It is possible that you have the rotation lock on? Check this:

If these are new original DVD, you should bring your system in for alignment. If they are copied DVDs, the drive that made them may be out of alignment and your good drive can't read the bad copy. There is also another issue you may be talking about. Many DVD movies are assigned a country code and will not run on a machine from another country. This was intended to prevent piracy.

For Instagram you can try and uninstall and reinstall the app and see if that fixes it. But if not you can try and resetting all settings, Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings.

I recently moved from the US to Sweden and all my contacts are saved with their international country code prefixes. I keep getting text message errors when I send a text, but the contact info is stored correctly for each. How can I fix this?

I receive an error message that adds the country code again. I tried it with no country code and the area code included but I still receive an error message. It only does it sometimes and not to all Sweden contacts. There is no obvious reason why it does it to some but not others. Does any know what the problem is and how to fix it? Thank you!

Only other thing I can suggest is to reset your phone. This won't touch any data or settings:

When i close Firefox it no longer asks me if i want to save all the open tabs. when i start Firefox only one tab opens and not all the tabs i was using. how can i regain this feature?

Just for clarity, music redownload is part of iCloud which is presenlty only available in the USA as a beta when you are using the latesest iTunes.

The ! usually means that the song file has been moved or deleted. If you can find the song file on your hard drive, you can remove the song from iTunes and put it back by using File>Open and navigating to the song file. There is also a location that iTunes will look for song files (I'm a Mac guy, so I don't know where it should be in Windows, but for me it's HD>Users>My User Name>Music>iTunes>iTunes Music and then there are various folders for different albums, podcasts, etc.), so I would keep them all there.

My 2nd generation iPod nano screen is showing lines and I cannot see the whole menu. How can I fix this problem?

I believe that my wife disconnected the iPod nano (2nd Gen.) improperly and now the screen has a whole bunch of lines. I can see the screens moving when I move to the next screen. But it's just lines. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well unfortunatley your warranty is over so the device is not covered, BUT sounds like you have interupting signals being sent from a stuck home button constantly being pressed and maybe even a digitizer problem (the touch screen). You can try to restore your ipod to your computer to see if it might be some kind of software related issue. Just restore to the last sync you have on iTunes. But FIRST...I would try to Reset your ipod.

After reinstalling Lion, iTunes does not show my IMAP mail-accounts in iTunes for sync. How can i fix this?

i did a clean install of Lion. Than i copied my iTunes Library back from a backup. I configured all my email accounts in Mail. Than i wanted to sync my iPhone. I reconnected it to my iTunes Account and everything was correctly synced, but the email accounts. they do not show up in itunes. On the info-tab of the connected iPhone the part for the email-accounts stays empty. iCal and Adressbook are working fine. What the heck is going wrong?
And please don't tell me to configure the email-accounts manually in the iPhone. I know that this is a workaround, but it is not the solution for the problem.

I've set the download settings to always ask where to save a file, and it will do that for some file extensions, but not for others. How can I fix this?

I've noticed it especially with .pdf files, which always end up on my desktop, even after I double check the download settings under Preferences and then restart Firefox, just in case. Also, when I download .pdf files they will automatically open, but when I download .doc files they do not. I would rather not have downloaded files automatically open, but I can't find how to change that setting either.

You can check for problems with preferences.
Rename or delete the prefs.js file and possible numbered prefs-##.js and user.js files to reset all prefs to the default value.

I have somehow messed up the display when in Hotmail. This app shows in a very tiny font. No other internet applications are affected. How can I fix this?

The window opens but the actual application appears in tiny font in the middle of the page.
