You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink. This person receiving my email, while on a Mac with Safari is reading their mail through Safari using Horde--our recent discovery. Why they chose to do that in unclear. The last email we sent, however, was miraculously read and received and the attachment was viewed with no problem after we told them our mail was coming from a Mac thriugh Apple Mail. It seems that telling them that our emails were coming from a Mac and using Apple Mail was enough to make them think that perhaps THEY were doing something not quite right. IMAP email is server based. All messages remain on the server and are viewed remotely when using an email client like Thunderbird. If you delete the message from a remote device it is removed from the server.

You can still use iWeb 3 to maintain your webiste. Just copy the Domain.sites2 file from the your Users/Home/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder on your MBP to the same folder on your MacBook Air. Also copy the iWeb application from your MBP to the Applications folder on the MBA.
In Lion and Mountain Lion the Home/Library folder is now invisible. To make it permanently visible enter the following in the Terminal application window: chflags nohidden ~/Library and hit the Enter button - 10.7: Un-hide the User Library folder.
To open your domain file in Lion or Mountain Lion or to switch between multiple domain files Cyclosaurus has provided us with the following script that you can make into an Applescript application with Script Editor. Just launch the application, find and select the domain file in your Home/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder that you want to open and it will open with iWeb. It modifies the iWeb preference file each time it's launched so one can switch between domain files.
WARNING: iWeb Switch Domain will overwrite an existing Domain.sites2 file if you select to create a new domain in the same folder. So rename your domain files once they've been created to something other than the default name.

I can only print first 80 or so pages after I download firefox - if I do a system restore and uninstall firefox, the problem goes away... until I download firefox again and then I again can only print the first 80 or so pages - even if I am using IE!

This began when business increased in January and our print jobs got big (printing invoices off the internet). It can print any small job no problem but if it's over 80 or so pages, it will stop and show a spooling error. I have done system restores and uninstalled firefox and then Internet Explorer will print the big jobs UNTIL I REINSTALL FIREFOX. Then the problem resurfaces whether using firefox or IE!!! Why?! I don't care why - how do I fix it? All 13 other computers use firefox and that is how my staff is trained. I hate IE.

I uninstalled it and there was no further trouble but, of course, I cannot view the clip. If I reinstall it the same problem persists. I have contacted my 'computer guru' but his comment is that many of his clients have the same problem but it appears to be a problem with Adobe however many other friends have put in the version 10 Flash Player and have no problems. I do not appear to have any other problems with the computer such as viruses etc and it is scanned very day for such items. On both IE8 and Firefox. Win 7 32 bit on IBM T42 - 1GB ram.
Old laptop I know but the 10.1.x.x Flash Players worked just fine. Problem started with 10.2.152.26 flash player.
Now BBC TV live and iPlayer work just fine, however YouTube does not - audio but no video. Just a black rectangle where the video should be.
Right click to get the menu and "settings" is greyed out. However select the pop-out option and the video plays. Right click on the pop-out and "settings" is available. So deselect "enable hardware acceleration", close the pop-out and refresh the window (F5) and now YouTube videos play. Switch hardware acceleration back on and now they don't.

First, note that you've only got 14 days to return, and that's only at the Apple Store. If you bought it elsewhere, different rules may apply. As for restoring it, I don't think that's necessary. The Apple Store techs will restore it regardless of what you do, since they can't know what condition you've left it in.
Also, note that the Mac is also capable of running Windows. If you want a Mac, there's no reason to return it just because of one program. Get a copy of Parallels, which lets you run Windows right alongside all your Mac apps, or use Boot Camp to install Windows on a second partition on your hard drive and boot directly into Windows.

Firefox in Windows. When I click on a link, Firefox will hang up with a rotating cursor. Problem goes away by moving mouse. This does not happen with IE.

Using Firefox 27.0, when I click on any link, a rotating cursor appears and continues to rotate. Moving the cursor will solve the problem. I have had this problem for several versions of Firefox, and I use auto updates.

I think you can setup the type of email in Shared office Settings in transaction S016.
There is an option called <Preset document classes>
You choose this pushbutton to branch to the maintenance screen for the document classes that are directly displayed to users in the Business Workplace for selection when they use the Create function. The name under which the documents are displayed can also be maintained.

This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of this exercise is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login. Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. The instructions provided by Apple are as follows:
Be sure your Mac is shut down.
Press the power button.
Immediately after you hear the startup tone, hold the Shift key. The Shift key should be held as soon as possible after the startup tone, but not before the tone.
Release the Shift key when you see the gray Apple icon and the progress indicator (looks like a spinning gear).
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including wireless networking on certain Macs.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem(s)?
After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode.)

Yes your cabinet 10 on the Crediton exchange has already been installed and linked with a FTTC DSLAM cabinet (making it able to provide FTTC fibre broadband) and has been Accepting FTTC orders since December 2013. PCP10 (with it's DSLAM cabinet within 100meters of it) is locate on the junction of Commercial Road and the A3072.
However by the looks of things your are just too far away to obtain a FTTC (VDSL2) connection, meaning FTTC fibre broadband is not available to you.

If you share an Apple ID, both of your phone numbers should be linked to that ID. You should be able to use your phone number as well. My wife, my daughter and I all share an Apple ID for purchases, and we each text from our iOS devices using our own iPhone numbers.
When iOS 6 came out, you were able to link the phone number with your Apple ID to use for Messages and FaceTime. You will need to sign out of messages on all devices and then start the process all over again.
