Some text in my smartform is not aligned or one space below
Hello Experts,
I am currently modifying a smartform wherein some of the text is
one space below its correct alignment. For example:
Particulars Quantity Price
50
Enervon Prime 1,000
The 50 must be aligned with the particular and price. When I checked the
form, it doesnt have anyspace and the variable is inserted immediately. No spaces
or indentions whatsoever. Help would be greatly appreciated guys as this is very urgent.

variable? And Also, what about for others that instead of displaying
one space below, it shows one space above? like:

Enervon 1,000
The quantity 5000 must be in line with Enervon and 1,000. Thank you again!

I opened a logic 7 song today and had this error message pop up 'some text fonts are missing or not displayable'. I then noticed whenever I tried to mute audio (using 'Apple M') logic would crash.
Any clues what has happened or how I fix this?

GI have had this exact issue/warning when opening up older songs that I made in previous versions of Logic.
To solve it, do this procedure even if you never use the Score Editor:
1. Open the Score Editor
2. Go to Text>Text Styles (in the toolbar: Layout,Edit,Functions,Attributes, Text, View, Options
3. When you open Text Styles you will see the grid with different kinds of Fonts for the various Score Editor settings. In this grid, whatever fonts are not available on your computer will have some sort of asterisk bracket stuff instead of saying the name of the font that is already on your computer - Arial, Times, Helvetica etc.
4. Change the fonts by clicking them and selecting ones that are on your computer. If you dont use the Score Editor, it doesnt matter what fonts you put there. Anything will do but you must get rid of the columns which have got a 'hole' with brackets.
5. Save the document with the changes made - the problem should not re-occur.
PS For some reason, when booting up, Logic experiences a 'crisis' when it doesnt have previous fonts available. As I said, do this even if you never use the Score Editor -
Only some texts btwn iphone and galaxy not being received
I have an iphone 6 through att. My besty has a Samsung Galaxy s5 through Verizon. We live in the same metro area. She receives most of my texts, but not all. As far as we can tell, I receive all of her texts to me. I'm sure ATT will say it's Verizon's fault and Verizon will say it's ATT's fault. I'm not looking for blame. I'm looking for solutions

We offer a history of text messages on My Verizon http://vz.to/P5EA3R that may just help to really figure out which company is the one that is having issues. Any messages that our network gets from your phone will show up in the texting history. If they are missing from your friend's texting history then that would point to an issue with her carrier. If the messages aren't even showing up in your texting history it means our network is never getting them from your phone. In a case like that we would need to trouble shoot your phone to see why it's not sending all texts to our network. After i transfer a app from my wife itunes to mi iphone (wich is usually sync with another pc) some apps had dessapeard and when i went back to sync with my own itunes in my own pc, the apps that shows the itunes on my own account are not transfered to my iphone any more.
Does anybody knows what i havwe done and what i have to do to solve it.
The wors think is that i have lost some files that i have downloaded on the word processor app.
Thinking that i was going to recover it after reinstall again the app, nothing had happen.

If you have a 3G you cannot update beyond iOS 4.2.1. The 3G is over 4 years old an was discontinued over 2 1/2 years ago. You need the latest ios to run the latest versions of some apps. If you have a 3GS you can update.
If your phone is not responding, reset it by pressing and holding down both the home button ad lock/ sleep button simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. -
Text not aligning right - too much space on top or bottom in tables

I am in the process of learning DW myself and building my own website, but have run into problems putting my cv into a nice format.

First of all, in dw, it looks much different than it does when it loads in my firefox.
The problem that I can't solve is how the text on the left in the body does not align to the top of the box, to equal height of the text in the right is.
For example, I want "20047 Jul-Present" to begin at the same level/height as "Etam Clothing Company Ltd. - Designer Manager", and subsequently I want the next item "2007 Apr-Jul" to align to the top of "The Collection..." and so on.
I checked the codes and I don't find any extra /p or br/ breaks, and tried putting more in and taking some out with the same results or just not what I want.

Centre align a text in a smartform

In this case you have to create a paragraph format as CENTER center-aligned and use this paragraph format for the center alignment of the text.

IE 10 not showing some text on Table
Some of the texts are not shown on IE10 mode. This occurs on random cells. On page refresh also this occurs again on any other cells randomly. But these texts are shown while selecting IE9 mode on Internet Explorer.
I can see those data on source code. And if I copy and paste on Notepad that table data I can the text for all the cells.
How to solve this. I need solution for this as soon as possible.

I checked and the Trace Styles tab does not show the cell having "display:table-cell" style.
This web application uses a standard css to define styles for a <td> tag as such:
td {font-family: Arial; font-size: 8pt;}
if I add the style you have mentioned as such
td {font-family: Arial; font-size: 8pt; display:table-cell;}
It still does not show up when I select the <td> cell and check the "Trace Styles" tab.
Am I using the "display:table-cell" incorrectly? Where else should I specify it?

Its always the <td> tags with the numeric data in them that disappear.
Please let me know if I should declare the style for every <td> tag? I was under the impression that this style was only relevant for displaying tabular data within <div> tags.
Besides this, is there anything else I can do to mitigate this issue? It is quickly escalating with our customers.

I was looking for a hotel on mozilla and the first hotel exhibiting in the ad is not aligned with knowledge panel. However it is showing correct result on other browsers. This error is not just contained for one hotel ad but to other as well. I am just curious if it's an issue from their end or some technical syntax error in mozilla

If you have made changes to Advanced font settings like increasing the minimum/default font size then try the default minimum setting "none" and the default font size 16 in case the current setting is causing problems.
*Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > Minimum Font Size (none)
Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own fonts.
*Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced: [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"
It is better not to increase the minimum font size, but to use an extension to set the default page zoom to prevent issues with text not being displayed properly. -
some of my contact names are not appearing when they text message me. They are just showing up as their numbers. I have them saved in my phone so i am not really sure why their names aren't showing up when they message me?
I have this identical problem. For a while my group texts didnt show up on my ipad. Then one day they did, maybe everyone in the group started using the same os version or something. Ever since my first reply to the group there have been complaints of multiple threads. I can not find a pattern for when my group text's decide they want to create a new thread. (it doesnt happen every time) Everyone in the group has deleted the thread, we've all toggled imessage on/off etc. There still hasn't been a solution.
Any help would be appreciated.

When I convert my pdf doc to word, the fonts go really weird and it also puts some text into boxes. when I try to select the text and change the font, it does not change it properly? This is making it impossible to amend.

If the PDF that you converted already has searchable text, please try disabling OCR as described in this document: How to disable Optical Character Recognition (OCR) when converting PDF to Word or Excel. (If the PDF was created from a scanned document and doesn't already have searchable text, disabling OCR isn't a great option, as the text won't be searchable/editable in the converted Word doc.)

Text alignment "Justify" is not aligned in Crystal Viewer.

I am having a text field in report like paragraph format in Detail section and I have setting the text alignment as u201CJustifyu201D. If I launch the report through dhtml viewer the text is not aligned in justify format, it is getting aligned as left alignment, but it is working properly while exporting to PDF and Design Preview panel.
This problem is occurs in Crystal Report XI Release 2 and Crystal Report 2008 also.

Fonts used in some text layers not available...
I've been gettting the following message lately when opening Photoshop files at work: "Fonts used in some text layers are not available for activation. You will need to replace these fonts before the layers can be used for vector based output".
But when I check my text layers, there are no indications that any fonts are missing. I double click on every text layer to see what font is being used and double check Suitcase Fusion to make sure it is activated.
I'm using OSX Maverick 10.9.2. I'm using Suitcase Fusion 5 version 16.2.0. And I'm using Photoshop CC 14.2.1. It's more of an annoyance than anything, but would like to know why it keeps telling me fonts are not available when they are currently activated in Suitcase. Not sure if it's an Adobe issue or a Suitcase Fusion issue.
Anyone have any ideas on this?

SteveDrStrik9, I opened up the file, clicked on each text layer and selected all to make sure there wasn't any character using a different font. There wasn't. I clicked on the font being used, tried changing it to a different font, then back to the font that was being used. I saved and closed the file, then reopened it, and that seemed to cure it for that file. Not an efficient way to go about it though.
I then tried another file that was giving me the same error, clicked on each text layer, changed the font to a different one, then back to what was being used, saved, closed and reopened it, and still got the same message. So it didn't work for that one. I then tried changing the font to a system font, Times Bold true type, saved, closed, reopened, and got the message again. So not sure what is going on. The fonts used in the first file were DIN and DINEngschrift postscript font, which were loaded and active in Font Fusion.
The 2nd file I tried was using Gotham Bold postscript font, which also was active in Font Fusion. I've run Font Doctor on the fonts and found no issues.
Even though I'm getting the error message when I'm opening these files, none of the text layers have that Exclamation point indicating there is an issue with the layer, so it would seem the text layers are fine. Just really annoying to get that error every time I open the file.
Another thing I tried is I created a new Photoshop file and just made some text layers using Gotham Bold. Saved, closed and reopened the file and did not get the message. So, I don't know why I would get it with one file and not another. Very confusing/frustrating. Any other ideas?

Some Text Messages do not display when using large font on iphone
When using increased font size (accessability function) on iphone some text messages will not display. The iphone just seems to lock up. If normal font size is used text massage displays with out any issue. When font size is increased, text message will not display again.

Actually, Captivate does have an essentially unlimited number
of undo levels. But that number may appear to be different. The
number of levels starts when you begin editing the project. If you
close and re-open a project, that starts the undo process over.
I've tested and I gave up after about 280 or so undos.
Where Captivate doesn't allow an undo, it normally warns you
with a rather catastrophic looking dialog.

Lion text problem: Some text does not display properly in Safari and Firefox
Hello
Some text in Safari and Firefox is seriously degraded, making it useless. I changed to Firefox because Safari was displaying wrongly, but Firefox displays the same way, so it seems to be an OS problem. See image as an example:
I cannot see subtitles on BBC streamed movies, and the timing of the movies on the bottom ribbon do not display correctly.
I am using Lion 10.7.5
Is there a solution for this problem?

Since upgrading to iOS7 some text messages are not being sent on my iPhone 5, iMessage on my Ipads and MacBook doesn't have my phone number registered and my reminder colour on my Iphone keeps changing ... among other things. Any suggestions to fix these faults?
Make sure People Sending you via iMessage are sending their messages on your PHONE number not on your EMAIL addresses . My sister had the same problem, thats how i managed to solve it!
