are coming in and some aren't. Is there something I should do to my phone or is this a network issue?

Try resetting your network settings.
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
If this doesn't resolve it, contact your wireless carrier for assistance, as the problem is most likely with the network, not your phone.

Solution:
If this is only happening for one user, then check for the presence of a dbv.log
file in the /users/unison/log directory. If present this implies db corruption
and the /users/unison/bin/unidbfix tool should be run.

I am having the exact same problem sending through a comcast smtp server to a mac.com email address:

I assume these are POP accounts and all computers are set to remove from Server after downloading.
So on the non dominant ones... Mail Preferences>Accounts, highlight an account, Advanced tab, uncheck remove from Server, just have the main dominant one remove from server.
Or get/setup IMAP accounts.
