Hi all.(sorry for my bad inglish)
I try install Sol8 to computer where i have Win2000 instaled. I'm free some disk size(i'm use PartitionMagick)
and try install Sol8 to this free disk.(i have IBM Deskstar
30Gb hard drive = 57000 cylinders) Instalation start ok and wright detect my hard drive, but when installation
want make swap filesystem at the begin of hard disk,
i'm answer "no" and Inst programme sugest me choise,
from what cylinder i want start swap file system and
sugest me choise ONLY from 3 to 10000 cylinders!!!
but Solaris partition start from 40000!!! What dose this mean? How i can make swap at the start of Slaris partititon?

Solaris is most restrictive as regarded to the size of its primary partition. Since it is not possible to have Solaris UFS file system on a logical volume, all Solaris stuff must go into primary fdisk partitions. There is no use in having more than one Solaris primary partitions, if we want to install alternative operating systems. The conclusion is as follows:
if you need large Solaris partition and want to install additional operating systems on the same hard disk, partition the hard disk so that Solaris partition is a last primary partition that begins, but not necessarily ends, within the first 1024 cylinders.
The workaround for swap space, Though I have not tested it myself.
Solaris 7 and earlier do not support IDE hard disk drives larger than 8 GB, that is, they may access only the first 1024 cylinders of such a disk. Since the problem is on Solaris fdisk side, the workaround is quite straightforward:
1. Using Linux fdisk program on Linux installation floppy, or Ranish PM create a Linux swap primary partition. It is also possible to create e.g. DOS partition and change its ID to 0x82 (Solaris ID) with a favorite hex-editor and BOOT program, or a disk editor.
2. Boot Solaris from e.g. its installation CD.
3. Run format utility and create slices on Solaris partition.
4. Run newfs to construct file systems on all created slices.
Note: Pls. make sure you have a backup of all of the windows data before doing this exercise.

You would probably be better off going over to an ATT store and have them do the preapproval process to see how much of a deposit you will need to provide. Cell phone accounts do not have co-signers. If you want it to be your account, it has to be in your name. Otherwise, you would have to be added to someone else's account and it wouldn't be your account.

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact AppleCare, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do. -
Security question keep saying they are wrong and I know they are right. I can't change them cuz when I try it tells me to answer the questions. I have tried everything changing my account and all and still can't get it can some one please help me out.
Go here and select "Reset your password." You will receive an email message with a link that bypasses the questions. You will then be able to select and answer the questions again.

I was hacked i kept getting emails that some purshcaes were being made when no one was downloading them and i guess they hacked my apple iD because they changed the security question and now i cant change anything without the security question please help i want to reset the security question but i cant.
You should contact Apple by phone as soon as possible. You'll need to change your Apple ID and all passwords.

I can not update several of my apps that i have purchased a while back in my Apps Store on my MacPro. Because it keeps using my old @me account for iTunes and i don't remember the password or security question, Please help?

If your account is disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your iPhone and iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Storeand then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.
For your security questions, if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then the steps half-way down this page will give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

Message was edited by: lakhanp22Just as of late I noticed that Apple Stores are selling security cameras that work with their app on an iPhone. Very expensive but it uses both WiFi when local and cellular when not at home.
In your case I would check the apple store and see if there is a free or paid app to access your home closed circuit TV system. The cameras have to have their own ip address so you then need only enter that and access will be available to you. But they must be on your home network.
a lot of the higher end CCTV systems have a free app that can be used like the new Apple Security system.
Just Google it or check the store.

It could be browser incompatibility or something else. When you say you can't log in, what happens? Is the bank website generating an error saying you're not using a supported browser?
