i have both after effects cs6 and 5 and both dont detect some plugins like twitch and optical flares.. reelsmartmotionblur too!

My iPhone and iPad aren't detected by iTunes but iPod classic syncs. I have re-installed iTunes, reset devices etc. The iPad and iPhone charges through the computer and Windows 8 recognises them.

Wondering why "<plug-in name> does not support the highest level of security for Safari plug-ins" appear for some plugins in Safari > Security > "Manage Website Settings"?
Have been trying to get to the root cause of the problem but did not find much on this. I am trying to figure out what can get the warning to go away completely than using the Allow/Always Allow options for the plug-in

Thank you for your response. Here is the screenshot of the warning that I am talking about.
Here is what I do:
1. Launch Safari and open its Preferences. I have Safari 7.1 installed on my machine.
2. Click Security Tab and click Manage WebSite Settings
3. A window opens showing me all the Plug-ins that I have (listed on the left hand side).
4. One of them is the Adobe Reader plug-in. When I click Adobe Reader, the following details about the plug-in show up on the right
I was referring to the highlighted section that warns me about this plug-in not using the highest level of security for Safari Plug-ins.
Note: I do not see this for all my plug-ins (QuickTime, Adobe Flash Player don't give me this warning) which tells me that there is a way to make the warning go away.

How do I disable the "some plugins are out of date" message

I am running firefox 3.6.3 on a powerpc mac laptop. There are no more upgrades to either firefox or any of the plugins it is using. It's a powerpc and the current updates of the plugins all require an intel based mac. I constantly get the message "some plugins used by this page are out of date" message above the screen, or Firefox disables plugins because it says they are a security risk. I don't care. This is an old computer that would work fine if Firefox would just stop trying to upgrade either itself or its plugins, or try to warn me about something that can't be upgraded and that I don't care about. MAC rule number one: The user is in charge. How do I fix this annoying and PC like feature?
In the future if Firefox is going to continue to have this "feature" it should keep track of what kind of computer it is running on and what what updates can and can not run on the computer it is running on, or give the user the option of turning off not only the messages but the whole plugin update function.

What is meant in to open the "Tools > Add-ons > Plugins" window (the about:addons page doesn't exist in Firefox 3.6.x)
You can inspect and modify some prefs on the about:config page to suppress the plugin reminder.

Since 5/22/12 I have an annoying yellow banner in Firefox (and other web pages) stating that "some plugins are out of date on this page.") How do I get rid of this? I've checked my plugins and I'm fine for my Mac OS (10.4.1).

I attached a SubVI which I used to place an overlay next to a Pattern, found by a Pattern Match before:
As you can see, you simply pass the image reference and the Array of Matches to the VI along with the String you want to have as an overlay next to the Match.
I also modified your VI a bit, but didn't test it. I created an Array of clusters, each elment containing the template path along with the respective text.
Please note that this is just a hint!

Many plugin vendors haven't updated their plugins to work with x64, or you have to download a special x64 version (Flash and Java for example). Which plugins is it that you are having problems with?

Building with fakeroot: some libraries aren't found

I usually compile mplayer from svn - this time I noticed something strange. When I use makepkg with fakeroot enabled in ~/.makepkg.conf, some libraries aren't found (freetype2, for instance).
All goes well if I disable fakeroot and then re-create the package with
fakeroot makepkg --holdver --repackage --asroot
I haven't tried building the package as root from the start, yet. The issue exists both for i686 and x86_64.
The involved libraries are (output of "diff")
FREETYPE = yes | FREETYPE = no
GIF = yes | GIF = no
JPEG = yes | JPEG = no
LIBASS = yes | LIBASS = no
MP3LAME = yes | MP3LAME = no

Thanks, but it's not a problem related to the PKGBUILD itself (if that is what you are suggesting) - it works fine if I don't use fakeroot.
In the meantime, I tried on another PC and it works: I read something about a "nvidia bug" that affects fakeroot (I do have the nvidia drivers on the first PC and not on the second...) - could this be related?

Build compiz-core from ABS and disabling some plugins

Hello,
I would like to build Compiz 0.8.6 from ABS but without some plugins that I don't use. For some plugins, the configure switch
--disable-{plugin}
works, but for others it doesn't. I assume that I got the wrong name of the plugin, so I'm wondering if I can somewhere find a list off all plugins? For example, I want to disable the water and clone plugins, but
--disable-water / --disable-clone
doesn't work.
